Hi,Now I’m making reservations for seats in the TGV.In the “Delivery Method”, I have to fill in “erail pass cover number” but I don’t know where I can find it because I bought the erail pass via the Rail Planner app. I can find the pass reference only in the app.So, I can’t proceed any further. Thanks for the answers in advance.

So I just bought an interrail pass for my wife and I. I am from the United States with a US Passport and my wife is from Argentina with an Argentinian passport. We currently live in Montenegro on tourist visas since our Residence has not been accepted yet. Will we have any problems using the interrail pass? Should we have bought a Eurorail pass? And if so, is there a way we can change it?

How far away is the train station from the international airport in Madrid ?Should I stay overnight in the city or closer to the station?  My flight comes in at 9am and I would continue with the train to Malaga. But only if the train station not too far away. Can someone answer that?

How do I make seat reservations on Trenitalia as it does not come up on the app or website?

Hi,we are from Germany, have got two Interrail global passes and want to travel through Europe. On our way out, we plan to visit town A in Germany. Town A is not located on the way directly from our home town to the border, but it would absolutely be possible to travel from our home town to town A and then to the border on one day, our outbound journey day. Is this possible or is it not allowed to take other ways in one’s home country from the home town to the border and v. v. than the direct one? Thanks for your answers :-)

I’m from the United States and brand new at this. I’m investigating the possibility of a train trip from Rome back eventually to London.  I have not purchased any passes yet or anything. Just investigating routes etc.   My first attempt was a leg from Rome to Venice on 8/22, using the ‘Book reservations’ from the Eurail site and I found NO reservations available.  As I started looking more I found I had to go back to early June (there may have been something later that I missed).        Is this really a shortage/unavailability?  Or did just just happen to hit a window where these are not posted yet?  (I’ve read other comments in the community recently about this issue). As I said, I’m investigating and don’t want to get into a situation where I have the pass, but can’t get where i want to, when I want to.    Thx in advance for any help

Hi,Last week, I tried to make reservations for 4 seats in the TGV from Nice to Aix-en-provence on May 30th, but couldn’t get any response although I clicked “1st class seat euro10”.Does it mean that the seats are already fully booked? Thanks for answers in advance.

Hi, me and my wife are planning to go to Europe this May. If for example I bought a 5 day Eurail Global Pass for a month and I went to London from Paris using eurostar in the morning and went back to Paris from London in late afternoon, would that only count for 1 day? Meaning I still have 4 day eurail pass left? Thank you.

Hi I have just booked some reservation tickets online via the Interrail website, using my 2 Interrail passes. However, the tickets have not appeared on my mobile app? How do I connect the two please? Thank you

https://www.eurail.com/en/book-reservations/new-reservation-timetable gives a server error or 404 as of 01.04.2022. I need to make a reservation. Is there another page where I can do this?

I am planning to go through Spain on an Interail trip however the rail planner app is not very helpful. Almost any trip that I enter in Spain does not appear.

Hi! I have not received any refund for the reservations I withdrew from. I withdrew a week beforehand and followed the guidelines on the website. It is now already 2,5 weeks ago so the 6 working days. Any tips?

I purchased two 2 Day First Class Eurail Passes….I am trying to schedule a trip and Rail Planner App will not accept my ID number…..please help...Thanks!

Hi :-) to take the train from Stockholm to Narvik I just need the Swedish Pass or where to get the Norwegian one or a global pass?

We will be travelling on June 18th from Basel to Paris. We will have to change trains in Mulhouse, in the train table it says we have 12 minutes between trains. We will travel with a toddler, so we are a bit slower. Is there any possibility to see on which track the train arrives and where the next one leaves?

Hello, my name is Arthur Stephan, I'm french, and I won this year the interrail pass. But I have a problem concerning the authentification of my identity card and passeport. Indeed, both of my ID card and passeport are expired. So I cannot complete my inscription. On the other hand, I have requested few months ago to update my ID card and passeport, but my appointement is after the deadline of the 10th of april. So I come to you to know what should I do, if I have to request a document that proove that I did the request for my ID card and passeport. To justify that I am wiating for them. Thank you for your time and I hope you will understand my issue.

So I just bought the global pass and have started to make my first bookings and need a few step by step instructions to ger me started. So I bought 4 passes for me and my family and intend to put 2 passes on my phone and 2 on my wifes. Firstly, how do I plan the trip on the mobile pass for 4 of us, then move 2 passes to my wifes phone? Can this be done before activating? Once I add trips to the mobile pass is it then activated or not? Also I made my first reservation for a nightjet. This reservation will be towards the end of our trip so does it matter which order it is added to the pass? When making this nightjet booking on the obb site the confirmation said if I take the pdf ticket now it invalidates the cancellation policy and so to get the ticket at the station.I thought that the ticket, when added to the mobile pass would mean that I didn't need paper tickets? Have I got this wrong?Tia

I have an interrail account which I have used several times to make reservations etc. However today I have no longer access to my account. It indicates that my username or password are not correct. When I ask for a new password , i get no answer. Can anybody help?

We are planning a trip to London starting from Florence but with interrail eurail planner it seems that the costs of seats reservation is nearly the same of full ticket…our trip should be: Florence- lyon- mulhouse- Paris- London- Paris- Florence what do you suggest?

Many people say that it is cheaper to use these websites than the interrail one, but how is it done?

I have the eurorailpass and have problems using the app for bookings from Porto to Toledo or Madrid to Paris.

Is there an issue with booking Prague to Vienna beginning of June?On both OBB and CZ sites, it gives me these below. I was able to book Vienna to Prague on May 29th.

Hi there, Currently there is no route listed between Sofia and Belgrade.  I saw someone mentioned the route was closed 8 months ago due to covid but can't find any information since.   Is this still the case?  If so would someone be able to direct me towards a way to get from Sofia to Belgrade.   All the best :)

Hey!I'm trying to book the OEBB night train from Munich to Rome on the 9th of April (depart 20:10), but the seat booking system gives me the error “seat reservations unavailable”. A similar error occurs for virtually all other night trains on this track for the next two weeks. When I try to book with OEBB directly, their website indicates “no prices available”.Do these messages mean that all of these night trains are sold out, or is there rather an error in the booking system. Any advice on how to still transport myself from Munich to Rome on the 9th of April?Cheers!
