Hello. Ever since the pandemic - and possibly before - it has been impossible to book Interrail reservations between Marne-la-Vallée – Chessy (Disneyland Paris) and London St Pancras on Eurostar. I understand that reservations to Disneyland Paris were - like those to Paris, Lille, and Brussels - a part of the 2017 commercial agreement between Interrail and Eurostar. Marne-la-Vallée – Chessy not a selectable option in the SNCB-International online booking tool and when one calls different booking centres, apparently the availability is not actually loaded. There is no ticket bucket.Please may I ask if reservations to Disneyland Paris were ever a part of the Eurostar-Interrail faring agreement? If so, when were they formally renegotiated/withdrawn?If they were not formally withdrawn, can we get them back please?Thank you. Hi, my Interrail Pass should arrive before july 23, but I´m on vacation and will be back a little later than that. Interrail sent me an E-mail that said someone has to be home to sign, so now I am afraid that my ticket will be sent back to the sender if I am not home.Does someone know if the pass is going to a near postale station when I am not home, so that I can pick it up?And if so, can only I pick it up (and need to show my identity card) or can I send someone to get it for me while I am not home yet?It´s stressing me out and nobody from interrail is replying to my mails!

Some opinions on my other routes would be greatly appreciated.

So much to read, not sure if UK is included in Global pass as a starting point or do I need a separate ticket into Europe first.

I want to book a seat reservation for me and 4 others from Munich to Zagreb for an Euro Night train that leaves in 8 days (currently friday, train departs next saturday). However when I go to the interrail website and try to put in all the shipping and billing details the site does not let me continue.Whilst in the menu of the order details, as soon as I put in the country the button of “continue to traveller details” goes from bright yellow to an unclickable grey filtered button. Is this because it is too close to the departure date? Hi all!My boyfriend and I will be travelling europe in the fall. We are trying to understand how the passes/reservations work.  When we reserve seats, would we be able to reserve seats next to each other if we bought tickets separately or is it randomized/pick a seat when you get to the train? Or if we buy the passes together, when we reserve, since we bought together would it automatically assign us seats together/choose seats next to each other ? Or is it also just pick a seat when you get to the train?  Any info on how this works and if there’s a benefit to booking passes together or each separately!!!thanks a million

I bought a 4-day travel pass for my son and I. For each day of travel, it appears ALL trains are sold out. How is this possible and what are my options? Traveling between London, Paris, Amsterdam, and Edinburgh. Some people have said that although the website says seats are sold out, once I get to the train station, I should be able to book the seats. Is that true? Or should I be looking for alternative ways to travel between the countries?

Is booking the Bucharest Vienna train with an Interrail Pass best done through the Austrian train website? If so, how much extra is it per person to reserve a berth with 2/3 beds?thanks

I understand one can only reserve the Bosphorus Express at Istanbul’s two train stations. Even if we can only arrive to the station on the day, is it almost certain that there will be places for us. And are all tickets sold on this train for beds (we want to make sure any night trains we go on have beds to sleep in instead of just sitting) How many people are usually in each cabin?

Hello I bought a continuous pass for two months but the app tell me that I don't have travel days left. My pass already began but I can't use it!Thomas 

I’m looking to book 5 x reservations for Prague to Katowice on 31 July and then 5 x reservations for Krakow Glowny to Vienna overnight departing 2 Aug.  It needs paper reservations & says they won’t arrive on time.  (Website said allow 6 days & this is 5 weeks away so I’m a little confused!).  I’m worried about waiting until I get to Prague to buy them in case there are no seats left.  How else can I buy them please?  I’m currently in England and travelling to Prague via Belgium and Germany.Thank you!Karen

I”ve put today 8 july as the first travel day by mistake because i didn’t know how it worked yet but i want to start travelling later. Can i please somehow cancel it?

So I discovered you can buy a second pass… done so… but they come with instructions to download the RAIL PLANNER  APP, which, obviously, I already have. Can’t seem to find anywhere on the APP to add another pass. Any ideas?

Hello, I deciced to move from Vienna to Budapest on a train which does not require reservation. On the website the route seemed to be included in the pass, however I wanted to book a seat but when I tried to pay a message said that the route is not available. Does it mean that I cannot take the train or simply I cannot book a seat?

Hi there, we’re trying to book the night train to Craiova on the Thursday, the direct train, but it says only paper tickets are available. When we go to order paper tickets it says they won’t be posted in time. What can we do?  thanks! 

I really need help exchanging my mobile Eurail pass. I imputed the wrong passport information and purchased the wrong class. I trying visited the help desk but they turned me away because they only help paper passes. And I’ve tried contacting customer support but I haven’t heard back from them. I’m unsure what to do now.

Hello, I have added a trip manually from Ljubliana (Slovenia) to Zagreb (Croatia) by bus, since it was all booked in the app. I do not know if I have to make a reservation or not on this bus. 

Hi! A friend and I are planning to travel to Italy this summer, but are having some confusion about the night trains. We want to take some trains at night, but the app says ‘+1 day’ for these trips. Does that mean that it takes 2 days off your pass? Because I read somewhere that that's not supposed to be the case as long as you board the last train before 00:00. For example, we want to take a trip that has one train fron 22:00 to 23:30, and then one from 23:45 to 7:00, but the app says ‘+1 day’, so we are confused about what that means. Can anyone tell us?

I just installed and activated railplanner, but my ‘from’ station disappears as soon as I enter my ‘to’ station. So it is not possible to enter both the departure and arrival stations at the same time, rendering the app useless for planning and traveling. Android 10 on Motorola Moto 8 Plus. The app was downloaded from the Android Playstore an hour ago, so I assume it is the latest version. Any ideas anybody? The trip I was trying to plan is from Antwerp to Lille.Hope to travel, so there is some urgency. Thanks.

Hi all, I know many have asked this question before but I had to reset my phone with the Interrail app on it and now that I downloaded the app again I can not add my pass anymore as it “is activated on a different device already”. I have already submitted a request with the headline “URGENT phone reset with interrail pass”. I will start traveling on Saturday early morning and I am super nervous now. Can anybody tell me how long it usually takes for the costumer service to reply/solve the issue? Thank you so much for your help and answer!  

Hello  Im trying to book our train out from London to Brussels on the 21st July it appears there are no seat reservations available on this journey for the whole day Does anyone know how I can get around this as there seems to be tickets available to buy on the eurostar for that day?
