OkJust finalized my Global passes for two of us to travel.We are not from europe and our cel phone provider is expensive to use for everyday in multipal countries in europe.If we activate the cel phone with the passes now can we change the sim card to another carrier without affecting the passes?Thanks.

Hi everyone ! I am planning to take the Eurail with friends this summer and it seems not possible to book a train from or to Serbia.Is it included in the pass. And also it seems that it is not possible to go from Croatia to Serbia and from Serbia to Macedonia. Thank you in advance for your help ! Have a good trip this summer ! Pierre.

So, I want to travel from Bremen (GER) to Liverpool (UK) with a train, I bought a Pass and activated it with the app. Now I am looking for a good connection. I started to looking for it with google maps and found the route Bremen - Cologne - Bruxelles - London - Liverpool. It is starting at a good time and I don’t need switch as often as I would with other connections.Then I found the exact same route in the app, starting at the same time and taking the same first two trains from Bremen to Cologne and from Cologne to Bruxelles. But the next train from Bruxelles to London is for some reason two hours later then what google maps suggested to me. Even the website of Eurostar, which is the train from Bruxelles to London, says that there is a train 15.56 and at 17.56 but the app only shows the second train for which I would need to wait two and a half hours.So, my question is, is there any way to change only some trains or like only certain parts of your connection within the app because I

Hi! I’m planning on travelling from France to Greece and then coming back via Italy. I want to take the 3 month pass, but does that include the island hopping in Greece (and ferry back to Italy) that the “6-day Greek Islands Pass” covers? Or do I need to buy both? Thanks!

Why can’t I find train to rijen, Netherland (or Breda) on euro rail website, does it mean Rjen is not covered by Eurorail?  Rijen does have a train station.

Hello!I have been looking during the entire day for trains for 2 people where you are able to sleep from Hamburg. The information is very confusing and not straightforward so I’ve been stuck at this rote for many many hours. Are there any nighttrains available going to Paris (seems like no), Zurich, Prague, Krakow or something else available the 25th July (or alternatively 26th July)?  If someone knows I’m very grateful for your help. We’ve already paid parts of the trip, so any route thats pretty convenient regarding sleep from Hamburg would be good.Thanks a lot!

Hi! Trying to get from Prague to Copenhagen tomorrow. Eurail app says I don’t need reservations but I think it’s a lie. Any tips? I don’t mind taking the long way as long as it’s one travel day. Helppppp?

I am looking to reserve some seats on a train from Oslo to Copenhagen (via Gotenborg). The App says I need to reserve the seat but I cannot do it through the app or the website, (I seem to have this problem reserving any seats through the app/website and have booked them all through the train companies themselves). Does anyone know the best place to go to book a reservation for this train? Many thanks

I’ve gathered this is a v common problem, so was hoping somebody would be able to sort us out with some cover numbers asap so that these trains don’t get all booked up!(i will happily provide both mine and my girlfriend’s reference number via pm) Thanks!

I am from the US, and tried booking for our trip in europe from spain to france or even spain to italy. It came up alot of having to ship it to post but the mail will not arrive in time and do not wish to ship towards address there because it could get lost. Hello, I have already purchased the Interrail pass, but for personal reasons I will finally not be able to make the trip I had planned for this August. I have read that I have 11 months from the moment of purchase to activate my Interrail pass, but that it can also be deactivated later. My question is whether I could activate the pass, for example, in November and deactivate it immediately afterwards so that I have 11 more months to go and be able to make my long-awaited trip in the summer of 2023 without my pass expiring and without losing my purchase. I booked several seat reservations for my trip to France, Switzerland, and Italy this week. I booked it two hours ago and haven't received the confirmation email yet. My payment is also succeeded.I got to this page but nothing in my email. Anyone else experience delayed confirmation and eventually secured the reservation? Thanks

Hi,I reserved 3 places on the train from Duisburg Hbf to Berlin Hbf. It departs on the 17th of July. After this reservation, I did not receive a confirmation e-mail. And it is also not showing in ‘my reservations’

So right now at the moment my girlfriend is coming home after a dreadful travel using interrail. The reservated seats never existed on multiple occasions which meant they had to book extra tickets that were not from the pass and had to pay extra money even though the pass should cover their train tickets. On multiple occasions they had to book residencies for the night because the booked train was full and they had nowhere to sit even though seats were reservated. Come to the final day of their pass they want to go home and booked a direct train from Prague to Amsterdam, however after preparing to leave and having booked their tickets a few weeks ago, they show up at the train station where the train that had their reserved seats never went and didnt even exist. So now they have to book new tickets and book a place to stay the night even though they followed Interrails instructions. How do i contact interrail about this cause they hide behind their chat  bot that has worthless answers 

How can I report train companies where the mobile app should be recognised but isn’t?Examples include;Poland - Polregio (several other friends have reported problems here too)UK - All of them that I tried - Avanti West Coast, LNER, Trans Pennine Express, Thameslink, Southern.Fortunately since I was born in the UK, I was able to explain. Someone whose English wasn’t as good might have problems.Perhaps you might consider providing some text in each of the local languages that the passholder can show at a ticket check if there’s a problem?

When I called SNCF for a seat reservation I found out that my EU Visa card is not accepted. I was told that only American Express and French cards are accepted. As far as i know this is not legal. I also read somewhere that Visa cards are accepted. Is this normal or they just made up an excuse to not give seat reservations? Did it happen to you?

I purchased a mobile 2 month continuous pass on 10/5/2022 and I understand I have to activate it within 11 months of purchase. Does that mean I have to start travel by that date or can i activate it but then start travel at a later date ?So for example activate it on 01/04/2023 but start travel on 01/06/23 for a period of 2 months.Any help greatly appreciated.Thanks
