logging in to interrail to keep my pass valid

Sue Sweetpeas

Just had a notification saying I should go online within 48 hours to keep my pass valid - I’ve used one day and will use day 2 on Sunday - does this log in count as being online?

No, this login (to the community) doesn’t count.

The “online” element relates to the app on your phone, where your pass lives.  You need to open the app while you have internet access.  I don’t know the exact reason, but basically your app needs to phone home every so often.

You don't need to log in anywhere. Just being online with the Rail Planner app open is enough.
