I put it to activate my pass for March 2023 and accidentally put 2 trips thinking it was to schedule them, but it turned out that I used 2 days of the 4 that I was entitled to. But I haven't traveled yet. How do I reverse this?

Hi - my partner and I are travelling from London to Paris for the rugby World Cup in 2023 and we are hoping to get the Eurostar for a match on 23rd September (returning two days later) and again on 7th October (returning two days later).Is it possible to do this on the Global Interrail pass (4 days travel in 1 month)?I have seen some things about a max number of travel days in your home country so don’t want to buy the pass if we won’t be able to use it as planned.Thanks in advance!

Hi,  ich habe mir den Interrail Pass gekauft um nach Paris zu reisen. Nun habe ich gesehen, das es eine Möglichkeit für verschiedene Partner Angebote einlösen kann. Leider verstehe ich nicht wie ich diese nutzen kann (.besonders Hotel Buchungen und Rad Mieten), da ich nirgends angeben kann, das ich so ein Pass besitze. Gibt es hierbei schon Erfahrungen. GrüßeMichi :) Hi,   I bought the Interrail Pass to travel to Paris.   Now I have seen that it can redeem an opportunity for different partner offers. Unfortunately I don't understand how I can use it (especially hotel bookings and bike rentals) because I can't say anywhere that I have such a passport.   Is there any experience with this? Greetings Michi :)

I accidentally booked seat reservation for 27th instead of 28th December trains Paris-Bruxelles with Thalys trains. The train number is the same, departure time is same. My Ticket requires a seat reservation, but it’s not available to reserve anymore for any trains for tomorrow the 28th. Can I still travel ? What will happen, can i prove i bought it, but made a mistake? I know there are still places left since on Thalys it still possible to book, but it cost 150euros for a ride of 1h45. 

Hi! I’m based in France for a month. I was planning to buy an inter rail pass so that I could go to places for a day, or occasional stopover - day in Germany then home, day in Paris then home, weekend in London then home…….have I completely misunderstood how the pass works?

Hi,I have two passes - one global Interrail pass and one Austria pass. I was traveling inside Austria, and instead of using a day in the Austria pass, I mistakenly used my last day on the global pass.I really need help with this, I need to use the day on the global pass as an inbound journey later on, and I have 2 days free on the Austria pass.Is it somehow possible the day used can be shifted from the global pass to the Austria pass. I would be in a bad situation if that’s not possible. Thanks

We bought an Interrail global ticket (15 days in 2 months). We’re wondering if the price of the seat reservation will be reduced due to our ticket or if they will stay the same? 

Hallo,ich würde gerne unter nightjet.com ein Ticket von Stuttgart Hbf nach Venedig Santa Lucia für den 20.04.23 buchen. Abfahrt in Stuttgart soll um 20:29 Uhr sein. Jetzt musste ich leider feststellen, dass keine Angebote für eine Buchung vorhanden sind. Ich habe mal recherchiert und festgestellt, dass im gesamten Zeitraum vom 11.04.23 - 18.05.23 keinerlei Angebote für eine Ticket Buchung vorhanden sind - egal ob nun Sitzwagen, Liegewagen oder Schlafwagen.  Kann man in diesem Zeitraum keine Tickets buchen oder sind alle Tickets bereits ausverkauft? Viele GrüßeSilvia 

If I purchase 3 month tickets in the winter sale, can I travel with it in October, November and December 2023?  just wondering as it says “valid for 11 months”. Thanks in advance!

Hello, I'm planning a trip on my interrail journey. Going from Stockholm to Tallinn but i can’t find Tallinn in my interrail app. It's not showing up as possible destination. So im wondering if something is wrong or i'm doing something wrong. Can someone help me out? Thanks in advance!Siem

I have a Global Pass, I have created an account, but how do I get this pass that my friend bought added to my account?Our passes have not been activated yet, my friend has bought the part of the trip that we’ll take together and created it already, with reservations and all. How can I add these to my account and actually get my Pass under my account? Adding the trips to the app was easy, but we cannot figure out how I can actually add my pass to my account.Please, don’t reply with the same answers about reservations. I need my pass under my account since we will not travel the same route in the end. We thought it would be simple for one of us to buy the passes and the first part of the trip, had no idea it would make things this hard.

