Aiuti ?

When I scan the qr to change my account into my new phone it opens an useless google tab, what can I do

Why am I being charged to book seats…. They are not special….. I am trying to book 2 high speed trains and they want to charge me for one of them. I bought this pass because the seats were supposed to be paid already. How do I prevent being charged?

I’m booking from Bruge to Strasbourg and on the Time Table, I see 3 options for Strasbourg.  I want to go to the main station because it is very close to my hotel.  Do I choose “Strasbourg (France)” or something else?  I”m new to the pass and timetable.

May I use Global pass riding Italo railway ?Thank You.

Hiim looking for inspiration for travelling with my two teenage boys in the October half term. Open to ideas? tips and hints. Good advice?

Travelling from Amsterdam to Copenhagen on 8th August.  An email received  on 25 July from DB says to find alternative connection for our journey because of a timetable change but the info on their email shows a connection we did not book.  First leg and final leg match our journey but the second leg has a different train listed though the times are the same.  First leg 1000 hours Amsterdam to Osnabrück Hbf   ICE 145Second Leg /journey 1323 hours Osnabrück Hbf to Hamburg Hbf  says ‘ICE 2532 Direction Hamburg Hbf’  however this is not the train I have a booking for.  We booked /have a reservation for the  ICE 202 arriving Hamburg 1515 hours.Final leg/journey is 1628 hours Hamburg Hbf to Copenhagen on the  RJ 13462 Direction Koebenhavn Following the link on their email I get to a page that has a link to the pdf for our original reservations and further below the seat reservation info there is then a heading saying  ‘Your alternative travel itinerary on Sat 8. Aug 2026’ and when I click o

I have returned to my home town Amsterdam after a great trip through Belgium and France with my Interrail pass. On a journey from Paris Gare de Lyon to Lyon Part Dieu, there was a one hour delay (the trip lasted 3 hours instead of 1:56 hours). On the train, an announcement was made that the delay qualified for a (request for) compensation. I am assuming that in my case, I could file a request for compensation at Interrail. How and where could I file such a request?

Is it correct that if I had purchased my interrail pass via Rail Europe I would not have been charged for seat reservations on all the trains I have had to book in advance of my trip? Seat reservations alone have come to €135.60.

Hi everyone!I’m planning a trip from Paris Est to Luxembourg on August 23rd (departing at 10:40 AM and arriving at 1:33 PM) using a 1st Class Interrail Pass.Looking at the timetable, part of the journey is operated by a rail replacement bus. However, when I try to book my seat reservation through the Interrail self-service tool, it only allows me to reserve the seat for the TGV train segment.I’d appreciate your help with a couple of quick questions: Is the seat reservation only required and possible for the TGV portion of the route? For the replacement bus, is it enough to just show my active Interrail Pass on the Rail Planner app when boarding? Thanks in advance for any tips or recent experiences on this route!

I am trying to book the 01:06 Offenburg to Hanau Hbf, on the 8th August (as shown in image). All signs point towards it being available, but when i reach a certain page it tells me the reservation ‘cannot be made’. Can someone help me find this trip elsewhere or diagnose the issue?

Merci beaucoup

Hi ! I’m new here, and I’m planning to travel to Scotland from France. I just had a few questions about the pass.  1-When booking my seat is optional, do you advise me to book it anyway (it adds extra fees to the travel) or is it usually easy to just hop on the train without booking ? I mean do I need to secure my ride because it’s often crowded ?  2- I’m travelling from France, which is my home country, do I have a time limit to reach England ? Can I book separate trains on different websites in order to reach England ? Or am I forced to book the itinerary suggested on inter rail website ? Do I need to “declare” this first journey to get out of my home country somehow ? Does it count in the 15 days of the pass ?  thanks in advance to the kind people who’ll take the time to answer me !  Jeanne

For backup purposes I have shared some of my past trips with a share link, one that looks like this:https://eurailapp.com/share/trip?id=IDENTIFIER&brand=interrail&type=listI just realized that the one I exported over 1 month ago is now displaying “Internal Server Error” while freshly exported ones are displayed properly. I no longer have access to these trips (changed phone). Do you know how can I possibly recover this?

