Solved

I'm travelling from Paris to Girona, and my seats reservation that should have been sent by Interrail by regular mail twenty days ago have never arrived. I paid for them and Interraril is not answering my emails!!!!It’s a train that need seats reservation , what can I do?????I have never seen such a horrible service. Interrail cheats! Sells seat reservation and afterwords doesn’t take care if they arrived or not and lives you by your own.

Hello,we are facing problems to get to Madrid. We are leaving on Monday in Porto early in the morning and have to be in Madrid in the evening, because the next day we have to leave at 06:30 for Paris. We cannot book our reservation in person and when we call they say all the trains that day are fully booked. Is there a possibility we could still get a seat on the train from Ourense to Madrid or just try when we are there?thank you!

I am think of buying the interrail pass 4 travel days in a month. But since Germany is my home Country and I am only allowed to travel in and out once, I wonder if I am allowed to use my first journey from France as my “travel back” and my second journey to Switzerland as my “travel out”?Thanks for all helpSina

Do i have to make a reservation by calling somewhere or what do i have to do?  Thanks for your help,Tom and Luisa

I booked and purchased a reservation on a train that needed reservations, but the train was cancelled. How do I get a refund?

Hi everyone,When making reservations, is it sufficient to have your reservations downloaded on your phone? Or are there any countries/trains which require printed reservations?

Hi!On the rail planner we can take the train from Stockholm to Narvik…But it's really possibile for the tourist enter in Norway from Sweden?

I was wondering how the month pass works? Is it a certain numbers of days or it is from 1st of the month till the end? So I wanted to get 2 month pass and start traveling on 9th of the first month. My question is, is a pass valid from 9th of the first month untill end of the 2nd month or it is like 62 days total? Couldn’t find the answer in term and condition nor in FAQ.

I bought two mobile passes a few days ago, with the starting travel date on 14/8. I also purchased the Plus upgrade, so 100% refund should be possible. However the return policy page has been unavailable for the past few days: https://www.interrail.eu/nl/interrail-passes/ordering-info/return-policyI tried to contact the customer service several times, but I only hear back from you after 3 weeks. Please help me cancel the global passes

Hi everyone, We have the first class Eurail pass and we just started our journey (1st time Eurail pass users). Me and my wife had booked a trip from Milan to Visp for today (just before noon), which needed seat reservation. When I went to the station this morning, they said only one seat can be reserved (which I did) and the train is full.  Do you know how the process works for the second seat reservation? They said come back at 9 and see if a seat is available but I don’t know if it is something that happens regularly or not.  Thanks for your help!  Mehrdad

Besides wider seat, wifi, etc. as advertised on the website, are there other benefits in reservation, luggage space in 1st class cabins, change of trip, etc. We are planning a trip between Germany, Czehia, Hungary, Austria, possibly Switzerland, I don’t see much direct night train available to warrant a 1st class purchase. Any insight to the differences is appreciated.

Hey guys, We need your help. My best friend and I are planning a Trip to Brest, France. We are starting in Berlin (main station) and thought about taking the train down to Mannheim (main station). The route would continue with a TGV connecting Mannheim and Paris (Gare L’Est). The route from Paris to Brest is also clear, now our question is: If we buy an Interrail Pass for France only, does ist cover the trip from Mannheim (main station) to Paris Gare de L’Est? Because it is an TGV and going to France?  If u have further questions, comment down below. Merci bcp! Zoe and Lotta

Hey everyone, I’m planing a journey through italy by the end of the month and my highlight was supposed to be a trip from Naples to Palermo and back to Rome. My plan was to take a night train to Messina (INI36067) and continue from there with a regional. Now the price in the booking tool of interrail is 97€(!), because I can only take the c4 comfort wagon. In the normal route planner tool it says if I take a normal seat it’s only 3€. I obviously just need a seat, how do I get that? In the FAQs on the interrail website is written I’m supposed to book it on the italian website, but there I can only see the option to buy a ticket for 85€.Does anyone have experiences with trenitalia.com and can help me out? Any help is much apreciated. Kind regards, Mo

Hi, I would like to take a trip from Venice to sirmione. My railway planner says that I should take the train and then the bus. Do you guys know if the bus is in the ticket included as well? Thanks, Céline

Hi ! We have the Global Pass, and we are now in Igoumenitsa, we would like to reach Berlin through eastern Europe (Skopje, Belgrade, vienne, Berlin). Itseems there are no trains available... Can someone help us ?

Bonjour, Je n’arrive pas à trouver un train sur l’application Rail Planner qui existe pourtant bien (j’ai vérifié en gare et il apparaît sur le site interail). Comment puis-je éditer mon billet pour mon pass en ligne ?

Hey guys! I would like to buy a ticket for the night train from Budapest to Bucarest on next Wednesday online. But a paper ticket is mandatory and when I put my French address, it says it won't arrive in time. Should I put an address from Budapest (I arrive there this Saturday)? But I'm only sleeping in hostels there... I saw I could buy it in a train station also but is it going to be the same price? I'm not sure about that… I am in Vienna right now. Or should I wait to be in Budapest to buy it? Thanks in advance for your help!!!
