Screenshot of QR code for delay compensation

Having returned from a recent trip, yesterday I submitted a delay compensation request for one of the journeys that was severely delayed. I thought that I had submitted everything requested, but when I received the automated acknowledgement email it said that I must make sure that I have submitted the QR code of the relevant day’s ticket.

However, within the app on my phone, while I can can screenshot most pages, if I try to screenshot the QR code, I get a pop-up message saying that “this app does not permit screenshots”.

What should I do?

Hi @rvdborgt and @europeexplored

Thank you for the feedback. We do not require the QR but the information below it, I will ask internally to make more understandable the message. Thanks!

They don't need the barcode, but rather the trains listed below it.

@Interrail Community Moderator Currently, it says this in the confirmation mail:

Could this text please be adapted so that it doesn't mention “QR code”?

On the ‘…’ at the bottom, click it and you can see ‘Allow screenshot’.
