Hi, I would like to report a problem. I was supposed to travel to Sweden form Frankfurt with my Interrail pass. The ticket was already activated and that the inbound/outbound function. Due to problems with the DB I wasn’t able to make my trip and I lost both my outbound and inbound tickets. Could you help me with this ? It’s my first time getting Interrail, lost a lot of money in hotels and stuff and wasn’t able to get a refund in my seat reservations. I’m not asking for a refund I just want my inbound/outbound pass available since I haven’t used any. I’ve tried everything to get in touch with costumer service from Interrail and still have no answers. 

Trying to travel from London to Paris on May 30th, 2022 with my family (preferably in the morning).  There are 4 of us total with 1st Class Global Eurail Pass Currently no seat reservations show available between May 26 and June 1st. I’ve checked both Eurail reservation and b-europe.com  Have checked with connections through Brussels and Lille with no options on May 30th. If there are still open seats on the day of travel, with those seats be opened to Eurail passholders? 

Hello to everyone! I’m thinking to travel directly by the night train from Zurich to Budapest. I was interested to book the train on 01 September at 21.40, but when i tried to book the ticket there was a warning “ Prices unavaible” and this also appear on other options of time. Also when i try to book by the OBB website the tickets look unavaible.Can someone help me to resolve this? Thank you

Hi I have already receive qr code ticket but it asked me to reserve seat. However I just check today there is no seat left to book.  does my QR code ticket still valid. Or I cannot use this qr ticket as I didn’t book seat beforehand. 

I activated my mobile pass on my phone, which is now broken. How do I activate ist again in my new one?

Hi all, anyone recently been travelling from Kiato to Pireaus? Can I just hop on board the train with my interrail ticket, without an ekstra ticket for the train? I am arriving shortly before the train departs, so would be nice to know I dont have to look for tickets first.Best regards Karina 

dear communityunfortunately i’m not getting an answer from the support due to the mass of mails and questions rn.i really need to change my starting date on my paper (promotional) pass from 08/03 to 08/01. is that even possible? if i bought myself a new pass now und returned the unused one, would i still be able to keep my promotion price of the first pass?it’s a 2 month pass. i HAVE to (officially) change the date, right? Thank you so much for helping :)

Hi, I have just got a new phone, and I am trying to set up my rail planner app with my pass, but it wont let me add the pass as i have already activated it on another device (my old phone) what do I need to do?

Hi there, We will be travelling to Barca -> London->Paris->Zermatt->Milan->Venice->Rome from Nov to Dec. And I'm very much interested in getting the 4 days package GlobalPass. My question is can this pass be use to the trains and buses within each city? Thank you in advance 

Hi. Looking to buy a ticket from Bucharest to Istanbul via the Romanian State Railways website. I know that this is more expensive than necessary given that I am buying both the ticket and the reservation, but I want everything to be booked before starting our journey as I am travelling with my fret-happy father. However, online it seems like one can only book a place in a  4-bed couchette, despite the fact that I know other options should be available (3-bed, 2-bed, etc.). Is there any way to book a place in a 2-bed couchette online? If not, and I have booked the 4-bed couchette in advance, is there a way it could be upgraded at Bucharest train station if there was availability, provided I paid the difference? Thanks!

Looking to go from Gatwick Airport to London Victoria. The seat reservation tool appears to say that the Gatwick Express is included in the pass, but just want to make sure this is the case. Thanks!

HiIm trying to make a booking from London to Manchester Piccadilly on the 31st July. On the app it says seat reservation as only recommended. It doesn’t actually allow you to book or reserve a seat. How do I do this and know that there are seats available ? it strange that online and the app don’t actually have an option to book the seat or confirm 

Hello, I have a problem with my mobile pass, I can’t connect it, it says I’m already connected to it in another device but I’m not. Can you help me please I beg you I’m supposed to go in a couple of days. 

Hi I will be travelling in 2 days and I cannot book the seat reservation.I already had global pass and QR code ticket for my trip in “My Pass” icon but some trips required to reserve the seats. which I cannot find way to do so.How do I make seat reservation for these trips. My trips are as such;1. London - Manchester2. London - Paris nord3. Paris nord - Amsterdam centraal 

My phone is broken and I am not able to access my Eurail mobile pass to generate the tickets. I am traveling alone and I am stuck in Hungary without Eurail Pass. I checked with phone repair stores and it turns out that my phone cannot be repaired. Kindly help me to transfer my pass to a new device. I am really stressed out as I am not sure how I will return to France to attend my classes and being all alone in a country without Eurail pass is scaring me out. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

