Why am I being charged to book seats…. They are not special….. I am trying to book 2 high speed trains and they want to charge me for one of them. I bought this pass because the seats were supposed to be paid already. How do I prevent being charged?

Some expensive reservations use a credit and the plus pass has a limited number of credits. See the list on this page:

I guess you may have used all your credits. Check which trains used a credit. If you think they should not have used a credit, please mention route, date and departure time.
