I’m from Canada. I want to travel interrail and stop along the way from Latvian, Lithuania, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria and Greece. I’ll travel for 2 weeks.  Is there a problem from my only Canada passport?

Hello my name is Paloma, I am travelling  with 5 friends. Our problem is that we wanted to take a train from central Amsterdam to Berlín and it has belen cancelled . We have called the station and they have told us that the problem is from Interrail. What other alternatives do interrail give us? What should we do? Thank you 

Are there no direct TGV's Barcelona - Paris after 10 december 2022??

I am looking at buying an interrail pass (from the UK) as I will be housesitting for a couple of months in various places in Europe. The nature of housesitting is that things can be a bit spontaneous, plans can change and I’ll need to take opportunities as they come up. Hence why a pass where I can simply hop on a train is very appealing.Looking on beurope at reservations I see that many popular routes like London - Amsterdam or Paris - Barcelona have already sold out for 3 weeks, negating a lot of the flexibility advantage.I’ll be travelling around Scandinavia, Germany, Netherlands, France and Spain/Portugal.Is this a normal state of affairs or are they normally more accessible a few days in advance at other times of the year?If this is just normal would anyone be able to give me a list of the routes that tend to sell out more than a week in advance? And then presumably there are workarounds for at least some of these with slower trains.

I’m having SUCH a hard time using the app.  Whatever city I type in the “for/to” section, no trail shows up. It might be due to the fact that I HAVE TO add a departure time, but how could I know the departure times if that’s what I’m using this section of the app for?

My littlie boys date or birth is wrong on pass. I have contacted customer services severaltimes but no response. We are travelling tomorrow and not sure what to do?

G'day, we're an international couple, one with a paper interrail pass, one with a paper eurail pass.  We want to reserve seats together.  If I try to add a traveller to a "my trip” on either account, I get the error, that the cover number "doesn't look right” even though we have the paper passes in hand and can plainly see the cover numbers.   We tried the function "get cover number” which returns yet a different cover number, but that doesn't work either.    In the absence of human customer service, does anyone know how two people travelling together can possibly make a reservation together?   Thanks.

I’m travelling this summer from Ireland one of our stops is Rijeka in Croatia to Budapest. It displays a train which travels from roughly 8pm through the night arriving at 9 the next morning in budapest. BUT, does anyone know if these are night trains with the option of a couchette/bed and not just a seat for 10 hours?

Can I use Eurail Global pass from switzerland to Paris? paris to Amsterdam, and Amsterdam to Switzerland? 

I’ve made our first seat reservation out of several on Eurail.  However they will  not allow us to chose our seats.  So, I wanted to book direct with Eurostar, with the hope they will let us chose our seats.  However, they want a Pass Cover Number.  We have mobile passes, so I don’t think I have that number.  I’ve asked Eurail for it, but to no avail.  Any suggestions on how to book seat reservations and be able to chose seats? 

Hey :)ich habe mir einen Mobile Pass gekauft und grade gemerkt, dass ich im Vornherein die Route zu meinem Pass hinzufügen muss, um Tickets für die Fahrt zu haben, was ich relativ umspontan finde. Deshalb wollte ich nachfragen, ob man bei einem Paper Ticket wirklich nur händisch eintragen muss, wohin man fährt und das dann als Ticket gilt? Falls ja, ist das ja viel einfacher als das vorher-planen beim Mobile Pass, oder? (Falls man keine Sitzplatzreservierung braucht). Und falls ein Zug ausfällt/verspätet ist, hat man auch nicht das Problem, dass man das in der App umbuchen muss, sondern kann es einfach anders eintragen?

