reserve a night jet ticket from OEBB app, paid and got confirmation from my credit card that i was billed but i did not receive any email confirming the transaction even on my email , nothing at all.

Did you book it using an ÖBB account? If so, then check in your ÖBB account. If you indeed booked something, it will be there.
IIRC, since you booked in the ÖBB Tickets app, the ticket should also be visible there.
