For the Brussels - Vienna direct connection.Is there always a discount if you book together with an Interrail pass?Because if I check a few dates on the OBB website, and look with and without an interrail pass, the price doesn't change at all.If I understand the prices correctly via the following link:  https://www.nightjet.com/nl/buchung/tarifinformationen/interrail-eurail-paesse, then I arrive at a reservation price of 14 + 144 + 20 euros = 178 euros.But I see a lot of prices of 229.90 euros for a single deluxe sleeper cabin.Who can give me more information about this?Thank you!

Hi, I am new to interrailSo I wanted to make a reservation for the nighttrain EN 50467 (Zurich-Prague). On the rail planner app I can find this train and it says that it is a direct train.  But I can’t seem to find this train on any other website, not even on the czech railway website. The only other connection I found (leaving around the same time) is one where I would have to change trains early in the morning and that would mean I would have to use 2 travel days (if I understood that right). And this connection isnt even shown ob the rail planner app so I wouldn’t be able to connect it to my mobile pass (i think).Please help:(

I would like to reserve the train from paris to barcelona on 19th of August. In the reservation tool I see this can only be a paper ticket. However, it is not possible for me to organise this. Is there a way to get a e-ticket? Can I for example go to the trainstation of Amsterdam tomorrow to reserve this ticket? Hey Guys! I was supposed to start my first day of travel from Berlin to France on Saturday. Because of the strike, I could not start my trip. Deutsche Bahn customer service told me that I can  use the old ones for the german Part of my trip and get new tickets for the route in France at the train station. But at the train station I was refused at the counter. I was told I can only use Deutsche Bahn tickets and in France I have to buy new ones. I can't reach anyone from intrail, only just now that I've found this forum. My outbound trip is blocked, I cannot book a new route from Berlin. In addition, so much time has passed now that I cannot use the global pass as planned... 

Hi there! Today we were supposed to travel from Genova to The Netherlands. but due to strikes in Italy and Germany we are stranded in Milano. Who should we contact? and can get our travel days back or a refund. Interrail didn’t informed us about the Italy strike. 

Hi there,my girlfriend and I wanted to use our Interrail pass, but because of strikes couldn’t use our outbound travel day yesterday. Hence, we made a reservation for tomorrow, when the strikes are over - but reralize now that we have no outbound travel day anymore and hence can’t use the trains we made a reservation for. HI! I’m gonna be starting my first interrail trip in about week and I have a question about the luggage storage possibilities in trains. I’m going to be travelling with a bigger suitcase and was wondering if there are usually some sorts of separate luggage storage spaces in trains? Also how have you managed to keep an eye on your luggage while travelling by train so that it doesn’t get stolen? Thank you for your help!

 Hello, I went to Slovenia for the holidays with the interrail pass and I am in the process of organizing my return. However, I encountered some problems when booking certain trains. Especially for a TGV between Munich HBF (Germany) and Paris Est (France) on Thursday 12 August.  It leaves at 06:46 AM and arrives at 12:33 AM and it has as reference the TGV 9576. When I am on the interrail booking tool, I cannot book the train. So I tried directly on the oui.sncf site, but again it was impossible to reserve only the seats. How would you proceed in this situation? thanks in advance M.Bouchet

I’m trying to book Eurostar from London to Paris in early March but it says “fares have not been received from carrier.” Any ideas what this means? It’s less than 5 months away, and I thought reservations would be available by now.

I've been trying to research the interrail website for how I could travel with my small dog from Stockholm to Edinburgh and back using the Interrail. (not for the purpose of sightseeing, but to go and visit family in Scotland.)  My own research suggests traveling Sweden-Denmark-Germany-Holland, and then take the ferry from Hook of Holland to Harwich, and then train up from London to Edinburgh. I would have no intentions on staying at any of the stopover places, and I would be happy to travel overnight and sleep on the train for example, since this is just to get to Scotland, not a sightseeing trip. My research calculates the travel time at roughly 1-2 days per way, would I be fine with the Global pass? I’ve also read that some ferries are included in the interrail pass, would the ferry from Hook of Holland to Harwich be included?Thankful for all the help, as I’m getting quite desperate. (can’t fly the dog over, but can’t leave him at home with somebody either.)

Hi, I am traveling from Amsterdam to Copenhagen tomorrow and I am confused about reservation. Different websites says different things. Some recommend to book it others don’t. So what happens if I don’t book a seat? One of the websites say that there is a high availability. Can I book it later if needed? The price comes too high to book.  

Am I able to get a refund since My pass has no QR Code and this has made it impossible to use the pass?I purchased a 10 day pass, was able to book my first ticket and have not been able to use the pass since. I’m currently traveling, EURail has no one to contact  and responses are delayed for 7 days. I purchased this pass in good faith. but it unfortunately it is a subpar product/service and should be fixed before it is sold to consumers. I have spent hours at counters trying to make reservations and have to end up paying out of pocket every time. I would like to be refunded the the unused 9 trips I have left on my pass since I’m not from Europe.

I am traveling from Bergen, around to Voss, Gudvangen and back to Flam (2 days on train). However, having problems locating the train station for Voss and Flam probably because it is the Flam Railway. Then we are traveling to Oslo (3rd day). The next day we are heading to Stockholm Sweden (4th day) however we are staying 2 days in Sweden. Then heading to Gothenburg (5th day) and to Copenhagen (6th day). Then heading to Odense Denmark (7th travel day). Finally traveling to Westerland (Stylt Island) having problems locating this train station. It would be our 8th travel day.  After Stylt we will head to Hamburg, Germany where we will be renting a car.  The problem I am having is locating the train stations in Norway (Voss and Flam) and also on Westerland (Stylt Island). I also am not sure if I have to purchase a ticket for my Service Dog. I, however, have a 2nd class Interrail pass. Can I book this 1st class reservation and use it with my 2nd class Global Pass in a second class seat? Thank you for your support :)

Hi!Since October 6th, it is possible to book trains in France for the Christmas period (source: https://www.oui.sncf/aide/l-ouverture-des-ventes). Yet, it seems that I can’t book seat reservations for after December 11th on the Interrail site.Anybody knows when reservations will be open? Thank you!