I assume this is not a problem as I have purchased my seat reservations for our Eurostar journeys between London to Paris.  However there appears to be a mismatch between the times shown both for departure and arrivals between the planner and the official Eurostar schedules.    As far as I can see the mismatch is for all trains available for booking this year.

We were stuck in Amsterdam on January 5th this year when due to heavy snow in the region. It was gobal news. Without activating global pass, we were not allowed to enter platforms. We didn't know all trains would be canceled that day. We tried to contact them vie live chat but no one provided any help. We kept on trying staying with kids and hoping train to operate. We had to stay there that day and try again on January 6th. ICE 121 suppose to operate Jan 6th in 6am as per EUrail app data. It showed on time. But it got delayed same as Jan 5th. We finally got on overcrowded train at 8: 45. We filed issue on February after returning home. Our case was closed without any resolution. Global pass are deactivated now. We filed delay compensation after researching online. We lucky save screenshot and photos. Even after submitting with all proof, our case are being answered by multiple agents but no resolution. I am sure I was not the only one who was stucked in Amsterdam in January this year.

I’m in London, CET -1; it’s currently 23:15local time, and a night train departure in 30 minutes’ time at 23:45 is already shown as having taken place. I can’t select it. An hour ago, at 22:15, it was still working. The device on which the app is running is set to CET -1; it’s an iOS device.

Hi there, I didn’t really find information for Interrail online, maybe not to many people travel in Poland…I want to take some IC trains to smaller places around Warszawa for example Lublin, Bydgoszcz  or Łódź. The rail planner app says I don’t need a reservation, but via Google AI I found out that there is an exception for Pesa Dart EMUs. I looked in the PKP App and found the symbol for reservations on some of these trains. Not my question: Is there an exception for people with interrail or is the Rail planner App wrong? The reservation is super cheap, but it is annoying to make reservations for interrail in the PKP App, because when you travel in a group you can’t make interrail reservations for several people at once. Is there a smart solution?Thank you so much!

Hi,I've been trying for two days to reserve seats on Iryo trains from Barcelona to Madrid and Madrid to Seville using the Interrail reservation tool. However, the tool only displays the following error message: Is this a known, possibly temporary problem, or is booking simply not possible?GreetingsVolker

Background:  I am an experienced train traveler, but brand new to EurailPass and the Rail Planner app.  For a summer 2025 vacation, I have purchased Eurail Global 15-day continuous passes for my wife and myself, added them to the Rail Planner app, and associated them with a My Trip.  On the app, I found a pair of outbound and return rail journey and associated them with our Trip. Then, following the links on the app, I was directed to the Eurail website where I purchased seat reservations for those two journeys.  I received the confirmation email with attached barcoded seat reservation tickets. My question:  I can’t figure out how to associate the seat reservations with my journeys on the Trip in the app. Is that possible?  If so, how do I accomplish it?Thanks in advance for your help. —Marne

Hello, I am currently trying to get from Bulgaria to Greece, specifically from Kulata to Strymonas. There should be a rail replacement bus service, but details are scarce. I arrived at Kulata at 16:45, and apparently the bus should have come at about 17:00.  At the station, the ticket office was closed. All I could do was ask other station staff who hardly spoke English and vaguely pointed in the direction the bus stopped and said 5 minutes of walking. There was no sign at the station to indicate the time of the bus or where exactly it stopped. I walked in the direction they pointed, but there was no sign indicating where the bus stopped. I will try again tomorrow. As far as you are aware, is there still a functioning rail replacement bus service? It is still on the Interrail map. Thank you for your help. Would would be the next best way to get to Greece, in your opinion? If it fails tomorrow too … Kind regards,
