Hey you out there!I used half of my “travel days” for the first part of my trip. I had to come home in between for several things. Now I found the information that it is only possible to leave and enter your home country once. I would like to know if it is possible to buy an extra ticket to the borders and use my interrail pass afterwards again. May you tell me if I can do it this way? Regards, Anna-Maria :)

Hello !My girlfriend and I bought an interrail pass in 2020 that we had to delay to 2021 due to Covid, during the exchange from our paperpass to the mobile pass our birthday dates has been switch by eurail (bug or mistake), so it's not correct anymore (the date were correct on the first paper pass). Our trip is starting in a few days (the 21) and the customer service seems to be really busy, is it possible to be in touch with someone by phone ? We are scared not to be able to travel because of this  Thank you,Maxime

The seat reservations are not showing into my account. We are departing on Saturday and the customer service responds extremely slow. I hope I can get in touch via this way.

Good evening. So today i wanted to activate but i got the following error:“You must be 28 or under on your first travel day"I am born on the 28th of July in 1993 so i am 28. And wanted to start my journey on the 21st of August but i seems that I can’t. I am quite confused right now and a bit afraid that I can’t start my traveling. I hope you can answer my question since it didn’t say anything about this topic on the website. Thank you in advance for your answer!Met vriendelijke groet,Michael van den Berg

I bought an interrail global pass to travel. For some parts of my trip I need seat reservations. However I get faced with an error that blocks me from reserving my seat.It is specific for the train from Montpellier Saint-Roch to Brussels on September 18th, departure at 2:52 PM. When I try to add the seat reservation to the cart this error pops up: “WE CAN NOT MAKE YOUR RESERVATION. The train you found in the timetable has changed recently. Please choose another connection.”I’ve been trying to wait to see if it got solved over time. However it’s know the third day and it’s not solved

Hi all! I am travelling in Genoa, Italy right now and hoping tomorrow to travel to Cinque Terre. We have to first catch a train from Genoa to Levanto and then travel to each of the 5 villages which we choose to visit. My question is, we don’t know how long we will stay at each village and therefore, cannot determine before tomorrow we what trains to book between each village on the inter rail planner app. Can someone please help me confirm whether it is possible to book trains (trains without requiring seat reservations of course) on your travel day or does it have to be booked before midnight of your travel day? I would imagine you can be spontaneous and book additional tickets on your travel day as long as it doesn’t require a seat reservation. Thanks heaps in advance :)

Hi to everybody!I am getting crazy since 20 days trying to get help with a series of problems with interrail:I wanted to buy a ticket for my daughter, but when I did it, the payment procedure seemed not to work, there was no message of successful payment and I was receiving no confirmation email. Sometimes it happens with online payments, so I went on trying more than once. The next day I realized the payment had been taken 4 times from my bank account.I activate the procedure for having refunded 3 of the 4 tickets through my account on the Interrail website, but as I logged in again the next day to see if there was any news, I found out that the three requests for refund had disappeared from my account.Meanwhile, we are trying since 20 days to activate the 4th pass on the app and it does not work. We receive only automatic answers by the customer service, that do not help us further. The app version is the last one.I am getting really frustrated, since they took a lot of money from my

Hi guys I have two questions! First: Can I add a journey to my pass the day of the journey? Or does it need to happen way beforehand? Secondly: What happens if I miss a train - Can I just take the next one without any problems, if it‘s still on the same day? Thank you! Help would be much appreciated!

Can I buy a pass now and make seat reservations without activating it?? (so that I don’t use up the days) To be a little more specific, my activation date would be August 27th, but it sounds like I need to make seat reservations before then. Additionally, are seat reservations refundable? Thanks!
