Solved

Just checking that I don’t need to activate my paper pass.I’m in the UK ,ordered the pass online which has come with the dates I plan to use it (19/09/22-18/10/22) so despite what I have read about going to a major station I’m thinking this is already ok??

I don't know how inbound and outbound work in combination with travel days.. I have an interrail paper pass and I will write down all my travels in there. My journey will be starting in Germany (home country). On one day I will go from my home town to Munich and the next day from Munich to Rome (1 change in Italy). If I drive with another ticket to Munich... Is Munich->Rome my outbound-journey? Or is this the first travel day?Going home I will start in Neapel, change in Venice to a Night Train and then again to Munich and from there to my hometown. Is the complete journey my Inbound?

Hello,I will be travelling from the UK into mainland Europe over the next couple of month. I have a combination of flights and trains organise and I was wondering if it is possible to use 2 outbound  trips, rather than 1 inbound and 1 outbound …thank you for your help!

Hi everybody, tomorrow our journey begins! We're looking forward to it  😄I've got one question. We travel form the Netherlands to Luxemburg and have to switch trains several times. If we want to take some extra time at some station (let's say take a break in Liege spontaniously), do we have to change our travel schedule in the app?We have a Global Pass. Thanks for your help!

Hi everyone! I wanted to ask you for advice…I have a global pass with 15 travel days within 2 months and I wanted to know if it’s necessary to use the inbound journey? Or can I use it as a normal travel day? For example from Stockholm to Oslo as my last travel day and then I want to fly back to my country. Thanks in advance for your answers! Liza

Hello !!I'm taking my first train tomorrow, and the app wrote to me yesterday ''log in online within 48 hours to keep your pass activated'' so I logged into the app + on the interrail website, but today I had again the notification with writing 38h.What should I do I don't understand...??Thanks in advance for tour helpLou

Hello everyone, how do I change the date of the first day of travel? In the Rail Planner app I activated August 4, I have no planned travel days in "My Trip" and I want to postpone it to November. Anyone know how to proceed? Thanks . Have a good day

Hello, I am contacting you because I have a few questions about the pass I won in January:Is there a reservation deadline, knowing that I would like to leave in August? Also, are there any discounts for other passengers' train reservations with my pass? Finally, I see on the application prices for trips but these are free?Thank you in advance for your response Cordially

Hello everybody  I just found out that I'm not able to use the Global pass and I'm asking for a refund, but I contacted the costumer service several times and I didn't get any answer.  I'm wondering if there is another way? Is the costumer service the only solution? If so I'm a bit deluded by the service provided. I have a Global + and it shouldn't be a problem.  So I'm wondering why it takes so long to have a confirmation   . I tried by the app and by costumer service but no reply yet. I'm a bit annoyed to be honest

I bought the global pass on flash sale from the UK website and the email that should contain my pass number is blank, including other Information. Have anyone experienced this? I emailed the EU support team as the UK won’t reply me for almost a week now. Still they cannot fix the issue and I don’t get the pass they’re trying to resend to me.

Dear InterRail/ EuRail-people, my InterRail pass comes to an end soon.I know that you want to havee it sent in so that together with the travel diary you can calculate which company gets how much money. In previous years, the InterRail pass cover was a free envelope to send the pass back by post to you. This is no longer the case. How should I send the pass to you in a way that a) I have no additional costs and b) don’t have more work than putting it into a mail box or handing it over at a railway company selling point or sending you a scan via email?I am not willing to pay extra or take extra work for something you need, not me, and which you made less convenient due to removal of the free mail-back-functionality. But I am still willing to support the InterRail system by providing you the data you need to calculate where the money  goes.I also need the pass to claim passenger right compensations/ reimbursements for extra costs (accomodation due to cancelled trains and no possibility to

Hello,My phone with my pass was reset, now I can’t reload it on my phone because it is “already activated on another device”.I’ve contacted the customer service but I still haven’t received any answer and my trip start in 2 day. Do you know any other way to make things move forward ?Thanks for your help

I bought Eurail passes, for my family of 5 on Rail Europe.  now I am trying to load them into Eurail to make seat reservations and it is saying name and Pass number don’t match, but they are exactly what is on my Eurail account.  Can anyone help?  I tried to get them through Eurail, originally, but the site kept saying error.

I’m the carer of a disabled passenger (Global 1 month pass), travelling to Istanbul from UK in August. I’ve managed to reserve seats/beds as far as Sighisoara (Romania), but beyond that I get any of 3 messages:quickly shows an reservation option but it disappears when I try to add to cart Tells me Seat reservation required, but doesn’t show price/or says beneath that prices are unavailable  Tells me in red “seat reservations unavailable”.It suggests I try other ways to book, which I have (country websites), but can’t seem to book tickets for European trains whilst not in a European country (I’m in Scotland) 😢It’s a bit harder to negotiate travelling, when looking out for someone vulnerable’s health and well-being, so I’m keen to resolve the overnight journeys before going. Can anyone help/suggest ways to do it?Thanks 🙏 🤞

My country of origin is Poland and on 13 of August. I'm going to take outbound journey from Warsaw. I bought a seats reservation for a direct train from Warsaw to Berlin. However outbound journey covers travel from my city of origin to a border. How should I fill my travel journal in this case. Last stop in Poland is Rzepin. Should I fill it in as Warsaw - Rzepin and this is my outbound trip? And than first stop in Germany is Frankfurt (Oder). Should the first trip of my first day of actual Intrerrail Pass is Frankfurt to Berlin? How should I cover border crossing from Rzepin to Frankfurt (Oder)?

Bonjour!

Hello I've made a reservation for the train from paris to london but cannot load the trip to my pass. Can anyone help me? It is for my second travel day. The first day has already been uploaded in my pass.

Hi, I am sorry if this was asked before but I don't find the answer. I am in Germany and I want to take tomorrow the train from Hamburg to Copenhague but in the information post of Berlin Hbf said to me that I need compulsory reservation when interrail web and app told me that it isn't. I would like to know if I can sit on the floor with this pass but no reservations in this train and Denmark, Sweden and Norway ones. Thank you so much for the help and sorry again if this was answered before.

Hey travelers,  we’re currently trying to plan our trip from Munich to Bordeaux. This is our first Internal Trip and we’re still struggling with the reservation (and the high reservation fees). Problem 1) A lot of trains seem to be blocked. When I click on a train connection in the app, there’s a red text telling me that there’s no booking option. Can somebody explain to me if this is a platform bug or if those connections may be available soon? Problem 2) The few connections which I can book are pretty expensive due to the reservation fee. Are there any tips for cheap connections from Munich to Bordeaux or is it a “normal” Interrail issue to pay so much money on top?  Best greetings from Munich,Jona

I am planning on trying to get from the Normandy/Caen area to London on August 7th. On the Eurail it says that we have to get seat reservations but when we try and book seat reservations it says they are unavailable or full. Is there any other way to get seat reservations? I assume go to the train station? I am at Paris Nord right now trying to get assistance but am unlucky. Our route would probably be Caen to Paris and then Paris to London.

Perché nel momento in cui vado a scrivere i nomi dei passeggeri non c’è la possibilità di inserire Italia nei passi di provenienza? Non so come fare
