Hi there, I’ve booked two sleeper cabins on the OBB Nightjet from Brussels to Vienna at the end of July, for my family and me. We’re arriving into Brussels Midi on the Eurostar from London at around 16.00. I didn’t realise but I’ve booked the OBB Nightjet to Vienna from Brussels Nord, when it does actually start from Brussels Midi.  Do you think I should try to change the booking so we get on at Midi or just leave it that we get on at Nord??It departs Nord at approx 19.43, we arrive into Midi at approx 16.00. Many thanks for you help!

I want to travel from Lithuania to Lisbon (Portugal) , clean travel time is 42h so its like two days? Or make it simpler, if you travel 2 countries in 1 day, thats still 1 day in pass? Thanx guys

my wife and I are travelling to Italy on 21 September and we have a 6 day Italy flexi pass and then a week later we friends joining us and they will have a 4 day Italy flexi pass. can I have them on my rail planner app or will there be issues. from the time they get there we will travel together

Hi, trying to book from Barcelona to Montpellier. Done everything right on the app but it falls over when paying by credit card—also tries PayPal. This also occurred in France and ended up going to the train station. But Barcelona station cannot help—-they just say go on line. I want to leave this Sunday. Also we have many trips across Europe and I would like to use the app and website rather than going to the station all the time.. The message says—-something went wrong please refresh—/but this did not work. Cheers jeff

Our trip to Italy and France will be broken up by a two-week Mediterranean cruise. Is it advisable to purchase two 15-day passes, (15 days before the cruise, and 15 days after), or another pass option?

 I have added some journeys to the Eurail app on my phone.  Some of these journeys did not require a reservation so I have no other evidence.  But when i go to “Show Ticket” there is no ticket showing. I find this worrying and had Ive have known the whole process was so complicated I would have flown.  At least with an airline you can see your ticket in advance.

Hi, can we use our 50th anniversary flash sale tickets to travel from our home town of Worcester to Paddington, stay overnight with our daughter then catch Eurostar to Paris using our pass for both rail journeys? Is this allowed in terms of the one journeys out and one journey in rules? Thanks, cannot find clear answers elsewhere John

I will be activating my 30 day pass on April 7. I have inadvertently purchased tickets for a time period after my pass will expire. I’m assuming I won’t be able to use those tickets? 

I want to take a night train from Munich to Venezia.It leaves at 23pm and arrives 8am next day, so I would need to take this one because of the way I’m managing my travel days. However, when I try to purchase the seat reservation it shows me an information like in the picture below.once I cannot buy the ticket, I was wondering if I could just take the train without seat reservation, once I have no other way to make this trip 

Hi there,Been having trouble sorting out my travel from Istanbul back towards the west. Have Istanbul to Sofia all sorted but in the app Im having to go hopping from Sofia - Vidin - Arad - Budapest - Zagreb. When I could really do with going through Belgrade or Sarajevo, cutting down several hours on my trip to Zagreb. All help appreciated! Also still no trains out of Greece? Have accepted needing to fly from Thessaloniki to Istanbul but confirmation welcome!

hello!Today I made a purchase online of a pass to the greek islands for me and my friends.I was gonna reserve the ferry and i nedeed to put my Pass ID but I don’t have any.I only received by e-mail the confirmation of my order with our names and our purchase and when will arrive to our houses.Is the number on the phisical pass? So i can’t reservate my seat until the pass arives?

Hi there,I need a seat reservation for a SNCF train within france. I have read that it should be possible at b-europe with the pass cover number.But on their website there is only a form for Thalys and Eurostar trains. Therefore I can’t choose my connection. How can i do this?Thank you 

Hi,I'm planning a trip with interrail pass but I'm having some trouble in counting days. We'd like to take two trains in one day: from milan to Zurich and from Zurich to Hamburg (by night). The second train should leave Zurich at the 2nd of july but I'll come to hamburg at the 3rd. Are this two trains counting as one day of trip or two?Kind regards, Gianluca Marelli

I have a party with 2 Interail passes and 2 Eurail passes. How can I make reservations for the 4 people to be together, please? 

If I understood the conditions correctly the Benelux Pass is valid in all three countries only if you’re not living in one of them. On other sites (e. g. https://www.acprail.com/rail-passes/interrail/interrail-benelux) it even says that you cannot buy it at all if you’re a resident of either of the tree countries. Has this been changed recently? Anyway, if you’re a resident of NL, BE or L you are still paying the same as anyone else but are only getting travel in the two other countries. Is that correct? Considering that public transit is free in Luxemburg anyway, that does not seem to be very much of a bargain, anymore. If you are a BE or NL resident you are essentially only getting travel in the respective other country since in L it is free, anyway (unless you’re using a 1st class pass, of course). Am I getting something wrong here?

Hello, there will be a mobile pass for the Greek Islands 4 days pass shortly? If not, should I wait until I get the paper pass by post to make the first ferry reservation?Also, I would like to know when I make the ferry online reservation, if I can get the boarding pass online as in a standard reservation…. or if by the contrary using the pass, the boarding pass mut be obtained phisically.Many thanks for all in advance, María 

Hello,I have a problem with my interrail app. I booked a seat reservation with the browser (and printed the confirmation on paper) but I can’t see it within the interrail app. I was signed in, so the booking should be connected to my account.Is it enough to show the printed version?How can I manage the reservations in the app? Thank you

Hi everyone.  I can´t find a trip from Slovenia through Croatia (Zagreb) -- Serbia (Begorad) - Bulgaria (Sofia) to end destination Istanbul.It doesn´t have to be this exact route. Departure in Ljubliana and arrival Istanbul only are fixed.  Is there still this covid problem, that trains can´t pass the border?Or is it a problem of interrail website? Does anyone know more here? Planing this is already quite complicated, which makes me considering doing this trip in the Balkans at all. It seems to be stressful. What do you think? Is it still worth it? Thanks, Laura   

WE have booked a number of reservations across Europe on the interail.eu site.However, when I go to the APP where I have added the PASS numbers I cannot see any of these reservations.  We are using the same login details.Its as if there is no synchronisation between APP and website. Its very frustrating and worrying as we are supposed ti be travelling in 2 weeks.What are we doing wrong as I cannot take the computer on holiday and will be relying on the APP on my phone.
