Dear Sir/Madam,I hope this email finds you well. I recently purchased a train ticket from Zagreb Glavni Kol. to Villach HBF for €6.00. I received a payment confirmation email on July 30th. In that email, it was mentioned that my reservation for this train would be sent by mail. However, I have not received any email regarding my reservation yet.Could you please provide me with an update on the status of my reservation? I have booked tickets by going from the rail app to the tgv site and paid for the reservations by pay pal. Now I can’t find the tickets. Help. 

I bought a ticket from brussels midi to London st Páncreas International, which required a seat reaervation.Do I need to activate a day of my Interrail Global Pass (10 days in 2 months) during that journey or is it enough with the train ticket and showing that I have an Int Global Pass? 

Before starting my question, let me tell you that I’m from Korea, and this is my first time to use Eurail pass, so there could be some problems with my English and informations of Eurail pass. I am planning a trip to Wool from West Ealing at October 21 with my Eurail pass,and the train from Waterloo to Wool shows like this.  “You're ready to boardYou can buy a seat reservation if you like but it's not required.Not available from Eurail.comThis seat reservation can’t be booked on our website. Check 'More information' for other ways to book.” Does that mean I can take a train to Wool from Waterloo without any problem using my pass?It’s just that I can’t reserve a seat with it, right?And if I can take the train with my pass, Can I just sit at any vacant seat? I tried to reserve a seat in National Rail, and in Trainline, just to make sure my seat.I could reserve a seat in there, but it starts with about 78£. I didn’t know tickets would be that expensive.So, if I am able to take a train wit

Trying to book the direct train (1hr 56min)  from Brig to Milano Centrale on Oct 15th - i see thats available the day after and before that but not on Oct 14th and 15th.  Can anyone tell me why its not available on that date, thanks.

Hey! :) I will be travelling to Finland in september but I was wondering if the Interrail App shows the departure time of trains there in MEZ or in MEZ +1 (finnish local time). I couldn‘t find anything about it on the internet so maybe someone here knows?It is important for my journey because I have another train in sweden which i have to catch (but that wouldn‘t work depending on the time if it would not be in MEZ).I appreciate your help!

Hello!Has anyone travelled from Athens to Igoumenitsa (ferry station)? Apparently there are no trains available for that route, so what would be the most logical option? I would assume some sort of train + bus combo, but where should I take the train to from Athens? I’ve been searching and checking and found some options, but just wondering if there is a “standard” route many take. :)Thank you!

Die Reise ist gebucht mit allen notwendigen Reservierungen. Jetzt haben wir die Info, dass es Probleme auf der Strecke sowohl über den Brenner als auch dzrch den Gotthard-Tunnel gibt. Hi,We will be flying into Milano arriving at 11:00 AM. My hope is that we can take a train to Tirano in time to Get on the Berina Express to St. Moritz.  Is this possible?  Some sites show the last train out at 15:54, others show a 17:40 available.  Our travel date is October 6th.So confusing for an American to understand train travel… I wish we had a better train network in the United States! 

Hello! I am planning to use Eurail but i am travelling with my girlfriend and we both have 20kg luggage. We would like to know if we can travel with those luggage inside the train or do we need to pay some extra fees on this ?Thanks for the help! 

Hello.I want to travel from East Anglia to Central Europe via the Eurostar. To get to the Eurostar, I have to use 2 standard trains and get the tube (not covered by Interrail) to St Pancras Station for the Eurostar.Would the 2 connecting train trips, with a gap in the middle, and a trip on the Eurostar all count as one outbound trip, or would I have to buy the first section separately and then only use my outbound day for the Eurostar?The trip is all planned for the same day, and I do need to return home afterwards ( thought that will all count as one journey as all trains are connected that time) Thank you(the tube is annoying) 

Hi hoping for your help again!  We have been unable to book a reservation from Barcelona through to marseille tomorrow. We tried at a station in Spain and on the Eurail app. We are happy to take the non reservation route but just need advice re Cerbere  the tenge doesn’t show it stops  there but the Eurail app says change there but have to use public transport. So a little confused. Any advice for the journey Barcelona to Marseille tomorrow would be very appreciated. ( we have to go to marseille as our train to Paris is booked from there) thanks 😊 

Hi folksI will start with to teenagers in Monday.  Made a reservation and was not informed I cannot change it.  From Switzerland to Italy.  Have you experience of in practice the ticket control will accept it when we are in the earlier train?

