Does anyone know if there is a way to change the currency on the app? I want to reserve trains on there but it only shows me the price in Euros, when I need CAD $.

Hello all :) I just wanted to book two ferry trips - one via Viking Lines (21.07. 16 clock Stockholm - Helsinki) and one via Eckerö Line (24.07. 9 clockHelsinki - Tallinn). Here I used the code EURAIL, but did not get a discount on either trip. Then I asked both ferry providers and Eckerö Line has answered me so far that the code is no longer valid. What is the reason for this? And will there be a new code soon? Can somebody help me with that?

Everything about the Interail pass has been smooth except my ability to book a Eurostar seat from London to Brussels when having selected a mobile pass. The only way I could possibly see to book a seat was to say I had a paper ticket and as a result I have made a booking BUT the money has not been taken from my account although I do have access to two PDFS showing the “booking” although I have NOT had confirmation by e mail of my reservations ?The ability to contact anyone to ask appears impossible so at the moment I am due to travel on the 19th April and I have no idea if i have a booking or not ?Do I need to change my mobile pass for a paper pass in order to board the train ?? Again no help anywhere? When does my money go through and I have a confirmation?Would I be refused at the gate with a seat reservation and only a mobile pass?Hope someone can help me as its extremely frustrating.

Hi there,I’m making my outbound journey on Eurostar (London Kings Cross to Bruxelles Midi). I’ve got the journey in my pass on the app and I’ve made the reservation and have the pdf for my eurostar reservation. However, the ‘ticket’ for the journey in the app is still showing as ‘seat reservations required’. I made the reservations over 12 hours ago so I was expecting to see in it the app by now. Is something missing? Or am I alright as long as I have the reservation pdf? Thanks,Caroline

When trying to book a sleeper train from Bucharest to Budapest everything works until you get through to the point of “review your order” before paying and then the error message in the screenshot comes up. What do I do? I have tried this with multiple different journeys and on various days. Would greatly appreciate the help! Thank you.

In rail planner I put in want to go from Amsterdam to Zurich on April 23rd after 12 noon.It gave me the trains and I selected one. I went to reserve seats now it says the following. Why would it give me the trains if one not available? How do I know what trains are alternatives? Is there a way to have the planner give me trains that are available?Very frustrating trying to use this planner and app as well.ThanksFrank

On July 21, my family and I will travel from Riomaggiore to Levanto, then on to Milan.Based on the current schedule, and what I see in Eurail.com, I’m fairly confident that we’ll be able to catch one of the frequent ‘Terre Express’ trains that go between La Spezia and Levanto.Does anyone know when the ‘Terre Express’ schedule will be extended beyond June 11, to include July 21?The impression I get from Eurail.com, and some posts in the Community is that it’s not possible to  reserve Terre Express seats online.  Is that true?As I understand it, our Eurail passes will allow us to board free of charge.  But will we have to first show our passes at the station ticket window?

I plan to travel from Porto to Vigo, from Vigo to Barcelona en from Barcelona to Paris in three days. Therefore I have to buy the Seat reservation at the same days as I travel. In Vigo my train leaves at 07:42, is the desk allready open at that time? As I arrive in Vigo at 22:34 the day before I am afraid time is too short to get my Seat reservation.

I am trying to plan my upcoming trip, but cannot seem to figure out how to book reservations from Zermatt to Milan. I am looking into journeys that require minimum transfers, and they all seem to require a Eurocity train. On the railplanner app, it says to make reservations for the EC trains through various websites, however all of those websites say that seat only tickets are not possible to book. Everyone website just says “reservations impossible” Can someone please help with this?

How critical is it to have included middle names on passes or seat reservations?  First and last are correct, but middle names were not included when booked.

Hey, I have a global pass and found out that is has to be activated till the 10th of April, so tomorrow. Do I have to plan my Trip until then as well or is it just about the activating?

Hey there,I am planning on travelling to Italy from Vienna. My girlfriend is staying in Sicily for three months and I’d like to visit her as many times as possible, but I also have to work. So I decided that I will visit her once every month, time wise the 15 days in 2 months would work. Mu question is, does it work to travel Vienna - Taormina , Taormina - Vienna in April / Vienna - Milazzo, Milazzo - Vienna in may and Vienna - Milazzo , Milazzo - Vienna in June ? I get it that you can’t do inbound travel more than one time, so I thought about travelling only once through Austria with the interrail ticket and buy a regular one through the Öbb. But is it possible to have the same destination more than once? So say I travel Bozen - milazzo and then again milazzo - Bozen. I hope you can find an answer for me, because I would love to use train for travelling. All the best,Phil.

