Hi, after updating the app the mobile pass is no longer present and I can't add it!  I leave tomorrow, ho can i do??

Help!I'm travelling together with my sister. She's going to continue travelling for six weeks but when she opened the app today, her pass did not appear on the app.Re-adding the pass doesn't work, nor does installing the app on her other phone (as it's registered as already being added on a device).We've tried to email, call to various phone numbers, use the automated Interrail service and their messenger contact but we don't know what to do. 

I have a big problem. My pass is not showing in the app and I need this pass today. 

Hi everyone ! :) I tried to contact consumerservice and they are absolutly unreachable and I have an urgent request. I bought a new phone for my trip, but my pass has been activated on the old one. How can I transfer it to my new one? I have already installed the app on the new one, but the pass does not work. Do I have to delete the app of my old phone?Thank you so much for your help!! 

After updating my Rail Planner App my Mpass is lost as well as all my data. If I try to add my Mpass again by using my activation code I constantly get an error. I see a lot of people on this topic/in this community having the same problem as me. I am currently traveling with a friend from Holland, Utrecht to Germany, Berlin. I do not have a valid ticket and now a consider buying a new Interrail ticket. Does anyone know if you can get a refund for the extra ticket I had to buy, because it was not my fault but a bug in the app. I think they will respond to all my emails next week but unfortunately that is to late because I am already travelling. Anyone else with this problem?

Heyyyy,I’m glad you found your way to my question :)A few days ago I have bought the interrail pass “22 days - each day travelling” and I wonder if I can use a train on the 22nd day over night. In other words, the train will arrive on the next day, the 23rd but departs on the 22nd.Do you know if this is possible?Greetings from Austria

HiI will have to Travel in Poland quite a few times during the next few weeks. I‘m now thinking about getting a one country pass. Do you know if i can buy it in Poland? i dont know how many days i need yet and im leaving switzerland, where i live, tomorrow. Should i buy it in switzerland to be sure? Thanks for your answer! 

Can I make a seat reservation online BEFORE I activate my pass on my mobile device?

Bonsoir! J’ai une question très urgente : mon copain et moi commencions à réserver nos billets pour notre tour d’Europe pensant les avoir pour notre départ samedi 17 juillet 2021. Cependant un problème se pose : en Pologne ainsi qu’en Hongrie, les é-tickets n’existent pas. Á cause des restrictions fréquentes dues au Covid, nous avons dû réserver à la dernière minute nos billets et nous n’avons plus le temps de les recevoir par la poste chez nous en version papier. Que faire dans ce cas là ? Pouvons nous les commander et aller les chercher sur place ? HELP 🥲😊

Hi, we want to take the night train from Helsinki to Rovaniemi for which a reservation is required. When I choose the connection on interrail.eu there’s only one possibility (“IRT 2 class” for 24€). I suppose that this is the price for a normal seat. However we prefer to have our own compartment. I had a look at the VR website. There you can choose such a cabin for 179€. Unfortunately we haven’t found a way that  “interrail” is taken into account. That’s why I have these questions:Is there a way to book a reservation for a cabin on interrail.eu? Is there a way to get the cabin cheaper with the “interrail-code” on the VR website? Or do we have to pay the full price without using our Interrail Pass? Greetings from GermanyHagen & Nadine 

I have a Masters degree but I am really struggling to work out how to use the online app for my mobile pass. It doesn’t seem intuitive at all. What is the difference between a trip and a journey, for example? How do I add journeys/trips to my pass? Why do I need to duplicate trips to add them for my family? I thought I had added the first day and I can see the tickets there but today I am getting repeated notifications telling me my first travel day is tomorrow but I haven’t added any journeys. I don’t understand. As we leave in the morning I’m worried we’ll be getting on the train without a valid ticket. Is there some clear information somewhere or someone who can help, please? I really wish I’d just bought a paper pass, good old fashioned paper and pen I understand. Thank you!

Hello all, I have read a lot of information on using the mobile app and occasionally see a reference to certain trains required printed reservations and/or tickets so my question is: Will I ever need to print either a ticket or reservation? if I do have to print one, how will I be able to print?  Thanks again for the expertise of all who are far more knowledgeable than me. 😃Glenn

Hello,I’m planing on traveling from Paris to Milan then travel more or less a month in Italy and then get back to France. Hence i want to  buy a GLOBAL  interrail pass of 10 days for 2 month to get to Italy and then travel within Italy. But I was wondering : can I travel within Italy with a GLOBAL pass or do I need to buy a separate ITALY interrail pass ? Will the global pass only work when I m crossing a border or can I also use it to travel within  a country ? Best, Mathilde

Hi,We want to connect two passes together for our reservations, to make sure that we can sit together We haven't activated our passes yet (due to covid) but we are wondering whether it is possible to duplicate our trip (on the website) and connect our passes together without activating them? Just in case covid does not allow us to travel.Thanks in advance. 

hello everyone, i just noticed that the train options on the interrail website are different from the train options on the interrail app. i’m a first time traveler and i’m very scared to be stuck in a place i don’t know because the train i thought i could take doesn’t exist. does anyone have tips? do i need to make sure that every train i take is on the website and in the app?

Hello,I would like to travel to Portugal with the Interrail Global Pass in the next few days. Now I have read that in Portugal you cannot reserve a seat online, but only directly at the train station. Hence my question: How early do I have to reserve the seats? Is it enough if I reserve the seats a few minutes before departure? Of course, I don't want to go to the train station hours earlier. I am aware that I risk that there are no more places available. I'm more concerned with the technical aspect.Help is very much appreciated.Best wishes 

Hi!I am sitting at home in CapeVerde and plann ing to see my family in Stockholm area. I have a dog i would like to join me in both directions. I am planning to fly from Sal to Lissabon and then go by train to Stockholm. Any extra charges for the dog?

In order to make a train reservation via the internet website, I need to add a traveller but I don't have the pass cover number which is asked. Even when I enter my mobile pass number, I can't add a traveller to the trip.I won a mobile pass in an internet contest and the only thing I was given was the mobile pass reference. Since I never created an interrail account to buy the pass, my rail planner app and my account are not linked together. I’m supposed to leave next week I feel a bit desperate.Also the support does not answer on fb or twitter (I know they are busy, but I can’t make it work on my own).

I added both mine and my boyfriends pass to a trip on my Interrail account so we could book seats next to each other. When I try to make the seat reservations it says ‘NOT AVAILABLE’ however if we try to book separately there are seats available with ‘high availability’. What am I doing wrong? Please help
