I really need to get from Paris to Berlin—or at least Warsaw—today. There seem to be no options at all; the Interrail website shows no available seats on TGV trains. What should I do?

It is probably too late now, but I would say an early TGV to Strasbourg, regional train to Germany and then any ICE to Berlin. Reservations only mandatory until Strasbourg.
