I am a Chinese citizen holding a Chinese passport, and currently living in Switzerland holding a Swiss residence card. Not long ago, I ordered 2 passes on the eurail website as a Chinese passport citizen. Is this pass available?

I live in the NetherlandsWhen l take eurostar, to escape counting out/inbound, where should I check in/out?

Can I just clear up the advice about the Glacier Express.I planned on taking the 08:20 EC train to Brig and then travelling on to Andermatt, From what I understand, the 10:18  (PE902) is the Glacier Express, which would require an (expensive) reservation. However the 8:20 EC would only give me a narrow window to make the connection.If I look at a Milan to Andermatt booking, it takes me from the 8:20 EC to R43 which leaves at 10:23. In an earlier post it was suggested that I book the 11:23 Brig to Andermatt, which is the R43. Should I be taking the PE902 or R43? What’s the difference?

Hiya! I am trying to get seat reservations for the night jet going from Rome to Munich on the 26th of December to surprise my friend but the only available seats are $300 USD when it says upwards of $16? I feel as though I am doing something wrong but I swear I have tried everything 

First time in the forum here,I tried to book night trains for our 2024 summer travel Yet, I don’t seem to be able to book the train from Vienna to Venice for June 23 2024. The calendar became greyed out after June 16 2024. I did read on the Eurail Night train page that the night train from Munich to Rome is not run from June 12th through August 9th, 2024. I see no blackout dates for the night train from Vienna to Venice, so not sure what happened. I was under the impression that the new train schedule was released on December 10, but does it mean we will have to wait a bit closer to 180 days for reserving the cabins?? Thank you

I see the Germany pass does not include night trains. Does this mean any train that travels though the night or just sleeper trains with beds? Would a normal ICE train leaving Munich at 1am for Berlin count as a night train?

Hi,Starting the 2024 timetable there are new, dynamic prices for the Nightjet trains from ÖBB. A Dutch railforum wrote about it. I just booked tickets on the Nightjet between Munich and Venice in spring but I can’t get any discount on it while I could get it previously. No matter if you book with or without the discount, you get the same price. You can try for yourself. Now it becomes not interesting anymore to get an Interrail for my favourite route between Amsterdam and Italy. I might have to ask a refund for my unusued Interrail passes.I complained about this with the ÖBB Customer Service last week, but no reaction yet. Did any of you read any official communication about it? Similar experiences? 

Can I travel back and forth (Montpellier-Carcassone) using only one travel day ? If yes, how do I indicate this in the rail planner app? 

Hi, We will arrive in the EU on December 19th. (1 Senior and 2 Adults). I activated the mobile pass for the two adults on December 19th, but the Senior Passenger's birthday is on December 21st (60th). I am unable to activate the pass because it will only be valid on December 21st. I must have missed or forgotten that her first trip begins on her birthday. We paid for a seat reservation on the 20th of December. Is it possible for her to board the train and we will just pay the difference or a rail fare? Thanks in advance

Hello,We are a family of 4 from Australia travelling for 3 weeks (from last week of Jan to mid Feb) with our kids aged 15 and 8.We aim to tour the following countries - London > Amsterdam >Paris > Barcelona > Rome > Milan > back to London. I am planning to buy a global pass with 7 travel days in one month. This ticket will cost $1390 usd for 1st class and $1000usd 2nd class.However, I am confused with all the reservation fees that are bumping the prices up. The costs are surely adding up such that I am asking myself whether taking the plane or Eurostar is much better? Or maybe I cannot afford to travel and see other countries.Can you please advise if there is anything that I might be missing? Can I avoid paying reservation on some of the route? Where can I get the cheapest accommodation? Lastly, am I making a wrong decision touring Europe with kids in winter? I am hoping to utilize the winter more for the travel.Many Thanks!!

Hey!My plan is to travel from Budapest to Ljubljana in May 2024 but the 8 or 9 hours train ride sounds bit too long. Do you have any recommendations in which city we should stop on the way (for one or two nights). Apparently Zagreb or Graz could be an option but do you have any other ideas? Or which one of those two you would recommend? We are two girls and trying to find a budget-friendly option :)Thanks in advance!

I wish to book seat reservations for the INT AVE train from Nimes to Madrid. The Interrail website does not allow me to do this. Can I reserve at Nimes station? We will arrive there 24 hours earlier.

Hallo an alle, ich bin völlig überfordert mit der Reiseplanung von Stuttgart nach Split (Kroatien). Ich verstehe nicht welchen Pass ich benötige. Wir wollen am 30.12.23 von Stuttgart aus los und am 06.01.24 von Split aus wieder zurück nach Stuttgart.Da ich noch NIE mit dem Zug eine Reise gemacht habe und mich da wirklich überhaupt nicht auskenne was ich da jetzt genau benötige, hoffe ich auf eure Hilfe. wir sind 2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind (12 Jahre9 und 1 Kind (10 Jahre).  Was muss ich buchen!! I have two trains on my first journey ... my first travel day from Rome to Visp.During that day can I only have 1 ticket active with a QR code at a time? e.g Rome to MilanSo after the first train as I am running for the second interconnecting train do I have to activate the ticket for that train? Milan to Visp?Seems very messy and not explained in Planning App.

ok im old and not tech savy at all.. but i have managed to work out that France is like a not welcome zone..besides that.im booking Zurich via Innsbruck then down to Florence.my simple question is do i just need to reserve tickets on for example OBB  for the dome car between Zurich and Innsbruck or buy one there too?  ( both show up as no cost )is the eurail the ticket ? and the OBB  i have now a reservation only ?you can see why im bald   lol  it fried off  

Hello, I would like to buy a pass for 1-month Eurorail pass to visit different country in Europe.The plan is take the train at night for each city, start the first train at night in Paris to Rome, to stay almost 3 days and then take the train to go a Piza, for a day, and then to Florence to stay 2 days, and then go to Venice for 3 days and then Milano for 1 day, after take to Saint Morits – Vienne 2 days, Berlin 3, Amsterdam 2, Copenhagen 1, Stokholm 1, Oslo 1, Bruxelles 1 day, London 1, Madrid 2, Portugal 2Looking for some suggestions on the above trip. what would be the best option?Please help me plan this trip.
