Hi, this is my first post on the forum and I’m currently starting to plan a month-long interrail trip for me and 6 of my friends for next summer! We’re looking to travel from england, mostly around western europe ideally and not sure what the first steps would be for planning this trip? We’re starting early so we can plan an itinerary far in advance. We want to go to some popular tourist areas but also some less popular places with good scenery and food! Does anyone have advice which would help us plan, or for how we can look for cheap but reliable accommodation? I’m also unsure on how best to plan a good route which makes the most of our time. Would it make sense to spend around 2-3 days in each country, so maybe we could visit around 10? We are also all girls and will be 18 when taking the trip, so does anyone have advice for how to remain safe while travelling?Sorry I know this is a lot of questions, any help would be much appreciated!! Hi. This is our second trip. Last year I booked all of the trip, seat reservations etc . on my desktop for x2 persons. I would like to book all of this years trip on my phone. Can I do that for both of us & then my partner can log in on her own phone & have all of the details on her app as well ? I’m sure the app is designed for this I can’t seem to work it out ?? Thanks. 

I have created two delay compensation requests for me (1501244 and 1501498) and then two more for my travel partner (so four in total, because we experienced the same delays).It’s been over a month since I created these requests and I haven’t heard anything from Interrail (not even a “we’re looking into it”, nothing...are they even looking into these, if yes how long does it usually take, do they need any more info from me? etc.).Is this kind of delay in processing requests normal?

I have a couple of questions about the current process for claiming delays with Eurail.I have submitted several claims over the past few weeks, but just received the standard reply saying it is has been received. Does anyone know how long it is taking to process currently? The form asks for a screenshot of the ticket. Eurail has disabled this functionality so I have submitted the images with the QR code missing (using the option to allow screenshot in the app). Will this be accepted?

Hi there,I’m looking into the European Sleeper train’s new service from Brussels to Milan; thinking of next year. I’d book a private compartment for 4 of us. Has anyone used them? How are they and how do they compare to the Night jet service from Brussels to Vienna (I used that a few years ago).  Thank you!

We are booked on 10.36 train from Bolzano to Munich (RJ88) on Tuesday 8th September, then 15.17 from Munich to Berlin (ICE1004) same day. Will either or both be running?

Hola Tengo una reserva de tren de paray lemonial francia a paris bercey, el segundo tramo tengo el ticket y tengo los asientos que es de moulins a paris, pero el primer tramo que es paray lemonial a moulins dice que es via BUS - asientos abiertos  , mi pregunta es No necesito algun boleto u algo o solo muestro el tramo en la aplicacion?  

We , a family of 3, travelled only 5 days out of 10 Travel days in 2 Months Global Pass 1st class. Is there a way to get refund for unused travel days?

Credit card, apple pay, different banks, different computers, browsers - all failed.  Finally paid via PayPal and it went through promptly.  Discovered this through a search through this community forum.  Support was not helpful, they pointed me back to my financial institutions, not a problem with their website.  (I beg to differ)  Hope the process to book trains is smoother!   We will be using global pass plus for 7 days over a 30 day period.

Can I still use this connection if I am not exiting the train in Germany without using one of my inbound/outbound days of a global pass?Thanks a lot for your help!Ralf

My wife and I are returning to London St Pancras on Eurostar and then switching to London Euston on the same evening to travel to our home station using our 30 day /5 travel day/ 1st class Eurorail passes. We have selected an Avanti train for the final leg of the journey but are struggling to find a link to make seat reservations - even though our “Journey” says that these are required. All of our European seats have been booked with no problems. Can anyone assist us please

I want to travel from Germany to Imperia (Italy) tomorrow (Sunday) including bike transportation.I have to use 3 trains in totalICE from Germany to Zürich (CH) EC153 - Zürich (CH) to Milano Lamberti (I) IC641 - Milano Centrale (I) to Imperia (I) For ICE connection from Germany to Zürich I can do reservation for the bike by DB App ✔︎.Until now I found no way to do reservation for the bike for other trains. I checked Trenitala App + Website and SBB without success. Does anyone have an idea how to do this?  

Wenn ich am letzten Abend meines 4-Tage-Mobilpasses in Zürich mit dem Nachtzug abreise und am nächsten Tag in der Früh im selben Zug in Wien ankomme - muss ich dann für den Teil in Österreich ( meinem Heimatland), der am 5. Tag stattfindet, ein eigenes Ticket kaufen?

How can I remove a journey from "my trip" in the railplanner-app?

I am looking for Route ideasfrom Ljubjana to St. Moritz(Switzerland) via italy. Along the way i can either do a 2 night stay or 2 1 night stops. I am planning to travel in october.My current idea are Trieste and Milano as they both are along the way. As there are no good train coonections from Slovenia to italy anymore(or did i overlook something) i am thinking about taking the Bus from Ljubjana to Trieste instead. I am looking for alternatives to Milano as i already have been there. (it was just the first stop that came into my mind along the route) Looking to get away with just 1 highspeed train reservation for italy.
