Hi.  We've made it to Zermatt. Was just checking our trip in the app for tomorrow, Saturday,  leaving on 6.06am to Brig then change for Domodossola. But when I just looked in my rail planner / trip right now, everything has strangely disappeared - our passes, our trip and planned train journeys. Its worked well till this moment,  now Im worried. I've turned my phone off/on but no change. I need it working for tomorrow.This is the message that comes up - Currently, it's not possible to view the Pass you bought on our website in the app, even when logged in.  Good news, though! We're working on making Passes automatically show in the app so you can add them more easily in the future. For now, you can still add your Pass manually using your last name and Pass number, which you can find in your order confirmation email.What should I do?

I haven’t seen anything specifically saying that TTI trains are or aren’t covered, but in the absence of any apparent way to add information about a pass when booking I reckon they aren’t covered.Does anyone know for sure whether they are included in the pass or not?https://www.fstrenituristici.itThanks

I paid for a double cabin on a direct Nightjet 421 from Amsterdam to Munich and it was supposed to be direct. OBB contacted me and they cancelled this route but now I have to stop in Augsburg and change a train to IC 619 to complete my trip. I am leaving Amsterdam on 9/12/2025 at 19:00. OBB gave me a voucher for the seats on this second leg. While OBB shows this route as an option the Eurail app does not and only gives me the option to change trains in Nürnburg. How should I handle this with the Eurail app? Thanks 

So, I'm looking to travel to a specific spot in europe, I'm staying there for a week and then going back home. Do I need a 7 day or can I get a shorter one , since I'm only traveling by train 2 times that week ? 

HI,I am looking to exchange my ticket (well - get a refund and then buy a new one) because I have 7 travel days and think that I will need 10.  But i have already booked by eurostar seats and an overnight couchette to Zurich.  Will I need to change these?

Hello All,I am currently travelling tomorrow from Amsterdam to Innsbruck via night jet direct train and will reach at 9:30am.I wanted to know are there any public showers at the station (Paid/Free both ok), or any place where i can get freshen up. i have eurail global 2nd class pass 

Ich habe vor 4 Tagen einen Interrail-Pass gekauft, aber noch nicht aktiviert. Nun habe ich per Zufall gesehen, dass es eine Promo-Aktion mit 20% Preisnachlass gibt. Kann ich den Pass innerhaöb der 7-Tages-Frist zurückgeben und gegen einen verbilligten eintauschen? Spielt es dabei eine Rolle, dass ich bereits Reservierungen für die Reise erworben habe (über die Interrail-Website), d.h. bleiben diese weiterhin gültig? Kann ich als Grund für die Rückgabe die Promo-Aktion angeben?

Hi,I wanted to book a seat reservation from Milan to Zurich via Lugano and the OBB app says 0 euros and ticket valid for section of the journey only? If I take this route, I don’t need to pay any seat reservation unlike the 13 euros for a direct train to Zurich?And also, I was looking for a return journey from Zurich to Milan on 2nd November - OBB website shows ticket not available but SBB is giving me a different timetable, How can i reserve my seat?Thank you

Is Interlaken to Grindelwald train included or are they any other routes, I can take to reach this place?Also, I am hearing many activities will be shut down by the end of October but Is there anything to do during November 1st week in this region?Can I reach Rosenlaui valley using the Interrail pass?Thank you

Is the train leg from visp to Zermatt covered on a global pass?? 

In using trip planner, I am trying to figure out how to break up my trip a bit.  For example, I am arriving in London at one train station and leaving London from a different London station, and it is trying to plan a route from one station to the other (and I am not planning to use a train from one station to another).  I am also breaking up the train travel with one flight from Paris to Milan, and the trip planner is arranging a train route for me from Paris to MIlan.  Is there a way to not have that planned?  Or do I just not make reservations for the stretch it is planning for me in these two situations?  Do I plan separate trip?  I might be overthinking this since I have not purchased yet and don’t know what happens when you commit to a purchase.  Does it try to commit you to the trip you plan or do you scheudle as you want?

Hello everybody!I purchased an interrail global pass for one month with 4 travel days. After travelling from my country of residency, Switzerland, to Italy and getting back, the pass shows that I have used 2 out of 4 travel days, but also that 0/3 inbound/outbound days are used. So here I am a little bit confused: first, why do I have three inbound/outbound days instead of two? And second, how is it possible that the app registered the two travel days correctly, but does not mark the in- and outbound trips as well?And what does this mean for the 2 travel days I have left? Can I travel in and out of Switzerland again?Thanks in advance for your help!Best,Gianna

Hello people.We’ve got a European grand tour trip booked, coming up on the second weekend of September . We’ve got 2 passes paid for, but not yet activated.With the 20% off passes discount available this week, I think i could cancel the originals, buy the same on the deal with interail and then even with the penalties associated, be €120 up. I don’t want to be tight, but that’s a couple of nights in a hostel, or a nice dinner somewhere. Am I mad? travelling 7th.I have no wish to jepordise our travel plans. eurostar/sleeper train reservations are in place, but i can’t see that they are at all tied to (as yet unactivated) passes? 

