Is there a gift ticket/voucher offered by Interrail? That could be used as a gift to a family member that they can use up whenever they would like to travel around. Or is this how all the ticket work in general, that the traveller can use them up in within 11 months?

Do i have to buy seat's reservation for my children too or if they have the children pass they travel for free and i only have to book rhem a seat without money?

I need to make my first outbound journey from Greece, my country of residence, to Italy, Bari. I notice on the eurail map that a route from Patra, Greece to Bari is not mentioned. However there is a route marked from Igoumenitsa to Bari. Does this mean that my global pass will not cover me for a trip from Patra but it is valid for ferries from Igoumenitsa?

HelloI made a reservation from Paris Nord to Cologne. I know I need a reservation, however I get the "!" Symbol, and it tells me an error when calculating the cost, so I can't book. What happens in that situation?Regards!

While planning a trip to Europe, I had a question while researching the Eurail Pass.If I purchase a Eurail pass, regardless of type, can I use all the trips posted on Eurail website(https://www.eurail.com/ko/plan-your-trip/railway-map)? Is there any differences in available trips between each option?

Are these “OUIGO” trains covered by the eurail pass? If so, How can I make a seat reservation and add to my pass?

I made my application as a student for the free travel pass but i selected the option to travel alone. Now we created a friend group and most of my friends joined with the code which was given by the group leader but I don't know how to change from “travel alone” to “join a friend group” If anyone could help me i would be pleased. Hello, so I am trying to book a reservation from Nice to Paris on November 6. The eurail booking website doesn’t have any and when I go to the station, they said that they only have 1st class available for reservations, no second class. But when i check the SNCF booking website, the train is not sold out, there are still tickets there for sale. Does this just mean that the Eurail seats are sold out, like is there a maximum number of seats Eurail can reserve? 

Hi, I’m wondering if all the trips you have on your schedule are available? I’m trying to book Hamburg-Hildesheim today but it’s out everywhere but in the inter rail app. Does this mean I can book this trip today if I use a pass? Or are they not available but just shown in the app anyway?Thanks!

My son has bought a eurail mobile pass but is a european resident. Should he have bought an interail pass and if so can he exchange the eurail mobile pass for an interail pass?

When I want to add a traveller to my trip (to book my seat reservations), it keeps giving the message ‘Your Pass cover number doesn't look right’.I’ve already tried the different issuers (with the same CIV number) I need to book my reservations since I am leaving soon. If someone knows what I am doing wrong, please help! :) 

Hi there!Will travel from Ventimiglia (Italy) to Monaco Nov.4 and backward Nov.5 by TER. My Question is - If i will buy tickets online in advance (for example TER #86037 13:04 Monaco-Monte-Carlo- 13:32 Ventimiglia Fri 05 Nov. Standard, Semi-Flexible ) will this ticket valid for the 13:04 train or I can take next one or another (13:35,  14:11 ). The same question about rout Ventimiglia-Monaco.Thank you.

Hello, So here's my problem, I missingly activated a inbound travel day to travel inside Austria and now that the day passed I can't cancel it. I'm French so I didn't need an inbound day to do this travel but I forgot to cancel it. If I can, how do I get this day back ? I can't return home without it. Client service tells they will answer in 7 days but I don't have that much time ...

HiI have the global pass second class and the app indicated that the ticket was for free but, in the ticket machine, even after i used the eurail discount, the price was about 15 euros. HelloMy friend and I are going from Barcelona to Copenhagen. But we can’t make the seat reservations, that we need, through the app or website and at the station we could only buy the seat reservation from Barcelona to Paris (which is the first stop) but not the next stop in Manheim and Hamburg So how do we make sure that there is available seats for our upcoming trips when we can’t book it in advance. Hope to hear from you

Hi anyone and everyone: I have a Eurostar reservation tomorrow from Brussels to London, already paid for and confirmed. However, when I try to add the journey in the app, it can’t find my train (only an earlier or later one). I’m worried I might have issues if I only have a reservation and not a journey QR code? Many thanks to anyone who has some advice here at short notice!Cheers!

My mother and I have our Passes and now I am trying to see what the pass itself covers. We are planning to go through several countries but I was wondering if the Pass only covers the main trains between countries or also smaller lines within each country? For reference, we are going to Paris, Germany, Prague, Vienna, Austria, Rome and Switzerland. 

Hi everyone, my name is Elies Buchheister and I accidentally chose a wrong travel day. I had no clue that I was choosing the first travel day when I was creating my trip.  I accidentally choose October 23 as my first day traveling but my First day travelling will be tomorrow on October 25. I haven't booked any train for October 23  and now I have 4 travel days left in my app.Please I need help because I need all travel days! Hola, tengo un Global Pass comprado a fines de 2019 y activado en forma electronica para usar en septiembre de 2020 como teniamos planeado orcurrio la pandemia y nos cancelaron los vuelos varias veces ahora vamos a poder viajar desde Argentina en abril de 2022, pero le mande mail a Eurail hace 15 dias y no me contesta. Tampoco tengo una respuesta en el sitio oficial para saber si mi pase tiene validez en 2022. Alguien tiene una respuesta? Gracias. Mi nombre es Liliana Maselli de Argentina. 

Hi there :)I’m thinking about buying a Global Pass 4 Days in 1 Month to do a trip to Spain (Barcelona) and Scottland (Glasgow). Regarding to interrail, I’d have to pay over 100 € extra for seat reservations for this trip. Are the prices on this page realistic? A reservation on a TGV for example costs 31 € for example. Is this true?Thanks so much for your help!Best, Lisa

Ahoy! I am trying to book my first travel day and have selected the following route for Monday 25 of October, 2021: Edinburgh to London Kings Cross London St. Pancras Intl to Brussels-Midi Brussels-Midi to Wels, Austria.When I click on “My Pass” I am able to see my ticket for all three trains. But all three require seat reservations and I have been unable to make them on the website or the app. I saw that UK reservations need to be made at the train station - is this correct? Am I guaranteed a seat on the train if I have the QR code or do I run the risk of losing a place on the train if I can’t get to the station soon enough (example: I have a 51 minute turn around from Kings Cross to St. Pancras - is that enough time to reserve a seat?For two of my trains, the app reads “Seat reservations required - from N/A” - does that mean the train is sold out?
