I was planning to book a train from Milan to Napoli FR 37507 I have observed that the seat reservation session in EUrail had seats On your website However the Trenitalia(italy national rail) site said it was fully booked. May I know is the seat availability on the EUrail website up to date?

Hi! We've been travelling for over two weeks now and there is an issue with rail planner that is beciming a problem. Whenever we are using mor than two trains per travel day, details of train number three (or four) is not showing app in the tickets. We have checked both view today's tickets and the tickets directly under the passes. This problem is connected to my wife rail planner app. My tickets show up as they should. And yes we have restarted the phone and reinstalled tha app and everything. Any ideas what we could do?

Is the interrail pass valid on the narrow rail track that runs from Bilbao to Ferrol via Santander and Oviedo?

As the title said, I'm looking to see if there are any big group chats with fellow interrailers currently active for the upcoming summer season. I'd really love to see if people are in the same city as me while I am there and make new connections that way! I hoped to be able to connect with some people at the DiscoverEU meetup in Utrecht last week, but that sadly got cancelled due to the heat, hence why I am asking around here. If you know of any active group chats, please let me know below! Also, if there are no active group chats and you would like one to exist; let me know too! Maybe if enough people are interested we can make something happen :)

I’m trying to book two seat reservations from London to Paris on 19 July. When I look at the seat reservations page of Interrail there are first class reservations available (I’d rather have second but they’re sold out). When I log in though, there is no way to book them. I’m rather losing my mind about this as presumably the few first class ones left will sell out. do I have to have a first class pass to book first class seat reservations for the Eurostar? (This is the only thing I can think of - I’ve got a second class pass).  am I missing something in the booking process? Any help welcome, I am stuck!

I want to book seat reservations with my friend, since we‘re planning on starting our interrail journey in august. When we select „add a traveler“ on the website, it says the action cannot be completed since our passes don’t have the same conditions. We both won our tickets and both have the global pass, she won it on DiscoveryEU and I on Europa-Union hamburg, so a local version of the competition. I don’t understand why it doesn’t work, since it’s the same pass. We really want to sit together so is there any way that we can book our reservations together? Thank u

Hi, I am travelling with my family, we are four, and we also travel with another family of four. First question: when I activate the rail passes for me in the Rail Planner app, will the passes to my three connected family members also be activated? Or do they all have to have their own pass on their own device and activate it themselves? My youngest kid does not have a mobile, so how does that work?Secondly: I am wanting to book a train leg in France, and if we can get the reservation, I want to make sure we are in the same train, sitting somewhat together.  Will it be a problem if I add the other family’s passes to my seat reservation, either in the Rail planner app or with SNCF? Will the other family be able to access and use their interrail passes on other trains where they dont travel with us, if I add them to my trip and my booking? thank you so much🤞🏼❤️

Hello everyone, on 9th july i have a train from sweden to germany. The first train is around 4pm, the second 8pm, the last 11pm just before midnight, and i arrive 7am 10th july in berlin. Am i using one travel day or two? Confused

Hello, I had a discover EU ticket last year, but this year I have an interrail ticket. When I want to make seat reservations, I have to select a journey, but the only journeys that are shown to me, are the ones that are on my discover eu app. But the journey that is connected to my valid interrail pass is not shown, so when I make a reservation, how do I know if it is connected to my pass, if the journey is not connected to it?Plus, my girlfriend has a discover EU ticket. Can we book seats that are next to each other because she can‘t add my pass to her reservation and it says we have different pass conditions, but I could connect her pass to my reserstion. Maybe this is because when I want to connect, it does not connect to my interrail pass but my discover EU pass from last year that is invalid.Does anyone have an idea on what to do?Or is there another option to book seats in france, like on the sncf-website?I hope someone can understand my problem. Thank you!

Hello !Does anyone have an axperience about travelling with a dog and an interrail pass ?We want to travel in France and Italy with our dog next week ( 29 march-6 april). We havn't buy the interrail pass yet because we can't find a clear information about how to buy him his ticket.Indeed, we can buy a ticket for a dog in the website if we buy an adult ticket. But with interail we dont buy an adult ticket. So how to buy the dog ticket ? We already called trenitalia and they dont have an answer. So we are a bit blocked. Thanks a lot !

