I check train time from Salzburg to Mayrhofen and it shows that the line between Jenbach Zillertalbahn to Mayrhofen im Zillertal not in pass network. It confused me since train Re 143 Is a part of train in Austria.

Hello,I have bought a Eurail global pass and I am trying to make reservation between Zurich and Paris for 12th May 2023.  The website is not allowing to reserve for any direct train. It is throwing error “One of the legs of your journey could not be booked” and I am trying book a direct high speed train between Zurich to Paris. How to solve this ? My travel is in next 3 weeks.

I was trying to book a seat reservation throw the eurial app for the train from Paris to Amsterdam but I couldn't find any availabilitythen I went throw a website called b _ Europe and booked a seat reservation for a train belongs to thalys And sadly  I found our that I booked 15 May instead of 14 May 15 minutes latee When I tried to edit the date it will coaste 264$ And in the euro app I couldn't cancel the trip they said that means that I used 1 travel dayAnd I really don't know what to do 

I purchased a rail pass yesterday but never got the email so I can’t book any seat reservations. I’ve emailled support but they say 2 days before I can expect a response.I’m freaking out because some of the trains I need to book are already showing sold out in some time slots. Is there any way I can contact someone from the company?

Hello everybody!I bought an interrail global pass (4 days in one month) and used already two days with outbound and inbound journey. Is it possible to use the other two days for another trip if I do not start my journey in my country of residence?Is there someone who can help me please!?Julie

Hey there!I traveled from Berlin to Barcelona using two travel days. I started with an swiss over-night train from Berlin to Karlsruhe. From there I took a french TGV to Paris. It was counted as two travel days which I planned with.BUT: Also they counted both of my outbound and inbound travels which doesn’t make sense to me due to the fact, I was traveling non-stop from Berlin to Barcelona.How can I fix it? (As no one of support team seems to be reachable and I want to use my inbound travel soon).Many thanks for any advice!Nina

As a NL resident, I want to go to Luxembourg.  The route transits Belgium. And there's the rub.   The public transport in Luxembourg is free… smart smart smart. Can I use a 1 country pass and have it count for the transit country, Belgium?   Or do I need a global pass?Thanks!

Hello we have now experienced twice not being able to order seat tickets. On monday 24th we are going from Budapest to Zagreb, but can’t order a seat ticket without paying for a regular ticket as well. On tuesday 25th we Will then go from Zagreb to Split with the only Daily departure, where a seat ticket is required. However, we cannot understand how to order that seat ticket, and we are nervous that the train will be fully booked when we arrive in Zagreb to buy the tickets physically at the train station. Can someone please help us?:)))

Hi I have been trying for a month to reserve a train from France Gare de Lyon to Milano Central. There are trains on the list and every time I put the reservations in my cart then click to proceed to payment I get an error message. I started trying 90 days in advance so I assumed it was all of the protests and such stopping trains from France being booked. I am still getting the error message. Do my Eurail passes not cover an international train from France to Milan, could that be the issue? I have tried different computers, different websites and I am still not able to reserve a seat on a train that says seat reservations are required. I would so appreciate anyone’s help to try to resolve this. 

HelloI have an Interrail Pass that expires on 3 May. However, my journey back home is on the 4th of May. It is cheaper for me to buy another pass for 4 days in a month than a normal standard ticket. It concerns the journey from London St. Pancras to Zurich. I need 2 seat reservations for London - Paris (Eurostar) and Paris - Zurich (TGV).I would like to book these now. However, as 4 May is outside my 1st pass, I get an error message. However, I have bought the 2nd pass and have also activated it.Waiting until the first pass expires on 3 May is not an option, as seat reservations should be made as early as possible....Can anyone help me? I have booked the Irish Ferries sailing to Dublin tomorrow at  14.10.  The 9am train from Euston doesn't get in to Holyhead until 14.18 according to the Interrail and DB websites. Seat 61 advises that the train from Euston gets in at 12 50. I know there can be issues with the timetable on the Interrail site .Anyone know what's the option are as getting an earlier train has some short transfers. There is a bus trip as part of the route from Rhyl in any option I look at . Many thanks.

Hey community…I was wondering if anyone has tried to purchase a Greek Island pass in the past couple days and been unable to? Every time I try to add it to my cart I get a messaging telling me that this pass can’t be added to my cart because its not possible to buy a mobile pass and a paper pass together at the moment. to continue, check out with the passes in my cart first then come back and buy this pass separately. Thing is, I don’t have anything in my cart - yep its empty!! 

I’m currently travelling and been using the eurail app with Mobile pass for the last 2,5 weeks. today my mobile pass suddenly disappeared from the app. My trip was still there but the pass isn’t anymore. I tried to re add the pass, but now it is not connected to my trip anymore. It says I used both my inbound and outbound on the pass, I think because I already put my travel home (tomorrow and Saturday) in the first planned trip.I tried to re install the app, but this didn’t make a difference.What can I do to be able to use my pass and the inbound that I need soon? Hopefully someone knows can help me, because I need to be able to use it by tomorrow morning.best regards, Sanne 

Hi,How do you book the Lake Brienz ferry on the Eurail app?

My student son was traveling today from Freiburg-Bruges and forgot to activate his travel day/ticket on his eurailpass (although he saved it to his planner). Throughout the entire journey, he was never asked to scan his ticket. He missed one of his connections making it impossible to reach Bruges till several hours after midnight so he quickly changed his plans, decided to stay on his current train and spend the night in Amsterdam, continuing his journey tomorrow. When he went to leave the train station in Amsterdam he needed to scan a ticket to depart, but when he went to activate it on his eurailpass, the app wouldn’t allow it since it was after midnight. So he joined a line of people that weren’t scanning their tickets and now he is worried about not only being fined for this (50 + 15 euros) but being required to buy a ticket. He is returning to the train station tomorrow to continue his journey and straighten things out, but what I want to know is will the folks at the train statio

Hi All, I am planning to visit Europe in summer and looking to purchase a Global pass. The problem which I am having is to understand the travel days. The pass which I choose was 5 days in 1 month. My itinerary is given below: I arrive to Rome via international flight on 22nd June Rome to Milan -----25 JuneStay will remain in Milan for 3 nights and will visit Venice in betweenMilan to Venice -----27 JuneVenice to Milan------27JuneMilan to Zurich------28th JuneZurich to Paris-------1st JulyParis to London------4th JulyFlight back to home on 7th July Now if you look at it there are 5 destinations which I am visiting and Venice is the one which I will be covering in 1 day and will be back to Milan. When I enter these details in Eurail planner, it shows me 6 days of travel and recommends 7 days in 1 month pass. I am confused because as per the information about the travel day, you can travel as many trains as you want after midnight to before next midnight and it will count as 1 day. Pleas

I ordered two interrail passes - one for me, one for my child - but we do not receive any confirmation mail. According to the order overview and the “invoice” it is paid, but I am still waiting for the email with my pass. The chat bot is also not really helpful. We wanted to travel tomorrow and I have already booked seats. The only notification on the upper part of the order is: components.orderState. Does anybody knows what this means?
