I am planning to go from Rotterdam to Malaga and do not have any requirements for staying in certain cities. Now I am wondering what the best (fastest) route would be to travel. Any tips ?

Good morning. I am a spanish touriste, and I am looking for any train route that goes from Skopje to Budapest. I have been looking for it on many web pages but i couldnt find any thing that helps me. Also, I want to ask if this internacional train can be used with my interrail pass, or I need a reservation and if I need it, how I could do this reservation. Thank you for your time and I am looking forward to your answer. 

I am a non-EU passport holder currently residing in Italy with a valid resident permit as a student.Can I avail eurail pass or not? 

Hey Interrail Community! So as the title says there has been a sudden death in near family. This has caused us to end our travels immediately and take a plane home. Since this is a force majeure, could there be a possibilty for a partial refund? We have only traveled for 10 days out of two months, and only used 3 travel days, and it dosen’t seem like we’ll be going again any time soon. 

Can I activate my ticket at the station in the Czech Republic? And where is that station?

Can I just get on the train without any reservation?

I need to know where to catch the eurail at in London city. I also need to know if a reservation is needed, and how to know if the train is booked. I would also need to know how soon before travel does the ticket need to be bought.

good morning this is urgent and I believe it needs to be solved by the team.  I have written to them but no reply and cannot find a telephone number.  I bought an electronic pass on Friday I need to travel tomorrow starting with Eurostar.  the electronic pass number is not recognised by the seat reservation page at Eurostar.  

I am planning a trip from Italy.  I would like one of my destinations to be London, starting from Paris.  Do I need a passport for this transfer?

Hi!  I am stuck  in Porto, Portugal as the Interrail barcode does not show and the ticketoffice is refusing to reserve a  seat for med even though he can see I have a 3 months ticket till 20 november- but their direction from Interrail  is to only book/selll seat with the bar-code showing.  I have no idea why - however this hashappened  five times during this trip now!!!!! Why is my QR vide not showing!!!!????  And additionally he cannot change my digital Interrailticket to a paper one.  So I wonder what your solution is??? Can you fix the QR vide att once?  Or are you mailinglistan me a paperticlet express?  I have a 3 months ticket till 20 november. 

Can we use 2 global passes in 1 deviceI will travel to Europe with my mother, I plan to purchase eurail global pass 1 month for 2 persons. I’m not sure that can we add 2 passes into 1 mobile phone ? 1 pass for my mom and 1 pass for me. i would like all the passes activated on my iPhone as a key device. It would be easy for me to create trip, make a seat reservation and create ticket. 

Hii! In about a week I am in Norway. But I noticed that when I wanted to reserve seats, like on the train to Stavanger from Oslo, or Oslo to Bergen, it all needs a reservation delivered by post? I'm ofcourse not home... I am traveling since the first op september so how do I fix this?

The Belgium rail system is having a scheduled strike on Oct. 5th.  If our train originates in Amsterdam with a final destination of Paris will it go as scheduled and just not stop in Brussels?  Or will it not travel through any part of Belgium during the strike?    Thalys train runs right through Belgium.

Question:The website mentions clearly that the local S Bahn in Zürich is included with the pass.  The app as well under "travel info" says so: The planner app in the "planner" menu however says that it's NOT included : when i search for Zurich HB to Wildpark for example it says "not in pass network".Is this a contradiction??Is it included or not? Many thanks L.E.

Hello community,does anybody know how to deal with the following situation: We are in Spain near Barcelona and according to Interrail we are allowed to use the regional train RE1 to Barcelona City with our Global Pass. But at the local train station we need paper tickets to pass the electronic gate. So we had to buy paper tickets at the station, although we already had valid tickets. Do we have any chance to get our money back? And do you know how to deal with such situations in future? Would be glad for any advice…

I want to purchase an Interrail pass that I’ll begin using from Wednesday 5 October. Problem is, my phone won’t support the Mobile App (below iOS 13) and obtaining the pass physically may be a logistical issue…I’m only at an address in London until Tuesday 4 October and I’m booked on the Eurostar that day to Paris (booked and paid for separately/already). I don’t know the address I’ll be staying at in Paris at this point, so can’t order the Pass as I have nowhere for it to be sent at this point. The site indicates that the mail could take 3-8 days to arrive.What options do I have?Can I purchase the pass in-person anywhere in London in the next few days, or in Paris when I arrive on Tuesday 4 October? And if the latter is possible, can I begin to use the pass the following day, or possibly start from the same day?

I read that it is only recommended to activate the pass nearer to travel date so you won’t waste a pass if there unforeseen changes. However can I proceed the seats reservations first as worrying on seats availablity and activate the pass later? Thanks 

Hi!I bought German Twin Pass Flexi 7 days via DB website, it indicates that the Pass wil be sent to my home country by post.However, I've still not received it yet and I will fly to Germany in a few days. If I cant get it before leaving, can I refund it and buy a new one at the DB office at Frankfurt airport? I posted before about using a Eurail ticket as a UK citizen but living (for many years) in Hong Kong. As such, I have a UK passport and a Hong Kong identity card (but not HK passport). I will carry some supporting documentation of residency in Hong Kong (can get something from employer, and maybe government document). Hopefully that will be enough - I tried to get clarification from eurail but have not heard anything.I have 2 more questions that I would appreciate some guidance on.Do I enter the HK identity card number as my ID for the pass, or my UK passport number? The HK identity card is not a travel document (just an internal HK document), but if I use the UK passport on a eurail ticket I guess this could cause problems?! In reality, how often / strictly are you asked for identity? I am not doing anything wrong (as a current HK resident I am actually doing the right thing getting Eurail I believe) but I don’t want to face hassle and stress every time my documentation is checked. Hi!For days I've been trying to figure out how I can get to Latvia from Lithuania.There's supposed to be a train going from Vilnius to Daugavpils but I can't find any timetable or reliable information with the interracial app, the Lithuanian railway website or the Latvian railway website.Can anybody help me and point me to a reliable source of information?Thx very much!
