Hi, my parents and I plan on travelling from Den Haag Centraal (Netherlands) to Milano Centrale (Italy). Basically, we were planning our travels  on 18/06/2023 for the travel date 03/01/2023 and we found a timetable, for which we bought a seat reservation for. But now it’s dissapeared, but I can still find the timetable on other train apps, so we know it’s still going, but that the railplanner app doesnt show it. But I’m under the impression that in order to use our mobile passes we need to generate passes for the specific trains, which you do through the railplanner app, and we can no longer do that since the route does not show up anymore. Does anyone have a solution for this? The alternative that the railplanner app is showing is a worse option, that requires more seat reservation, and on different trains than the train that we already reserved our seat on. I’ve attached the image of the original route we planned on taking.  Any info would be very much appreciated! 

I just purchased a global Eurail pass and created a Eurail account, and now I want to reserve a seat to get from Vienna to Amsterdam (any route possible).I’ve tried multiple different routes, days, browsers etc. but every time when I get to the check out screen, the system runs an error and says “something went wrong”. I’ve sunk 6 hours into trying to reserve this trip. It’s really frustrating.Am I missing something?

Hello! I will travel with Interrail for the first time in one week. I really hope somebody can help me. I am really confused. My question is whether I can add a journey on an active day. Here is my problem: I want to travel from Hanover (Germany) to Munich (Germany). I want to stay there for some hours and use the night train to Venice (Italy). I already know that there is no extra “active” day when using a night train but how does it work with the stay? I would have to use two “active” days when I stay in Munich for some hours although it is just one day. It says that the inspector have to see the train you’re staying in, when he scans the barcode. But how is it handled when you’re not traveling the exact route that is on your “ticket” because the rail planner didn’t show it?   

Hi my  partner and I (both in our 60s) are wanting to travel to Prague via Germany in September. We will be getting onto the rail network from Eurostar as we are coming from the uk. We fancy stopping over for a couple of nights in 4 German cities and 3 nights in Prague. I'm thinking that some kind of European flexible travel passes would be more economical..We are not great at purchasing online. Can anyone suggest any help available and best deals, whilst remaining as flexible as possible.Thanks Carolyn    

Hello,yesterday I’ve bought a seat reservation for a train ICE 9558 (Mannheim → Paris Est). I thought there’ll be an option to choose where I’d like to seat after pay, anyway it chose me random seat right in the couch 22. I’m travelling with my girlfriend who doesn’t have an Interrail pass, but every train I saw yet had an option to choose where exactly I’d like to seat. When I tried to buy tickets for her on the https://bahn.com (Deutsche Bahn site) I wasn’t able to select the seat and the same for SNCF, they didn’t tell me the seat before I buy it.  I’m afraid that if I buy two random seats and the train will be full, there’ll be no way to seat next to each other. Also, she’s getting sick when seated somewhere else than next to the window and in the direction of the travel.  Is there anything I can do? Or at least can I refund my “random selected” ticket? Is the sleeper train from Ljubliana to Budapest running this year? Specifically the 00:30-8:59 on 25th August There was no mention of it on The man in seat 61. https://www.seat61.com/international-trains/trains-from-Ljubljana.htm#Ljubljana-Budapest However in my copy of the European Rail Timetable summer 2023 edition it is shown and on trainline it appears but says unavailable. while OBB does say there is a train but there is no option to book a seat let alone a sleeper. Is there a limited services or will i need to look at an alternative route? was hoping to not travel that long throughout the day.

Do I need Eurail Pass before I make a reservation for the trip from Paris to Rome?Or, in other words, can I make reservation for trip without a Eurail Pass?Would an overnight stop in Milan make sense? t\Then train to Rome from Milan?This would be our only train trip. Hi All, I wonder if anyone can help…I bought a seat reservation for the Berlin to Brussels night train, and I have an interrail mobile pass. But, the sleeper journey doesnt show up in the interrail journey finder, so how can I add the journey to the pass??

