Can anyone help?Whenecer I am trying to get a seat reservation for the eurostar from london to paris I get an error that m pass is not valid on the date even though it is. Did anyone have the same problem so far? I had another pass that has expired a week ago, but have a new one now. Aktivates that one.

It is stated on the web that the global pass can be used to travel in one’s country of residence during 1 outbound and 1 inbound trip per travel day. I have some questions about the technicality. The “Travel Diary” example lists “Brighton-London St Pan” as an example for the in/outbounds. This is strange in itself, since they are both in the same country, UK/England. In the case someone wants to travel from Station A1 to Station B, via Station A2 in the same country as Station A1, and it is the country of residence → Does he/she have to write A1 - A2 then A2-B separately in the “My Trip” section, or just “A1 - B”? Can the holder exit station A2 in the process and return later to catch the next train to Station B? If the answer is yes, how it would work if the country of residence, like the Netherlands, has electronic gates? Will exiting Station A2 accidentally be counted as doing a trip inside one’s country of residence and thus violating the rules?

This may seem very simple but can someone confirm what is meant by the phrasing:Global Pass7 days within 1 monthDoes this mean literally in one month, like June or July, or is it 30 days from the first date of use? My daughter and I will be traveling from June 28-July 9 and I want to make sure if I buy the global pass that we’d be OK to use it in both June and July. Thanks in advance! Lenna Applebee

I know you need a purchased pass to make a reservation for Eurostar- but can one pass be used to book two seats?I have a pass already. A friend is buying one (paper pass so delay to get delivered). There are still seats now on the Eurostar train we want, so I am wondering if there is any way to buy two seats with my pass, but for different names, using either the Eurail/interrail booking system or b-europe?

Hello, guys! I’m planing on going to Lviv or Kyiv but I can’t seem to find any trains to go there, not even from close countries like Bulgaria. I’m in the Netherlands right now and I know it’s like 2 days to get to Ukraine but I just want to know if there is at least one way to get therethanks!

I want to travel form sevilla to lisbon but the interrail site is not showing any connections.I can also travel from madrid to lisbon but there also no connections.

Hi good morning! I'm Greta, I purchased an Interrail Global Pass Youth Promo on November 27, 2022, the information about its validity at the time of purchase referred to 11 months while now, if I try to activate it on the rail planner app it tells me that I can only activate it by, and no later than, May 1 while there would still be 5 months of usability of the ticket.

How i get from Porto to Madrid?

Do I have follow a specific itinerary or can I travel any 7 days within the one month period?

Hello, I plan on the last day of my interrail pass to go from Copenhagen to Paris by train. On DB website it shows the following trip with many short connections. From your experience do you think it will work?My main concern is the first 7' connection in Fredericia. If it doesn’t work the next train will bring me to Hamburg at 14:05 instead of 12:05 and I’m afraid it will be too late to reach Paris, the same day. Do you have any advice if it happens to me as it will be my last of my four days interrail pass? Will DB help me in reaching Paris on the next day?If the first connection in Fredericia works well, I have more flexibility as they're many trains from Hamburg to Mannheim. Then, from Mannheim if I miss the SNCF TGV train at 17:38 I can take DB ICE at 18:38. However, as these are mandatory booking trains do you think I’ll be able to take the DB ICE train instead of the TGV SNCF train? Thanks for all your advices.

Hello. In January I will spend a week in Bern, and I booked a hotel in the outskirts of the city in Schüpfen, unfortunately right outside the city limits so I won't be eligible for the free Bern Ticket for people staying in Bern.Considering very expensive train travel in Switzerland (more than twice as expensive as here in Sweden!) I intend to buy the Switzerland Interrail pass as I will do lots of day trips by train and I also need to get both from Geneva Airport to Bern and back again by train. Does anyone here know if this pass includes free travel on the S-Trains between Schüpfen and Bern?

Hello,I live in Salzburg, Austria and want to travel inside of Italy. I am considering buying one country Italy Pass . But is that valid from Salzburg to Venice of Rome for example?

HelloApologies if I should have found the answer to this question with more looking, but ….I know that with some rail passes that they cannot be used on weekdays before 09:30.Are eurail passes in this category or can they be used anytime? Thanks

I have the 4 day Eurail Global Pass. I was wondering what a travel day is considered. For example, is it unlimited 1 travel day the day of April 25th or is it unlimited travel from the time you use the global pass like if I use it at 12pm on the 2nd of May then I can use it before 12pm on May 3rd and that would be considered 1 travel day?

I bought a first class Eurail Global Pass and booked and paid for a first class reservation/seat. My ticket has turned up and it is a standard seat. Not standard premier. What do I do to correct this?

Hi, family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children--9 and 11) traveling from France to Sweden from July 26- August 8.  This is a dream trip for us, especially our son who LOVES trains!  We’re first time Interrail users, and trying to understand how to reserve seats.  There are no seats showing up for the trips and dates we’re looking for.  What do we do next?  Help and advice appreciated

Can I start from one station, travel to another station a couple of hours away, spend a few hours in that place and then return by train to another station that was on the first route - and do this as one day of travel? And if you can do this , how and when do you load up the two journeys? Thank you.

Bonjour,Est-ce quelqu'un peut m'expliquer s'il faut indiquer sa ville de départ ou s'il faut indiquer juste les déplacements dans le pays qu'on souhaite visiter?Parce que cela rajoute d’office 2 trajets. Merci !

Hi! I have a question about booking seats together when we have different passes. My friend has 7 days in 1 month, I want to buy 10 days in 2 months. We will travel separately for a few days, but then together in France and the Netherlands, where we need reservations. How do we get those reservations to be next to each other? Thanks!

We bought 2 senior 15 day flexible Eurail passes and started using them on 19th of April. Now it's saying they've expired after using on 2 days only. How can we fix this?

I would like to book onto the Antibe - Paris 06.17am train in early August. The Interrail booking system says ‘pass not valid’. Is it possible to pay a supplement to board this train? If I don’t board the early train I won’t make it home to the U.K. in my last travel day. Many thanks.

Hello :)I know that I need a reservation for most of the nighttrains. Do I need a seat reservation on day , too? And how do I regonize? For example I want to drive from Stockholm to Kopenhaven. Is it possible to get in every train without reservation and in case of no free seat sit on the floor? Actually I bought the interrail pass to move freely. Didnt know you have to reservate a lot of trains month before 😅 Thanks you guys :))
