MOCO museum Discount doesnt work

Does anyone know how to use the discount for MOCO museum?
I followed the instructions and use the code but it is invalid

We've investigated this and confirmed that the discount code works for standard online tickets. It looks like you may be trying to book a Flex Ticket, for which the discount is not valid.

Please let me know if you have any issues.
