I’ve been trying to buy a two months interrail ticket, which is 50% off. but i can’t get to payment. anyone experiencing the same struggle?

Hi, Im trying to get 2 passes for 2 months to travel through europe. Im from the Netherlands and there is a 50% discount until 10th of may 00:00.But when im trying to get 2 of those passes, the whole site crashes. I was wondering if there was someone who could help me provide 2 of those passes

Hey there, I wanted to buy one of the flash sale passes today but the Interrail website is not working properly. Whenever I want to check out the site isn’t loading and it says there are technical difficulties. Am I the only one experiencing this?And does anybody know if there's another way to buy one of the flash sale passes because the offer is only valid until tomorrow midnight and I’m afraid I can't buy one if the website is still not working. Thank you for your help!

My friend started booking our train seat reservations today and he added me and my other friend to his MyTrip on the interrail mobile app so we could all sit together since he booked the reservations for all of us.Does this mean that my pass has to be activated on HIS app rather than mine when the time comes??

Hey is it possible to transfer the tickets from the flash sale to another person? 

On the interrail planner, there are only a select amount of grey dots (stations) on the map. Are these the only ones you can travel to with the Continuous Month Pass? Or can you go anywhere in the country? Thanks.

HiI bought my passes (15 in 2 months)in March with the 10% promo but would like to exchange them for the continuous pass that is on offer now. Im having no joy getting a reply with customer services and the offer ends soon.My question is, because I bought my passes with a 10% promo can I exchange these tickets for the 15€ pervticket fee or not?My confirmation says it can be exchanged or refunded with a link to the refund/exchange policy which then says some promos cannot be refunded/ exchanged.Could someone please help? TIA Martin     

It is almost impossible to make reservations through the website for the last 4 days.  Every time I get the message “ A problem repeatedly occurred on …… “.    I tried everything from clearing the cache, rebooted my device and using different browsers.   It was working before and I was able to book some trains.I have a pass and trying to book seat reservation any help is very much appropriated.   There is no customer support link in Eurail website.  This is very frustrating 

I’m looking at getting a continuous pass but it say you have up to 11 months to active and use it. I’m looking to start travelling in April for 2 months but I’m not sure if it would still be valid in May/June as I would still be travelling but it would have then passed the 11 months. Do I have 11 months to use it then it stops working or do I have 2 months from the point of activation. Sorry if this is confusing would appreciate some help. 

Hello everyone! I faced the following problem:I am originally from Russia and my passport is also Russian, but now I am studying in Hungary, which means I have Hungarian temporary residence permit. This summer I wanted to travel across the Europe starting from Budapest. By mistake I typed that my country of residence is Hungary, but, as I understood later, it is wrong. Now my pass is activated. What can I do in such situation? Thank you in advance for your reply. 

Is it mandatory to plan our trip before? For example, I want to visit England but I don’t want to do a “road trip”, but to be based in London and have some day-trips in other cities. But the problem is that some of the cities are not addable (I can’t add them) to the trip (eg: Bath, Bournemouth) so does it mean that I can’t travel there with the pass?

Hi,are the passes personalized on purchase or can one add the name of the person later?I would like to buy two 1-month passes from the promo today, but the second person isn’t sure she can plan her vacation like I can.If she can’t make it, I might have to find someone else to use it (or I could use it some time later within 11 months).Therefore my question:are passes personalized during checkout?Thank you for your help.-A.

Does the two-month continuous pass have to be activated on the first of a month? Or can I start the two-month period on any day?

Muss mein erster Tag mein Ausreisetag sein? (Ich komme aus Österreich und starte z.B. aber nicht in Österreich) Muss ich zuerst ausreisen oder darf ich auch zuerst einreisen und dann erst ausreisen? (Wenn ich von Irland starte, dann nach Österreich fahre und aber eine Woche später wieder von Österreich ausreise?)vielen Dank für eine Antwort :))ich hab den Global Pass 3-Monate. 

I live in UK and have bought a 3month global pass. I realise I only have one outbound and 1 inbound journey to UK. If I go abroad for 5weeks and return home, can I return abroad and carry on using my pass for the remainder of the 3months - as long as I pay my own fare to and from the border? Someone told me once I make my registered inbound trip, I cannot use the pass again.

We are from the United States and are flying into Alicante, Spain in July.  We are spending 1 week in Alicante (plan to visit Madrid and possibly Barcelona), then spending a week in Assisi, Italy (plan to visit Rome, Florence, and maybe Venice).  Seeing today’s special on a 1 month unlimited pass gets me thinking that the Eurail would be easier/ cheaper than rental cars and a flight to Italy.  Any advice is very appreciated!  This is our first time to Europe.

Hello everyone, I got a quick question for you.I bought 1 month continuous global pass for interrail which is valid for 11 month. Can I use the half (14 days) in July and the other half (14 days) in September? And during the time in-between, can I go back to my home country? Or once I activated the ticket and start the journey, I got 30 days to travel? Thanks in advance.

Hi there!I'm planning to buy a 1 month global mobile interrail pass, however, I'm also planning to buy a new smart phone after the purchase of the ticket. Can I use my pass on my new phone before I active it on my former phone? I didn't do it but it's my plan. Thank you in advance.

Can I make multiple journeys from and to one point of departure which is not my place of residence? E.g. After my outboud travel, I would decide to stay in one place and visit nearby cities.

Dear Railers, I want to get a 3-months interrail ticket. However my question is whether  can use it in ANY three months of this year. So for example can I use the month of July, then September and then December? or does it have to be conscetuvie months (e.g. June, July, August).Furthermore i had the question whether i can take any train (e.g., also the ICE train in Germany)Thank you so much for the information! Yours, Levin

I am from the Netherlands and want to go to Scotland this summer and I want to purchase my Interrail-pass today. However, I don't have a passport yet (I will in a few weeks), I just have a national ID-card. Can I enter my ID-number for the Interrail-pass, and bring my ID with me to confirm that it is me? (And of course also bring my passport.)