Hi, we are a family of 4 adults and one child 6 years old. We just bought passes for 10 days within 2 months. I was trying to find some journeys using the planner, but unfortunately i wasn't very successful. So i have following questions1. On the 5 July late on the day or on the 6 july very early i wanted to find a connection from Vejle/Kolding in dk to Munich in de with a night express and with sleeping department, so that we would be in munich in the morning on the 6 july. i couldn't find any.2. Generally when traveling in July during a weekdays is it always worth to make reservations also for trains which don't require one?3. Monday, the 10 July from Ljubljana in sv to Verona in it in the morning i could find any train connections, only with some flexbus. How to find one?4. Can I buy an interrail pass for my child as a present? 

Hello all, I'm planning a trip to the Greek Islands and I have a questions regarding the booking order. I understand that the first booked must be the first leg to match the activation date and the first day used as a travel day. However, in my case, I want to book from Athens to Paros on the 20th, and then from Ios to Athens on the 30th. Those are the only 2 routes I am sure I want to book via the 4 day ferry pass as of right now. And that would be fine, but what I don't know if I can do is: can I, on the 23th (for example) being in Paros, book a new route for the 24th to go to another island? Or would i only be able to book routes that chronologically occur after the second booked one (already returning from Ios to Athens)? From reading other questions I see i need to add journeys for each travel day, but the website really doesn't tell whether one can add a journey between two days that were already planned in the mobile pass.  Perhaps a solution would be to book all tickets as I de

Hi, I would like to use my interrail pass in October.I would like to activate it now in order to book trains that require seat reservations.However, I will get a new passport in September. My new passport will have a new passport number. Hello!I just purchased Eurail flexipass 4 days 1st class. I am trying to book those 4 days.   1st trip is Paris to Lausanne. It seems that I should put in my pass order number but haven’t seen an option for that. The system wants to charge us $86.58 for two of us and $4.44 booking fee.   Seat reservations are required. Why this charge?

Hey,I am trying to book a seat reservations for the train from BRATISLAVA HLAVNA STANICA to KRAKOW GLOWNY (direct) for 2 travellers, however it says I will receive a paper ticket? I start my trip tomorrow so will be unable to wait for the ticket to arrive at my home. I have managed to book all the other trains on my trip to have a mobile ticket but not sure why this journey is unable to receive a mobile ticket. Any help/suggestions would be really appreciated!

Are all the trains and taxes included in the interrail global pass, Or is it still necessary to pay an extra for each of the trains you take even if you have the pass?

Hi!I’m planning my interrail trip for september but i’m a bit confused. I’m supposed to go from Verona to Lake Bled. When searching trains I found out that it would be possible to go there if I travel by Villach. However the train from Villach to Lesce (Bled) doesn’t show on the eurail timetable although i can find it for example in Omio. Is the train included in the pass or not if it isn’t included in the timetable?Thank you in advance for your help! :)

I am from Canada.  I will be traveling with three other people … all of us over 60.  We are traveling in Portugal and Spain.  I have booked all but one leg of the train segments.  I am having a great deal of trouble booking seat reservations.  I find this system not user friendly nor is the help when I get an email response.  Does anyone know how to book reservations.  Is there a telephone number I can call to get help with bookings?

Me and my wife was planing to travel this year with the train instand of flying (good for our planet) i just buy the 7 day pass and try to book my travel but it look like all train fro holand or belgie to Biarritz, France (i live close to the belgie border)are fully booked,is there a way that i can travel with the train? (i try now for 4 days and dont find normal way)It my first time that i try it and dont what to cancel the pass before i know i try everything.Thanks Tsafi

I am planning to go from Amsterdam to Paris this thursday the 20th of July. I already knew that I won’t be able to take the TGV that goes straight to Paris Nord, but I saw that there were other options available. Now that I am deciding which train to take, I am confused. I clicked the button ‘no reservation needed’ on the interrail website and it gives me the option to go from Amsterdam-Antwerp-Paris. For both parts of the travel it says ‘ you’re ready to board’  as if there is no reservations required. However, when i went to check real-time timetables of the trains on the dutch train website (NSinternational) it said the trains were fully booked and that it was actually a thalys (and not an intercity, as it says on the interrail website). The  train code numbers and departure times are exactly the same on both websites, but NS says it is a thalys and interrail says it is an intercity. What I am asking is this: is there any way that the interrail website gives wrong information and I