Hello :)I am from germany and won the DiscoverEU travel pass. Me and my friends plan on visiting some eas european countries, after that I was planning to travel to London. However, the rail planner app marks all trains to london as „one travel pass“. It also tells me to check a certain page for more information, but its just blank. Is it at all possible to travel to the UK? I am not sure since its not really part of the EU anymore :(I hope someone has some experience with the discoverEU pass and can help :)

Buen día!Quisiera consultar sobre mi pase de Eurail y sus reservas.Tengo un pase de Eurail que se activaría el 01-01-2022 y tengo 4 vouchers de Eurostar, para los cuales tengo que definir una fecha para su utilización antes del 30-12-2021.Me gustaría saber si esos vouchers de Eurostar son para reservas flexibles de Eurail y cómo tengo que hacer para utilizarlos, ya que todavía no tengo una fecha decidida de viaje, por los motivos conocidos de la pandemia.Según leí en la página de Eurail, si esas reservas son flexibles, puedo definir una fecha de uso y puedo cambiarlas hasta 7 días antes sin gasto alguno. ¿Es así?Espero sus comentarios, muchas gracias!

After doing some research I’ve found that the train from belgrade to Budapest  stops in novi sad and that there’s also a rail replacement bus. Does anyone know anything about this bus (note travelling in early September):can I get it from Belgrade or is it from novi sad ?is the bus a night bus ?is it included in the inter rail ticket ?would it be better to get the flexi bus from Belgrade to Budapest for 15€ since I’m on the 15 day in 2 months tickets.  also does anyone know if the train from Belgrade to zagreb is running yet as an alternate route ? Thanks in advance, Harry.

Hola por favor, compré dos tickets para mis papas desde mi cuenta. Me salen facturados dos tickets, me salen aprobados dos tickets pero solo me dejan agregar un pasajero y el otro me sale que no existe.Mi papa ha podido realizar el cargado de su pase y el de mi mama en su app pero no sabe como hacer la reserva, por lo que yo quería hacerla desde mi cuenta pero no me permite agregar su psajes me sale error. Solo me deja agregar el de mi mamá.   Me pueden ayudar por favor!  Hi I just bought to senior global pases for my parents. They have already activate it today. But since yestarday I was triying to make reservations and, wel yesterday the web was wrong, but today the web says that it does not recognices my dads passes, only my moms. I dont know why? Because I can see his name on the “facturación” or travelers but I can nos add him to any trip. 

Hi, I bought a ticket from the DB reisezentrum from Berlin to Warsaw on the EC.I read some of the forum posts - but was after clarification please.Once I’m in Warsaw, how do you arrange seat reservations? I can put the journeys into My Trips but is there a specific train company in Poland that should be used? And is it always paper tickets?And I know there aren’t really any trains atm going to Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, etc. But in the south direction to Budapest, Vienna, etc is everything running pretty standard?Thanks

Dear  fellow travellers , my son and I bought 5 days Interrail within 1 month.first time for us ,we are planning to go to Switzerland and stay over in Youth hostels .depart from Eindhoven , The Netherlands to Bern on first day ,from Bern to Zermatt , Zermatt to Grindelwald and from Grindelwald to Zurich , and last Zurich back to The Netherlands,For part Zermatt to Grindelwald, I do not see info if I should make reservations? Me and my friend would like to buy the seat reservations for the train which goes from Hamburg Hbf (Germany) at 11.56 pm 31st to Copenhagen (Denmark). However, we can’t buy it online. It seems like it’s fully booked but we really need to get that train because the other option is to take other trains that don’t require any seat reservations but it takes too long (also considering that we’re leaving from Strasbourg, France). Hello! We are traveling with discoverEU interrail pass and we want to book our train from Ljubljana to Venice. Details about the train: from Ljubljana it departs at 18:53, 21:32 arrives at Trieste Centrale (Italy). Then we wait for 34mins and from Trieste Centrale, at 22:06 we continue our trip to Venezia Mestre, where we arrive at 23:50. Is there any possibility to book a train reservation on both of these trains? They both appear as “you’re ready to board”, but we would rather be sure. Thank you for your answers!

Hi,Monschau in Germany seems to have a railway station but it appears not listed as destination. I would like to travel from Aachen, Germany, and then after a few days in Monschau move on to Kassel, Germany. What should I do?Thanks!Rutger

I Wanted to go from Wien to Venezia. In OBB it says that ticket is not available, which I guess that this means that is free for Interrail users. But, in the other hand, in Rail Planner says that I have to book a reservation to get into that train. What does that mean?