Hello,I would like to set up a school trip from France to Sweden with my colleague for 19 students in partnership with Erasmus +.I would like to have a quotation for the pass and for the seat booking.Have you ever done this ?Thank you for your help !

I am travelling from the United States with my three daughters. We have four Eurail Global passes 10 days within 2 months, 1st class. Our plane lands in Madrid on 4 July 2026 in the morning. The first leg of our train journey will be that day. We need to ride the train to Barcelona in the early afternoon. I am logged in to the Eurail website and when I request 4 travellers for  1:00pm it shows me a 13:42 departure “Pass not valid”, a 14:42 departure “Seat reservations required from $56.80”. This is the same price it showed before I logged in. Why is the Global pass not working? and If this is the accurate price, what good is the Global Pass?

My wife and I have senior interrail passes and we are travelling out from St Pancras International on 23rd July at 11.30 for Paris.  We’ve then allowed a two hour gap to get us onto the train for Chambery at Paris Lyon and the following day travel to Torino and finally Rome.   We each have four day passes - thereby allowing us 2 days travel out and 2 days travel back and are away for 9 days in total.  I am keeping a check on the number of cancellations that are happening on Eurostar and I am starting to get anxious.  We live relatively close to London and the fare for both of us to get there is about £40.  I’m currently minded to buy tickets to London on the day we are scheduled to travel out rather than commit to using that as our travel day out of our own country.  And instead only activate our passes when we get to St Pancras just in case of a late cancellation.   I am being silly being this cautious?  We also had a nasty experience two years ago when we were travelling with passes

Traveling from Hungary to Slovenia and this popped up (“Sorry, we can't deliver your paper tickets to this address on time. Please try another address or book at a main station.” ) The program  will not let me complete my transaction. I read that it is not a good idea to have tickets sent to the hotel. How can I receive paper or electronic tickets? It does not give me this option. I will be traveling in 3 weeks. Thank you to anyone willing to share their knowledge with me : )

I was making seat reservations and it came up as 2- 1st class rail pass-plus, does the plus indicate the space assigned?

Bonjour,Je n’arrive pas à comprendre pourquoi on arrive pas à réserver des trains avec le pass interail en France si nous mettons qu’on est d’originaire de la France. Pouvez vous me dire pourquoi ? Merci

I have a problem with seat reservations. I have the discoverEU app and the Rail Planner app. Now I want to make a seat reservation for the trip on the Rail Planner app, but only the trip from the DiscoverEU app is displayed. If I click on "Is a trip not displayed? Create trip", a new trip is created on the DiscoverEU app.But I need a seat reservation for my trip on the Rail Planner app.

If my Interrail Pass is valid until 17 August, am I allowed to start my journey back home on 17 August at 2 pm, even if I don't arrive until the morning of 18 August at 8 am?

My national ID was stolen, and it is connected to my Interrail pass. I still have my passport, so do I need to change my Interrail pass, and if so how / where? Thanks!

Hello. can I plan our trip on my laptop on the website? Want to make sure if I plan trip that it will load up onto my phone app. OR do I need to do it all thru my phone app. Thanks

Muchas gracias

On 29 July I am taking this journey:San Sebastian 10:59 to Valladolid 16:01 with Renfe MD 18012Wait 1:32Valladolid 17:33 to Oviedo 19:48 with Renfe AVE 4161 This is my first time in this part of Spain, so I would really like a window seat. Especially on the first long section. What is the best/cheapest way to get this?Raileurope.com can't sell reservations for the first section. They say it has to be bought at the station. But I am worried that the window seats will be sold out.Raileurope.com can sell a reservation for the second section. And I can ask for a window seat. It is not possible to select a specific seat, but I can see the seat number before paying. And try again if I want a better seat. (I can find a seat map on other sites). This train has a 2+3 configuration. So I would prefer to sit in the 2 seat side if possible. It costs 10€ plus a 2€ reservation fee (but no booking fee - I don't know the difference)Another option is Interrails own reservation system. Here I can book a
