How do I use my Eurail pass in Scotland

Hi,I have purchased a Eurail Global Pass on April 14th that I have NOT used yet. I sent several emails in the past week in order to have a full REFUND but had NO response yet. However, the website indicates it should only take 48 hours to have a response… I need a refund as soon as possible please this is an emergency. My pass number is EU30496688. Hi everyone,I’ve purchased an Eurail Global Pass and added it to the Rail Planner app. I then made a seat reservation for an upcoming trip (paid €12), but realized afterward that I hadn’t activated the pass yet.I’d like to set this reserved trip as Day 1 of my pass validity. Does anyone know how to retroactively assign it or activate the pass starting on that date? Any tips are appreciated!Thanks! 

Using the Global pass and traveling from Hamburg to Odense. Two of the legs say “open seating.” As first time rail travelers, are we really going to be able to find seats?! Please advise. 

Bonjour je souhaite changer 2 pass pris en promo de 15 jours en 10 jours . Je me suis trompé sur la prise de commande.  J'ai essayé de prendre 2 pass 10 jours mais impossible pour modifier comme indiqué.  J'ai pris le 29 mars et on est le 30 mars et je pars le 4 Avril. Hi,Me and some friends are wanting to travel in France, Italy and Switzerland but won't know until about a month before if we can stay for 10 days or 15 days. So I wondered if we booked seats for us doing 15 days as we want to add the extra 5 days on at the end when we're in Italy. Would we be able to cancel our seat reservations for the trains in Italy and then change our eurostar seat reservations to being earlier. 

Hi all, I’m just entering my planned excursion.The very first thing I put in my trip plan is a train from Tiverton in Devon to London St Pancras Int.Even though I know that there’s a train at 21.11 that gets in at 00.39 the trip planner on both the App & website sends me on a 22hr trip including going to the Netherlands to get a ferry back!!!!How do I get it to register the train that I actually want to take.Can I use my pass to book it away from the site?Cheers for any help

Very confused… on this page: https://www.eurail.com/en/help/interested-in-eurailing/do-i-need-a-eurail-or-an-interrail-pass it says “A Eurail Pass can only be used by non-European citizens or non-European residents. European citizens can use an Interrail Pass instead, available from Interrail.eu for the same price as a Eurail Pass.”But on https://www.myinterrail.co.uk/interrail-passes/ - it’s all about Interrail passes for UK people? Thanks in advance!

Salve a tutti, abbiamo acquistato il nostro pass Interrail (7 giorni) che vorremmo sfruttare entro la fine del 2026.A tal proposito avremmo qualche domanda da porre in merito,  dato che siamo alla nostra prima esperienza.L’idea è di sfruttare i viaggi notturni (che prenoteremo quanto prima), in modo da poter visitare le città durante il giorno per poi riprendere il treno e spostarci verso un’altra meta, tranne l’ultimo giorno che sappiamo dobbiamo sfruttare entro le 23:59. Cerco di scrivervi lo schema per aiutarvi a capire (le date sono solo di esempio):Venezia/Vienna 22/09Vienna/Varsavia 23/09Varsavia/Praga 24/09Praga/Amsterdam 25/09Vorremmo fare almeno altre 2 tappe, ma non ci è chiaro se utilizzando i treni notturni senza cambi durante il tragitto ci viene conteggiato un solo giorno di viaggio, o se dato che non pernottiamo in quasi nessuna delle città i giorni che vengono conteggiati sono maggiori.Esempio, se partiamo da Venezia la sera di martedì 22/09 con treno diretto (quindi se

My family has purchased a Global Pass to ride the rails and adventure throughout Europe.  After an exceedingly difficult time figuring out how to plan the trip and finding out that the website and App aren’t linked….I think we’ve accomplished it. We are flying into Spain and traveling from Madrid down to Malaga….a couple of days later, traveling from Malaga to Barcelona by way of Madrid. I’ve received an email saying that both reservations have been cancelled.  No explanation why or if the moneys paid will be refunded or whether or not I should attempt to book different reservations.I’m assuming we’ll be able to travel to our destinations on regional trains?  Is this a safe assumption?Thank you for your help.Donovan

I got no follow up update.What data was leaked from where?What was done about it?Why are there still so much data collected? (I still could not find a way to delete past travels). An official answer would be nice. Thank you

What recommendations for travelling from Trieste back to London, via Paris and Eurostar. Is the Eurorail Pass vald for the overnight sleeper train from Venice or Milan?

Hello. I plan to travel from Amsterdam to Spain and it's approximately 23h. In this case, if the day I leave Amsterdam is my last day of pass, would you let me do the transfers the next day to my final destination or do I need two days of pass? Keeping in mind that on the day of departure I would activate and reserve mandatory seats and use the planned route.

Hi,I created several trips on my PC browser. One of the trips I used for purchasing reservations, let’s call it “trip 3”.But when I go to “plan your trip” in my browser, trip 1 opens. I can’t find a way to open and change any of the other trips. When I go to my profile, I find a list of my planned trips, but trip 1 is missing, and I can’t find a way to open or edit trip 2 or 3, I can only edit certain things like fellow travellers or the name of the trip.can somone help me to get that sorted out? thanks

Hi. Does anyone know, if I’m traveling on trains which don’t need reservations, do I have to catch the train at the time specified in my trip details? e.g. if I say I’m going to catch the 09:30 but I miss it, can I just hop on the next one?

Hi all, I’m travelling with my family of 5 and can not get my pass and those of my wife and kids to appear on the app. It bounces me back and forth but ultimately unsuccessfully. how can we get on a train without the app or get the app to appear. there is no phone number to ring and the chat bot is down. I submitted a query but will be waiting on a reply to that. 

Hello. I am trying to book a sleeper train from Paris to Salzburg on May 24th - are they all full, or do the routes simply not run anymore? When I look on the OBB website, it says that there are no routes for this. When I check from other countries like Belgium, a bunch of routes pop up. Does anyone have advice on this?  Thank you.