I reserved two tickets from Amsterdam to London but the confirmation email I received had to tickets attached to it.  Even when I checked my reservations page in my eurail account they were not there to be downloaded.  My trip is coming up very soon and customer service said they would reply within a week but I’m not sure they’ll be quick enough.  Is there any way to contact them that guarantees a quicker response?

I paid for seat reservations, and got the confirmation email that said tickets were attached.  However they were NOT!  The reservation is visible on the Eurail website, but it does not show “Booked” as the another reservation does.  And, there is nowhere to click to see what happened to that reservation.  I’ve tried to contact customer service for other questions and never get a response.  I need help.  Is there anywhere else to go to get this resolved, so I can continue to book our additional reservations.  I don’t trust the system to start making more reservations if it’s broken somehow.  I paid for the tickets, and I’d like to get them.  A confirmation isn’t enough!  Is there any way to fix this without waiting weeks for customer service to respond?

Ahoj, with an InterRail pass I just got charged in the RENFE Feve from Ferrol to Oviedo 12.25 EUR.I think the complete Feve network is free of charge with a valid InterRail pass with correctly filled in details. The ticket I got selled seems to be half the price of the official fare.I think this was a mistake, and I would like to get my money back.Is there anyone aware of* official documentation in spanish about InterRail validity on Feve, so I can show that to people at a ticket office? (I don't speak spanish.)* what the procedures would be in that case?Interrail.eu also lists InterRail as valid on Feve [1], but as we know Interrail.eu is not always up to date, and people from Renfe I show that could argue "well, yes, you got a 50% InterRail discount, so it's valid".Regards![1]https://www.interrail.eu/es/plan-your-trip/trains-europe/railway-companies

Hey guys, I’ve put my planned journey from London to Vienna into the website's ‘plan my trip'. By my count, it’s 4 travel days but the planner is counting it as six days. Does anyone know why and which one is right? My plan is:London - Brussels on the 19th AprilBrussels - Frankfurt on the 21st AprilFrankfurt - Munich on the 23rd AprilMunich - Salzburg - Vienna on the 25th April I count that as 4 travel days but the planner is saying it’s 6 travel days, so I need the 7 day travel pass. The link to the planner is here: https://www.interrail.eu/en/tripplanner-map#adult=1&start=2022-04-19&end=2022-04-25&travelDays=6&trip=39eGB00%2C236BE02%2C34jDE02%2C36wDE02%2C2mhAT00%2C8xAT00 Does anyone have any idea what’s up here? Thanks in advance!Caroline

May I have your help with a problem? I am unable to purchase seat reservations on https://www.oebb.at/en/ because the Eurail Pass is not listed among the accepted options, and for other reasons, described below.July 6 10:50 AMRailjet #1312nd ClassVillach Hbf to Venizia Saint LuciaIn his article 'Community > Get ready to travel > Train connections & reservations > How to get Reservations :)', seewulf describes how to book a seat reservation for a night train on that site. But a night train is not what I want, and I'm unable to reproduce the result that he shows - "Ad the end of the list of discountcards you should find Interrail/Eurail. Just click on it and after that "Confirm" under the list and finally Confirm at the top right corner". I'm unable to reach the point where I can select a Seat Reservation. For all trains between those points, the site states 'Ticket Not Available'. For some scheduled trains, there's a link that states "Due to construction work in Italy, this

I am trying to book a seat reservation for Brussels to London.  The screen comes up that there is a change of train, but there is not.  It shows Bruxelles-Midi (Belgium), the the same words again with 35 minutes between them.  Can someone explain why?  I just want the one train from the second Bruxelles-Midi listing.  I can’t figure out what the additional 35 minutes is for and why it shows up.  I’m afraid to book this train without knowing the meaning of it.

So, I make my Reservations that will be on 3 Trains. I then get a text that the first train will arrive 45 minutes later than scheduled, sorry for the inconvenience, etc. I need to make reservations on an earlier train. However when I go to cancel my tickets I am told that they will give me back 68 cents U.S. on a ticket that cost 30.51 plus booking fee??? I cannot find a way to just exchange them. Now the tickets have gone up to 64 U.S. and I can’t get an answer from Eurail. Had this same problem in 2019.
