I have created a trip on my mobile. In doing so I made a couple of mistakes which I would like to correct but I can find no way of doing so. The option to Edit Trip only allows one to change its name and connect/disconnect to a pass. I would like to delete a journey and change the date of a journey but it seems to be impossible. Do I have to start again and re-create the entire trip?

Hello! When to book reservations in Spain and France? We want to be as spontaneous as possible and if some trains are sold out, do you know any alternatives, like a less popular train or routes somehow? Thanks!

We are planning to begin our return journey on September 13 from Ljubljana.The plan is:  Ljubljana to Munich during the day, then Nightjet from Munich.  I want to book the Nightjet, so we definitely have a space.However, Im not sure if we want to spend the final night in Antwerp or Liège prior to going from Brussels back to the UK  on 15 September.My query is this:  do all night trains on this line stop at Liège?If I book to Brussels, can we still get off at Liège if we decide last minute?Is Antwerp or Liège best for a day?Thanks

I’d like to book a train for in three weeks’ time on the Copenhagen–Hamburg route, but on the DB website, when I try to book a seat, I get the message “Reservation cannot be made”. Hello again! I have added the journey Chur to Zurich on my rail planner last month and at that time Seat reservation was free (pic 1). I just noticed now that the time has changed and now it shows: Seat reservation optional (pic 2). I'm gonna have to delete that journey and enter the new time.My question is: Is it better for me to pay the Seat reservation to be sure we have seats OR we can just wing it?We have Eurail Global Pass 1st class. Thank you!

I would like to go to patras from ancona or bari but i am not sure if the global pull pas beta included the ferrie sites. Does someone have the information ? 

I planned my trip frome france through amsterdam, london and manchester. i understand that we have the right for 2 inbound/outbound travel, in my cas one to amsterdam and one from manchester. However, interrail counts our trip from amsterdam to london as an inbound/outbound ( i guess because it is a eurostar, thus it passes through Lille, in France). Is it normal ? can we solve the issue ? do we have to book another train separately. Thanks !

We need help with the seatplace reservation for trains in Spain. Is it possible to buy seatplace reservation at the trainstations in Spain? Because the seatplaces over the Interail App are booked out. Does anyone have experience with that?? Please respond, if you know something, it would be really helpful to us! 

Hello, I’ve tried everything to book seats on the Marseille–Madrid AVE on 18 September 2026. Having waited the 90 days before departure, I can’t buy them on the Interrail website, Happy Rail, RailEurope or by phone through Renfe. Any ideas?

Hi! We've been travelling for over two weeks now and there is an issue with rail planner that is beciming a problem. Whenever we are using mor than two trains per travel day, details of train number three (or four) is not showing app in the tickets. We have checked both view today's tickets and the tickets directly under the passes. This problem is connected to my wife rail planner app. My tickets show up as they should. And yes we have restarted the phone and reinstalled tha app and everything. Any ideas what we could do?
