I need to book my reservation for thursday 25 november to travel Lyon-Montpellier but the reservation site says You can't book this connection through our self-service system. Please find an alternative way to book.What can i do then?

Hi everyone, I have a three month Eurail global pass and my mobile device shows the validity period as: 11 OCT - 10 DEC 2021. I presume then, that the pass will be valid on the 10th of December? I'm just confirming as I don't want to be left with an invalid pass on the final day.  Thank you very much 

Hello,Would it be possible to add the trip to the pass while journey has started? I mean if i forgot to add it before train departs, can i still add it to the pass after departure time? Thank you.

Hi, I just had an enquiry about buying a pass. I have been living in the UK on a Youth Mobility Visa since May 2019. My visa originally ended in May 2021, but due to COVID19 I had my visa extended until December 2021. My permanent residence card that I received on arrival to the UK has expired (with my original visa end date). I will be travelling on my Australian passport, so with my UK resident card being expired do I need to buy a eurail pass instead?

Well, our trip got cut very short. We flew home last week just as most of the countries we had planned to visit began shutting down, lockdowns and canceling events.  This may not be the forum to pose the question of a refund so if not, please let me know.  We have a 3 month Global Pass and did use it several times so under normal circumstances no refund is possible but I’m hoping that due to the Covid situation some partial refund would be.  Thanks for any information available.  Glenn

I need help urgently, cant retrieve QR code for my global pass from Eurail mobile apps , now I am traveling and got penalty 74Swiss franc last night in Zermatt . I seek assistance in Zermatt train station, No one can help me, How do I continue my journey with this pass with NO QR code ?  This is my first day in Europe and I still have 10day days need to go …. Can any one assist? I email , message to customer service but they reply need 5days. 

I’m trying to buy a ticket and am at Check Out. On the Traveler Details page where you fill out your honorifics (which should include other options than Mr and Ms for our non-binary friends, such as Mx perhaps), name, surname, birthday and country of residence I’ve run into a problem. My country of residence (Sweden) is not on the list. Noticed that neither is Turkey. Was planning to travel a month from now.

I'm Eurail Pass holder.I boarded the Berlin S-Bahn yesterday and I showed a mobile QR, but the reading was not successful and I got a penalty paper.I just emailed a protest, Is there anything else I can do?

Dear Team, Urgent , need help!  1. Passenger booked and paid for the 2nd class seat reservation through the Rail Planner app but the ticket is issued under 1st class. Will they have issue boarding since they are holding the Eurail Global Mobile Pass Flex - 2nd Class. Please find attached ticket copy and payment copy.  2. Please help to check why our client unable to check their seat reservation in their “ Rail planner “ apps ? Passenger email address : ellis_amazingrace@yahoo.com  They have made total 2 seat reservation in their booking : PNR: L5RE8N 

I and my friend are planning to travel from Zagreb to Split in a few days. However, the ticket is available in only a paper format and it won't deliver as we are late with the booking. It is suggested on the Eurail app that we buy it offline. We are traveling in Prague and Budapest and probably Ljubljana before that. Can we buy the ticket offline at any of these stations, or do we have to buy it in Croatia itself?We don't want to risk not getting a booking.

Hello, I am trying to book a TGV between Marseille and Lyon for Saturday the 25th.However I get an unexpected error during the last step of the process and I don’t know why, could somebody help me out please ?

Faut-il que j’attende ?De plus, quand je consulte les horaires de voyage, je peux voyager jusqu’à Decin en République Tchèque mais sur la carte, il est noté que le train ne s’y arrête pas. Hey, so I have purchased a pass for 4 travel days, on my first I’m travelling to Italy, therefore I used my outbound journey, the second I come back to Germany, where I use my Inbound journey and afterwards I want to travel some more within germany. But now every time I want to add a trip to my pass I get told that I need to use an Inbound / Outbound journey for it even tho it is within my country of residence. Can someone help with this? I can’t seem to contact anyone from the support team..Thanks in advance :) Natalie

I would like to book in the sleeper car between Stockolm and Abisko but I can only do it with normal seating?  Isn't it possible to do this via the interrail app?  how should I do it?  thank you

I’m gonna book an interrail pass and I can see on your app a trip from Stockholm to Tuku Satama. Given that that trip requires a boat, is it included in the pass? I found this on the interrail app

I just booked a new global pass, en while trying to upload it on my phone, the app keeps telling me that I am not online (which I am). I tried it both via the automatic link in the confirmation mail and by giving in my family name and pass number manually. Is there another way to upload the pass to a device?I tried with safari and google chrome, deleting and re-uploading the app, but i constantly gives the same default.Tried on various Wifi and 4g, but it keeps telling ‘Go online and try again. it looks like you’re offline. Please check your connection and try again’. using an Iphone SE 14.8.1 

Forgive me for being clueless!I will be traveling from Paris to Rome in April. Are the reservation fees separate from the Euro Rail Pass? If I am reading it correctly, I need the Euro Rail Pass and the Reservation (for an additional fee)? Is this correct? Otherwise, I may not have a seat on the train.It’s my first time traveling to Europe, I’m beyond excited but I am a little unsure of what I am doing!Thank you!

Hello!I’m trying to book seat reservations for myself for the 17th of December to Paris (from London) and 19th to come back however I am not able to do it on the interrail reservations system.Are the tickets really already sold out or have they not been put up yet? Any possibility I might be able to buy from the station on the day?I have an Interrail Pass but there doesn’t seem to be tickets left for the times I am after, there is just one available at 5am.

If i want to go to Brussels from Paris at 6 am and return at 11 pm (arriving at Paris 1 am of  the next day), counts as 2 trip days?

I am a resident of the UK and have a UK passport.  This should mean that I buy a Eurail, not an Interrail pass.  The purchase is going fine until I come to the ‘Eurail Global Pass Adult traveler’ details.  You have to submit a country of residence.  But ‘United Kingdom’ is not available. Neither is ‘Great Britaiin’ or ‘GB’ or whatever we are calling ourselves today.  What is going on?  Am I missing something?