Hey liebe Interrail-Community,ich reise dieses Mal zum ersten Mal mit einem 5-Tages-Ticket und hätte ein paar Fragen...Wenn ich eine Reise mit meinem Pass verbunden habe, kann ich die dann noch stornieren? Ich hab ein bisschen Sorge, dass ich z.B. keine Sitzplatzreservierung mehr bekomme oder doch gerne an einem anderen Tag reisen möchte und dann den Trip aber nicht mehr verändern kann? Auch beim Ein- und Ausreiseticket? Kann ich am Ein- und Ausreisetag beliebig viele Fahrten in meinem Heimatland nehmen? Bzw mehrere Züge? Oder gilt wirklich nur der letzte Zug, mit dem ich vom Heimatland ins Ausland fahre? Was passiert, wenn ich einen Zug verpasse/er ausfällt/eine Verspätung hat? Kann ich einfach einen anderen nehmen (wenn er keine Sitzplatzreservierung hat) oder muss ich irgendwas beachten? Kann man mehrere Trips am gleichen Tag zur gleichen Zeit buchen, z.B. um spontan zu entscheiden, welchen Zug man wohin nimmt? Oder weiß die App, wann man schon ein Ticket hat? Wie flexibel ist das T

Hola, su apoyo por favor. Tengo mi reserva de asiento confirmada pero acaba de cambiar mi fecha de viaje, requerire ese mismo horario y trayecto pero para diferente dia, ¿se puede hacer ese cambio sin costo adicional? Ya solicite ayuda pero no me contestan el correo

Good morning, I have a question about how to connect a journey from your Trip to your pass. My first journey is Madrid - Barcelona, and the next is Barcelona - Paris. But when I try to connect this jorneys to my pass, the app tells me that this journeys are round trips. However, my return trip to my country of destination will not be through Barcelona, but the return will be Montpelier - Madrid.But the app does not give another option, it tells me that it is a mandatory round trip.My pass is a global pass for one month. I am not very clear what it means that the journeys Madrid - Barcelona and Barcelona - Paris are round trips, when in fact they are not.Thanks 

As stated in the headline my pass needs to by activated by 31.08.2022. However I can`t leave home until about a week later. So can I activate my pass before 31.08.2022 but put my first day of travel in September?

I ordered 4 night train tickets for me and my friends and said it to be delivered to an address in Germany. The tracking number after putting into the tool on postnl website says. Our apologies, we did not make the promised timeframe for your delivery. Keep an eye on your track & trace overview for more information.It has been over 4 days now and we need them in time asap. What can be done to reattempt the delivery? 

I have the 7days in 1 month pass. I have booked 3 days in august. The mobile app does not allow me to have travel days in september, since it is the next calender date. Is it a rule or a bug in the mobileapp. Please help, I need it quickly!Thank you

Hi, I can’t see the train reservations in my account in reservation overiew. Is it normal?

I booked several seat reservations weeks ago and they all showed up in the reservation overview, I also checked two days ago and they were there. However, today they aren’t there anymore. Has someone experienced something similar? Is this a technical bug? I am really worriedFor information: I tried using a different browser, my phone etc. and it still doesn’t show up. One train I made a reservation for got cancelled, could that be the issue?

A few weeks ago I booked a few reservations. I received the confirmation mail and tickets and there were all in my reservation overview. But when I log in now, I don't see the reservations in my overview anymore. I do still have them in my mailbox, but when they're not in the overview anymore does that mean they're cancelled or something (i didn't get an email about this), or is this a technical issue?

I am really confused regarding the Eurail Spain Pass. I spent $800 on two adult first-class 8-day Eurail Spain Passes, but it seems that I can't use them to reserve train rides and seats, and there's no way to redeem the passes on train websites (such as Renfe), then what is the point of spending money on the passes? How do I even use then? I thought by having the Eurail passes I can save on train fare.  Is the only way to redeem my Eurail passes is by going to a major train station when I arrive in Spain?  I will arrive in Madrid on September 3. Thank you.

I bought a ticket for seat reservation with my old mobile pass number, and then my agent cancelled my old mobile pass without my order of cancellation. Then I bought a new mobile pass again with the same name and my all information but a different pass number due to new purchasing. So I wonder if I can still use the seat reservation ticket with my new mobile pass.

I travel with a Global Pass, first class. I try to make seat reservations for me and my wife for a trip from Bari Centrale to Bologna Centrale on September 2, 2022. I got the advice to do that with OBB, but the only result I get is “Ticket not available". How can I make the seat reservations (at Trenitalia, Frecchiarossa). 

I want to go from Rotterdam to Porto. When I Google or use other planning tools I can find plenty or routes. But when I try via the interrail app - even when I try just small bits - there are 0 options. Does this mean interrail does not support the trains between certain destinations? Or should I book those seats somewhere else?
