On the "frequent questions" it says you can't add or remove a trip after activating your pass, but can you add journeys?If its not possible, missing a train would mean you're stuck in that city, so I guess you can add journeys on the go but I just wanna make sure

The Global pass Mobile version is easy to use every day ? and is the same that paper versión?

Hello, we have a problem with our mobile pass #interrail.Its' our first time, we accidentally put our "outbound" for July 31, and our "inbound" for August 1.But we are leaving from August 1st to 6th. We cannot change our "out/in" because the 31 has passed.   Is there a way to solve the problem? Arthur Stephan

My paper pass was shipped 7days ago, but still not get the tracking code.  Any one experience the same thing? thank you

@Nanja Hey, I've seen that you're here to sort of help with queries and stuff, I'm really stuck!I had to restart my phone and then log back into my interrail app.  Once I tried to log back in it said that my pass was linked to another device so it couldn't be added to this device - but its still my same phone! I had to buy another train ticket to start my journey, but I still can't log into my interraill app with my pass as it won't let me!I have already bought the ticket though interrails website and made reservations etc.  Please, is there any way you can help me?

I have been trying to reserve 3 seats from northern Italy to Paris for weeks now.  At first, I thought it was because it was too early, but now the website says all the tickets are gone.  Does anyone know a way to contact interrail or the relevant train companies please? 

Hi! I’m thinking about going to Stockholm from Verona on the 3 of august but I haven’t purchased an interrail pass yet because last time I was going to make seat reservation every train was sold out. So could anyone check if theres any available route to Stockholm before I buy a pass so I don’t need to waste my money?

Hi Railers! :)I’m in an urgent need to travel back home and all the flights and busses are super inconvenient for me - therefore I’ve decided to buy an Interrail ticket on short notice.Here a question as I’m not familiar with the interface of the app.I want to book my ticket to my hometown and it’s showing me the whole trip with a connection. I want to take the first connection with a train that departs earlier - is it possible to book tickets separately in the app or it must always be a complete trip? To clarify I’m traveling from A to B and from B to final destination C The train A→B is the a train arriving at the connecting station at 20:30. The train B→C is the night train departing at 21. Notice: the train company informed travelers that there will be railworks on the first route and that delays are possible. In order to avoid those unnecessary delays I’m planning to take the earlier A→B train (it’s a fast train operating every 2 hours). Is that possible? That way I can avoid any

I paid my pass and I did not get my pass because website said “Something went wrong, please refresh thr page”, I refresed a lot of times and I did not get my pass. I reviewed my bank account and the amount was charged. What can I do?

Hi, I need urgent help as I’m supposed to be travelling on Tuesday. I get “No ticket for this date” on my pass for the journey that I added when I press “Show ticket”, I’m already waiting for customer support to reply, but seeing if anyone has any idea why? Does it not show the ticket until the actual day you travel (Tuesday for me)? Please anyone? Regards,Pete Edit: (SOLVED) I’m sorry, I didn’t see the option to select the day from the calendar, it’s quite small! Hi interrail community,I am a first time interrail user and just wanted to add my outpbound journey from Munich to padborg to the railplaner App to my global Pass. (I am a German resident)Unfortunately it does not work as the app states that all journeys are already taken (but it also shows outbound/inbound:  0/2 used).For test reasons I tried the same with a travel from Munich to  Poland and Munich to Paris, same here: both all  journeys taken.All journeys I tried where within one traveling day.even more crazy: when I try Munich to Verona: it works and shows me that I have to take one outbound journey here. All mal connections outside Germany could be booked using the railplaner app without any problem.I have zero idea what I could have done wrong, might is be a temporary error of the booking system?What are you ideas /experiences?Thanks Wolf        

Hi. I’m new to travel throughout Europe and am a little confused about a couple of the tickets I bought. I got a Eurail Global Pass (7-day Flexi Pass) before booking any journeys. After buying the pass, I booked the trips I need to take, also on the Eurail website. Most of the journeys seem pretty straightforward except for the ones to and within Italy.One journey is from Zurich to Naples. The first leg goes from Zurich Main Station to Milano Centrale on a EuroCity train. I have the printed ticket for that, and I was able to load that one into My Trip on the app under my pass just fine. The second leg goes from Milano Porta Garibaldi to Napoli Centrale on an InterCityNotte train. I have the printed ticket for that too, but was not able to find it in the search on the app and had to add it manually.Likewise, I booked a train for a few days later that travels from Naples to Rome. I have the printed ticket for that as well, but it also does not show in the search on the Rail Planner app.

Hi.I have booked this ticket.I'm wondering what I'm supposed to do when the time comes. What in need to show?  Of course my ticket but do I need to prove somehow that I'm a holder of this pass? Hello! I am writing because I need help booking a seat reservation. I am booking a seat reservation from the Avignon, France TGV to the Charles de Gaulle airport TGV 2. It looks like only some reservations are included in the pass. However, the time I need is highlighted red and says ‘pass not valid. full fare required.’ Is it possible to change the pass so that I am able to purchase the time for 10:40am? Please help, thank you! Kristen 

 I bought the Eurail Global Pass for two months and 10 days, in which I plan to use once  way from Madrid to Barcelona and I want to make my reservation, but I don’t know how to do it? My travel is on this 19 setember. Could you help me? 

I activated my pass already but I want to refund it because it has been too much of a pain to try to get seat reservations everywhere I want to go. It takes me hours to book any seat reservation. I am okay with getting the 85% partial refund. My pass says I have used 1/15 travel days, though I haven’t taken a single train in Europe so far so I don’t know why it says that. How do I get a refund? 

My phone broke today and Im supposed to leave in less then 7hr - I cant transfer my pass to my replacement phone, I tried reaching out to the customer service on every way I could find but theyre not answering me anywhere. Please help me out here! The hotels and play tickets etc are already booked and payed for too. I cant reschedule my trip  

I have a mobil ticket but i want to buy a ticket via Interrail but than i have to give my pasnumber, but a pasnumber do you have only when you have a ticket in paper, how can i fix this? I want to travel in a TGV from Paris to St Raphael. 

Hello everyone,I am just trying to make the reservation for my trip but I am unable to book it because the reservation for the INT 79 from BUDAPEST to VIDELE is only available in paper form via the Interrail website. But the trip is less than 10 days away and therefore the reservation via paper ticket is unavailable.Is there any other way to make the reservation digitally?Best regards,Martin

Hello, I am trying to book trains for Switzerland around the Lauterbrunnen area. Many trains aren’t included in the pass so when I go to look up routes for a seat reservation it says that my pass is not valid. How should I reserve these trains then? Should I wait until I am there to book those trains? And if so, how do I redeem my discount through Eurail on the Switzerland trains? Thank you very much for helping me!

Hi all! We wanted to book the night train from Utrecht to Zurich but the reservation option requires us to change in Basel which apparently isn’t allowed for an outbound overnight train. So instead we will go for the non reservation option but I’m worried that it will be too full?? Any suggestions and tips on how to navigate this would be appreciated!