We will travel to (Sweden and) Norway at the beginning of September. We are not yet 100% sure how long we want to stay in the Lofoten, so we are thinking about being spontaneous and reserving night train seats from Bodo to Oslo only a few days in advance.Considering September is not the main holiday season anymore, is it realistic to make the reservation that late and ideally also get sleeper places? Or do we need to make the reservations much more in advance? Any experience values?

I want to go beteende St Margrethen and Buchs, and find that there is a train replacement bus. According to the rail planner app, the bus is not included in the interrail pass, but that feels weird. Does anyone know if the bus is included or not?

Hi all,I have a question on the validity on the pass on border stations, especially between Germany, Switzerland and Austria. I have a global pass with residency in Germany and made the following experience with the app:I’ve used the pass on several occasions travelling from Konstanz (DE) to Zurich (CH), in this case the Railplanner app shows Konstanz as Konstanz (Germany), however it does not deduct an inbound or outbound travel day, as the station is literally a few meters after the border and since Konstanz station is part of the SBB train network. So no issues here.   In a similar case, I travelled with a separate ticket (Deutschlandticket) to Lindau-Reutin and then wanted to continue by Interrail towards Bregenz in Austria. Lindau-Reutin is again shown as Lindau-Reutin (Germany) on the app, however in this case the app wants to deduct an inbound or outbound travel day.I wonder whether behaviour of the app is correct in this instance. Hi All,I’m travelling with an Interrail pass and I’m currently on the route Brussels —> Paris —> Barcelona. Original Plan Thalys BRU-PAR, reserved through Interrail reservation service ICN (night train) PAR-Latour de Carrol, reserved with Interrail reservation service Thalys got more than 2 hours delayed due to multiple issues, so I missed my connection last night for the ICN.I want to continue my journey to Barcelona today and got a “Titre de rupture de correspondence” at the Paris train station to allow me travelling onwards on the next connection to Barcelona. I’m now on this train (TGV), however they ask me to pay 54 euros for the seat reservation (even though I’ve to stand as there’s not even any seats left). What are my rights here for compensation/refund? As the cost is increasing rapidly when you’ve to make multiple expansive reservations.   

Hello, I am preparing for my first Interrail trip and I have troubles with reservations… I need to make a reservation for a train that goes from Barcelona to Seville, but I can't do it online. I called at Refe and they told me that I can make the reservation 3 days before, but I have to be at the desk in Barcelona 24 hrs before the embarking and pay my reservation… Unfortunately that is impossible because I want to arrive and leave in the same day (I want to reach Portugal).Moreover, they told me I can use my pass in Spain only One time. And this is not cool because I need to also get back through Spain…Did somebody have this experience of going through Spain? Is it true what Renfe told me?Is there any possibility of making and paying my reservation- from another country maybe?  

I am on the 11.20am EC 52 from Milan to Frankfurt today I did not make a seat reservation and sat in a seat that stated it was available The train conductor ( who was very rude) has just charged me €23 euros saying I had to pay this or else I would be thrown off the train at the next station!I am a 54 year old interailer ( teacher ) in first class and I think this is just a money making exercise by TrentaliaFirst class on this train is also very poor compared to other countries trains.Is this correct that this payment is mandatory?In my opinion the cost of seat reservations spoils the whole Interail experience as it increases the cost massively    

hello everybody! i have a 2nd class youth interrail pass, but the woman at renfe (spain train organization) sold me a seat reservation for first class for a train from spain to france bc the rest was sold out (even though she knew that i had a 2nd class pass). on the seat reservation are 2 qr codes and it says ticket+reservation. now i am confused if i am allowed to go on this train or not, can you help me?

Hi, I was just trying to find a ferry route between Italy and Greece on one of the Superfast Ferries, but in the booking process there are only discount boxes for Greece Island Pass holders.Where can I find the discount for the global passes? Thank you very much for your answer 

Hi there,I am trying to book a direct train from Amsterdam to London using the Eurail pass. I can see that the train stops at Rotterdam Centraal and has a half hour gap between the IC train and the Eurostar train. My concern is at the Boarding Time section, it says that check in closes at Rotterdam 30mins before the train leaves, and says to make sure you have 45-60mins for security and passport control. On the Eurail website it says there is 35mins in between but the IC arrives at 4:36PM and Eurostar leaves at 5:28PM, which is actually around 60mins. Is anyone able to explain and clarify whether it is 35mins or if it is 60mins (allowing for the passport check and all)?I have attached a screenshot of the times below.