Hello, I am completely new to Eurail.com, traveling on train through Europe and even more the the Mobile App Rail Planner. I am traveling with my wife and daughter from December 26th to January 06th (London - Paris - Chamonix - Milan - Venice - Florence), and I got the 7 days Global Pass through the website. I have been buying the different tickets for each route, so I already got them and even printed each of them. I see there is the Mobile App, which I already downloaded, and I have my account active. I saw today that our Passes are not yet Active. So, I proceeded and I activated mine, but then I do not see any of the tickets (for the Seat Reservations) that I have bought in the Mobile App, and I cannot find a way to add them there. I need to validate if I have to (must) use the Mobile App, or if I could just take my printed at home tickets (which have the barcode) and use those to board the trains? My son was travelling with us & his mobile pass is on my phone , unfortunately he has to travel home urgently tomorrow how can we transfer his pass onto his phone ??

Is 2nd class eurail pass eligible to book a 1st class Bernina Express?  I’m not sure if this is the under different conditions because we have to book it on the official website of the train and the booking fees are the same for both class. 

Important!We created and paid for an order for seats that was supposed to be sent to the hotel (Hotel Wivel Narvik - Norway), but the post office in Narvik told us that the shipment would not arrive until 29.12.2022. And our tickets are for 27.12.2022 and 28.12.2022. We absolutely need to know the reserved seats in the trains in order to continue our journey. The other trains are hopelessly sold out. We have hotels and other trains paid for.What should we do?

I am trying to pay for a Global Pass with a Barclays Visa (USA) and keep getting a message Authentication Failed. I've tried changing browsers, changing computers, and called the credit card company. The card company pre-authorized the purchase and did everything on their side to try to get the payment to go through. From this board, sounds like others have had similar problems. I really want to use this particular credit card for the payment. Is there any other way that I can buy the pass if I can't do it on eurail.com?

Hi. I am a non EU citizen (from Azerbaijan) who is going to have 6 months stay permission (national visa-D) in Germany. Can i buy eurail pass after arriving in Germany? I need eural pass to travel to France, Belgium and Holland at weekends during my 6 months stay in europe. Some articles say, u need to buy eurail pass before arriving in Europe and it can not be bought online. So, lets say i arrive in Germany in april and have visa till november. Can i buy eurail pass in germany in may? Thanks.

I recently booked a reservation for Eurostar from Paris to London. I didn’t realize it was a 1st class reservation until I saw it on the ticket that it only valid for 1st class only. I actually did input my Eurail pass number in when booking, so I am not sure why it went through. There is no 2nd class ticket available to exchange. I am currently in Italy and not sure if the ticket office here can help since it is a different train operator. I was wondering if it is possible to pay the difference in price from 2nd to 1st class for reservation from b-europe. Anyone had the same experience? Should I call the customer service or I can just pay the difference at the Paris station? 

I would like to change my 2nd class pass for me and my 7 years old daughter to 1st class?

Hello all, hope you’ve had a nice Christmas!I’m trying to add a journey within my ‘home country’ to my mobile Interrail pass. The problem is, the trains/route I want to take aren’t offered by the app (I think the problem is that the app doesn’t have the most recent timetables), and there’s more than one train/leg involved.I know how to manually add each train to My Trip, but when I try to create a barcode for this, it warns me that “when adding a journey or leg to your pass to travel in your country of residence, you’ll be prompted to use one of these two journeys. Once you’ve used your outbound and inbound journeys: you’ll not be able to add an additional journey or leg to your Pass to travel on trains in your home country”.This suggests that I won’t be able to add all the legs of my journey without using a travel day for each leg. As my journey involves more than two legs (and I still need the second ‘home country’ journey for another day!) this clearly isn’t an option.Does anyone kn

Similar to another post without proper answer. My Eurail app keeps saying that "It looks like you are offline. Go online to see your passes", when I try to view my pass (QR code). The internet on my phone is working fine (both WiFi and mobile data). I have restarted the app, restarted my phone, disabled the app and enabled it, but still getting the same error when trying to access my pass. I have reached out to customer support with no answer. Can I get my mobile pass turned into a paper pass to end this nightmare? Any other suggestions?
