I would indeed look at travelling via Strasbourg. TGVs Strasbourg-Paris have good availability tomorrow. No reservations needed for the fast regional trains Basel-Strasbourg.

you might have a look as well into getting by other trains to mulhouse and book a tgv from there. the domestic reservation price might be cheaper than the ripoff tgv lyria fee

It's fully booked. I suggest to look at trains via Strasbourg. What is your complete journey tomorrow? What time can you leave, or by what time do you need to be in Paris?

The time doesn't really matter. The important thing is getting to Paris tomorrow. I’m actually traveling from Bologna to Paris...

No. I’m in Bologna right now and plan to head to Paris tomorrow morning. I just didn't expect that it would be impossible to get a seat on this train.
