I want to make a reservation for some connections (specifically TGV in France) in about a month for myself and some friends. However I seem to be unable to do so.I can make a reservation for only myself, but as soon as more than one person is part of the trip it shows “NOT AVAILABLE” for every single connection (even though before it said that there are still many seats available). This is the case both for reservations for TGVs in France as well as high speed trains in Italy (which I tried as a test).Does anyone know what the problem is or - even better - how to circumvent this?

Hi everyone, i need some help with reservations for me and a friend for trains in Norway, I added my friends to my trip with their Mail and their order number. We all have the mobile pass, however when I want to make a reservation, the prices are unavailable. Since we have a really long trip we would like to sit together.I have already contacted customer service via Facebook and the email address has not yet received a response.Thank you for you help!

Greetings!I’ve planned an interrail trip around Europe this summer with the Global Pass 4 days in a month. For the last “train” day I booked the route Wien HBF to Roma Termini by the Nightjet train. However, a few days ago I checked the ÖBB website and I learned that due to works in Italy, the nightjet’s passengers to Roma will have to do a transfer in Bologna to the Frecciarossa 1000. The ÖBB explanation says:Dear Passengers,We very much regret to inform you.If you are planning to travel to/from Florence or Rome, on the days given on the back side of this information then unfortunately you will need to interrupt enjoyment of your journey in the Nightjet in Italy and transfer to Trenitalia replacement trains. [...]You will find the train numbers and the details of the travel and transfer times in the summary on the reverse side. The waiting times on transfer are short. Your tickets for the Nightjet are of coursevalid on the replacement trains. Regrettably, only seating places are avail

Hey! I tried to book a reservation from Barcelona to Nice. Interrail Website says it would take a week to ship, but now the estimated time of arrival would be August. 4 weeks instead of 1 :( I am starting my trip in the End of July. What to do now? Where can I get the reservation on time? Thanks!

Hello everyone, I’ve been doing some research on potentially getting an Italy rail pass for a trip this summer. However, I’m having trouble finding a trip from Ravenna to Bologna on the Eurorail site. I can find trains for that leg on other sites. Romagna runs that trip and they seem to be a private train company. Does anyone know if they are covered in the rail pass or would I have to buy a separate ticket? Thanks in advance.

this morning I reserved a seat in a train Lausanne --> Paris, I received by mail a confirmation of payment, but I have no ticket with the indicated seat. I contacted the assistance but no answer. I don't know how to handle the situation :/

Hello all! Me and my 2 friends have a 4 trip pass for later this month. We have activated our pass and all 4 of our trains require seat reservations, the trouble is we do not have out pass cover number because we never received a confirmation email on purchase. We have struggled to find help with this and the website says you can easily resend a confirmation email but we can't seem to figure out how to do that either. Can anyone help with this? If we get the confirmation email, will it have the cover number? Will that allow us to finally book our seats? Thanks!

Hi everyone,I am planning to travel from Ljubljana to Zagreb on Friday the 6th of August, 2021, but I am not sure if there is a connection between these two. In the web-version of the Interrail rail-planner app I find plenty of possibilities: https://bit.ly/3qP4Ba8But when I check the same search request on other reliable websites for European trains I find no results at all apart from taking the Flixbus:Results on Trainline: https://bit.ly/3AseDCF Results on RailEurope: https://bit.ly/3hG30j1However while writing this question I noticed that NS International suddenly showed results that overlap with those shown on the interrail rail-planner app, which wasn’t the case a few days ago: https://bit.ly/3ypRijbThen I also checked the websites of the official railway organizations in both Croatia and Slovenia, which both said there is indeed a connection between Ljubljana and Zagreb but on the Croatian website (https://bit.ly/36c0jAb) there are four departure times a day that all overlap wit

Hello,A few months ago, I bought the Interrail pass on the internet to be able to travel from France (Nantes) to Slovenia (Ljubljana). I have since done a lot of research on the best available ride and found one for August 2, 2021.Here is the summary of the journey:Nantes - Paris MontparnasseParis East - MunichMunich - LjubljanaI realized that all his trains had to reserve a seat, which was not a problem for me. But when I wanted to book these seats I realized that the Munich - Ljubljana route was impossible to book.(Here is the train reference: Euro Night, EN 50463, from Munich to Ljubljana journey from 11:20 PM to 05:57 AM)Even by trying directly on ÖBB (which is in charge of this train) it is still impossible to reserve a seat, even though they specify that with the Interrail pass it is possible to reserve a seat on this type of train. I am therefore a little lost and the date of my trip approaching I hope to receive an answer as soon as possible.Thank you in advanceBouchet Mathéo,

I want to travel from Groningen to Nice but I wasn’t sure whether I needed an international pass or if a One Country Pass for France is enough. I don’t need one for the Netherlands since I can already travel cheaply through it, but I might need one for Belgium for the Thalys.

My boyfriend has a very long surname, which does not fit in the boxes to order the global pass. And the website says you need to fill in all details according to the passport. Interrail does not respond to FB messenger so we don’t know what to do. Anyone ideas or advice?

Hello! I have paid for my E-Ticket Reservation but have only received the invoice document and not the reservation itself. What do I do?

Hi there!I want to make a seat reservation for the TGV (Marseille to Paris) for me and three friends. Three of us have a mobile pass, one a paper pass. Is it possible to make such a reservation even though one of us has got a paper pass and the other three have their mobile passes on their own phones? How do I have to do that? Thanks for your reply!Laura

Hello I want to go from brussels to athenes. I have my Brussels-Vienna and Vienna-Budapest reservation. But then I do not manage to have a train and more itinerary? I saw that there is a night train from Belgrade to Thessalonikki but there again I have no more informationMerci

Hello! My name is Victoire, I purchased some month ago a mobile pass for this month. I didn’t activate it right away but I tried today and did not have a positive outcome… In fact, I followed the whole registration process and it worked out as described until I reached the 3rd and last step, in which one has to activate the pass by entering one´s ID or passport number. I tried many times my ID number (which is not expired), but the Interrail App keeps rejecting it, asking me to try again.I am in a hurry because my departure is in a few days… I have read that it happened to some people, do you know what can I do to solve this problem before my departure ?I am very thankful for every piece of advice!Regards,Victoire