Hey, my friend and I are currently in Sofia. In two days we want to take the train to Bucharest. In Bulgaria you cannot book any seat reservations online. We went to the central rail station to book the reservations in advance as we leave very early in the morning. There, most people at the ticket desks could not speak any english or were overwhelmed by our questions about seat reservations. The digital ticket machine was not working. Did anyone else have this problem already and can help us with ideas on how to book the reservations?Thank you :)

Because our train to the destination where we had to take our last train was way to late we missed our last train to Madrid. As a result we needed to purchase new tickets in order to get to Madrid on the same day which cost us per person about 50€, although we have an Interrail Pass but the seats reserved for Interrail People were already booked out. How can we get our money back?Thank you so much in advance!!

I have used up a pass activated on 20 August which expires on 19 September.  I find I can’t make reservations on my new pass because any reservations I make go to the old pass!  Does anyone know how to delete the old pass or to connect reservations to the new pass or have any idea what I’m doing wrong?

Hey all,Does any of you ever did the Grand Train Tour in Switzerland?Curious about what not to miss on this journey and how you experienced it.I will be doing this one in a few weeks and i will try to visit all the stamp locations within 4 days.  

I have noticed that there aren't trains between Klatovy - Sušice  and noticed that with Sušice there aren't any connections i asume this is some info that is not added to the app? Because on the Czech site those stations do have a connection and Sušice has connections to other places too so I asume i just need to add them manuál? 

I unfortunately made a mistake planning my trip. I started my plan on friday within Germany. Since I didn’t realize I can‘t just travel within my home country I had to use the outbound-trip (without actually leaving the country). Now I want to actually leave Germany tomorrow and am afraid that the pass won’t work because I only have the inbound ticket left, but the journey is outbound… does it matter? 

So - largely thanks to the community I enjoyed three weeks travelling with my five day pass, which of course has now been used up.The question now is how do I plan the next trip? Do I delete the app from my phone, start from scratch and buy the next 5 day trip with a new Passnumber etc in order to activate the pass? Basically the same procedure as when I first got the app and activated the pass.Or if I’m logged in, will the site will recognise that I already have the app with its Passnumber staying the same and I just need to buy and add another 5 day trip to it?  As ever, thanks in advance for your help

My wife and I have the 1st class Global-15-days-in-2-months pass on mobile app and are using a travel day to go from Vienna to Bozen, so its quite a long ride at 6.5hrs.  I got seat reservations thrrough Eurail, and OBB came back with separate seats!  This is quite annoying and not how we wanted to start out a 2 month trip, with riding separately through the alps!!!I checked the OBB site and for the exact trip we selected in the Eurail app there are other seats together in 1st class, I just grabbed them for €3/each from OBB.  Eurail doesn't seem to want to refund me.  Not only that, but getting the reservation through Eurail costs over 3x than getting them directly from OBB, and that 3x premium means we cannot be guaranteed to ride together?Anyhow, am I going to have to fight this for all 15 of my travel days in this 2 month pass???  How about on the Freccerossia?  Or is it just possible to tell Eurail to create a travel day and give me a barcode I can give to the train inspectors, and

Hello travellers ;)I currently have a general season ticket for my country (Switzerland) (AG/GA) which I renew every month. I have just signed up for a 10-day/2-month Global Travel Pass.So, I have more or less complete coverage of the train networks in my country and neighbouring countries. I have read some unclear and frankly laborious explanations here regarding this kind of ‘problem’, which sometimes advise buying a ticket for the journey between two ‘border’ stations. Huh?But if, for example, with the ‘EC 97’ train from Zurich to Munich,the two border stations are:ST. MARGRETHEN SG (Swiss station)Bregenz Bahnhof (Austrian station)So...I tried buying a ticket between these two stations with OBB, indicating that I am- retired (well, yes, everyone gets older ;) )- I have a General Abonnement (Swiss AG/GA) (1st class)- I have an Interrail Global Pass (1st class) Well, guess what... their system tells me that there are no tickets available because... I already have season tickets coveri

I am planning to visit Austria, Germany, the Czech Republic, and Hungary in September with a 7-day Eurail Pass. I'm planning to take a train from Budapest-Kelenfold to Wien Hbf with a Eurail Pass.On the Eurail website, it says that a seat reservation is required, but when I checked on the EuroCity website, it shows that reservations are not necessary and I wasn't able to book a seat there. On the Eurail site, I can still make a reservation. Should I book a seat in advance, or is it fine to travel withoutone？
