Hello. I have a question about the Warsaw–Rosenheim route (October 1, 19:52, IC407). Since it is a night train, can I sleep on board with an Interrail pass, or will I have to sit up? If I can sleep there, how much is the surcharge, and where can I pay for it? Which website should I use?

You need a reservation for this train. IC407 has seated coaches, and EN40407 (which is effectively the same train) has sleeper accommodation.
As far as I can tell, there’s no availability for the sleeper coaches, but you can reserve the seats. You can attempt to sleep.
You can reserve on cd.cz, and choose ‘purchase reservation only’ instead of Buy.

Availability can't be checked when the PKP system is undergoing its daily maintenance IIRC that starts at 23:45 and it still isn’t done. So we can't say anything about the sleeper availability yet.

It's the Czech site, but it's often the best place to make these reservations.
You'll both need a reservation, which will be checked by train staff.
Sure you can both reserve a bed or seat in the same compartment. But do you mean reserving one bed for two people? No, that's not allowed, and not fair to other passengers.
