I'm hoping someone can help. I have purchased my reservations on the website, but they are not showing on the app. If I try to add a journey in the app, the journeys I have reserved are not available on the time table.  How do I get tickets please?  totally confused.  should I remove the app and start again? 

Coucou!I’m trying to leave from France going over Germany to Italy with the Intervall Global Pass. But as it happened to many others, I believe, I cannot book seat reservation only for SNCF. It’s not working neither over the interrail portal nor over the SNCF site. Does somebody already has experience on how to book seat reservations in France and can give me an advise?  Would be super grateful! Thanks a lot in advance! Cheers,Anna

Apologies, we’re new to this, but can’t get through to https://www.myinterrail.co.uk/ on the phone and are waiting for support emails to be replied.How do I find out if specific trains are available BEFORE booking our Interrail Pass?​​​​​​​On https://www.interrail.eu/en/book-reservations#/ - it shows an 08:30 train from Caen to Paris on Sunday 24th July, but I can’t find this exact service on SNCF / other train ticket websites. It looks like the only train that connects well with our ferry into Caen and that will also get us to Paris in time to connect with trains down to Port-bou. I appreciate we’ve left this a bit late (passport problems etc), but it feels like our entire holiday hinges on whether we can book this 08:30 train... Thanks in advance

hello! does anyone know if my 11y.o. can travel on her own with her pass? it would be one journey in germany. our passes are shown separetely in the app.appreciate any help! 

I’m going travelling with all my friends in July and one of the train times has come up for all my friends but not for me. It has an option to add it manually but I’m nervous that that won’t be valid. If anyone knows what else I can do I’d be so great full! 

Dear fellow travelers, I am quite confused with Inter Rail's reservation tool. Hopefully you can help me! The situation is as follows: I bought an Interrail pass a while ago. With that pass I want to take the train from Milan to Brig (Switzerland). The app states that I have to make a seat reservation for this train. When I wanted to use the online reservation tool to make this reservation, I was not able to select any price/seat (see picture below), while the app shows me that the reservation costs are €11.  Does this mean the train is already fully booked? Or am I doing something wrong?  Thanks in advance!  

Hello! I’m planning on taking the 20:30 train today july 5th  from amsterdam centraal to Lyon 13:30 july 6th via Switzerland (basel, geneve etc) and then somehow from Lyon to Nice ideally the same day since I have four days booked there from the 6th. I’ve done some research but the decision regarding “banning” interrail in the Paca region has made it significantly harder. Do you guys have any suggestions or should I perhaps cancel the two nights over there that I still can cancell.

We have already tried to wait, but it’s the same result (screenshots).The error message concerns a free-reservation train, and it’s impossible to book the night train between Hambourg and Koege. Do we have to book it for another way, with an Interrail code ?Thank you for your responses  

I added the pass to my app. Then my phone reset and I had to redownload the app. Now I can't add it to the app anymore because it says it's already loaded on another device. How can I do this? I'm leaving in less than a week!

I am having a very frustrating afternoon.  I want to pay for several train reservations via the website.  I get to the penultimate page, but the ‘proceed to payment‘ link is inactive (see below).  I have tried paying one reservation at a time as well as trying to pay for several at the same time, but the payment link remains inactive.  I am worried that if I don’t make the reservations soon, the required trips will be booked up. 

I have booked the trip and saved it to my pass from  Paris Cdg2 Tgv Roissy to Nimes. However, I can not make seat reservations for any of the trains. I get this message when I try: “No price results were found for this connection. It is possible that the train is fully booked for pass holders. Please try searching for another connection or find an alternative way to book.”This is for all of the trips even when I go months out.Will I have to buy individual train tickets for all of my trips? 

Hi there! I hope someone can help me out.I’m trying to book reservations for the train from Bergen to Myrdal on July 23rd (either departing at 8:15 or 8:29). For the first option I can only book paper tickets which won’t work because they won’t arrive in time, for the second option it shows me fares but doesn’t let me add the tickets to my cart. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?I tried calling Entur to book the tickets with them but was hold in the line for an hour with no results.Does anyone know if it’s possible to book the reservations and pick them up at a train station in Norway instead of having them sent by post? Is it possible maybe to contact Entur in a different way than through the hotline?Every answer will be very much appreciated! (I’m freaking out a bit here because we have all the hotels and night train reservations booked for our trip and it would crash the whole plan if we couldn’t get on one of those trains. 😅)

Hi all, I'm brand new and I am getting confused.I bought a mobile pass and I am now asked to connect a trip to my pass. If I connect the trips I am planning right now and activate it later, can I still change the trips? Or should i for now only add my outbound trip and only connect the rest just before travelling to remain flexible?  Thanks a lot for the information!

I want to purchase travel to about 8 countires in 30 days - I’m not sure what days i’ll be travelling as i’m leaving my trip open - If i purchase the 10 days in 2 months, do I then have to BOOK the days i’ll be using the trains? Or is it flexible via the app or trainstations and I can rock up and select it on the day I want to get the train? EDIT: I’m just wondering if thats possible, if I have to book I might be better off spending the extra $300 AUD for the 30 days continuous to keep my trip open? any help in the next few hours before I buy it would be super appreciated!

When I look up this return journey on the Rail Planner site, almost all of the journeys are ‘not in pass network’.  Any advice please?ThanksKaren

Hello, I have a 2-month continuous interrail pass, so we decided to leave without making any special plans and live an adventure. But I have a doubt, Is it possible to book seats directly on the road, and then have the ticket sent via email directly to the device? Because I had read on the site that the reservations were sent by post directly to the house, and this would obviously be a problem since we will be somewhere in Europe.We will leave on July 22nd Thanks for your attention, I await your reply.

Hello,I bought a 3-month unlimited mobile Interrail Pass on 8 May 2022. Can I activate it on April 8 2023 (ie within the 11 months of purchase) and then travel for 3 months thereafter (until June 8 2023, ie travelling beyond the 11 months after I purchased the pass)?Bascialy, as long as I activate within the 11 months, I can travel beyond the 11-month time-frame - is that correct?Many thanks,Julia

So my friend bought the Interrail Pass for me and I got the activation code for the mobile pass. Because I was on vacation and my friend bought the pass for me, through his account but for my name.The point is, for seat reservations through the eurail website, you need to log-in to your account with a valid pass, but I don't have an account as my friend bought the pass for me. So I created an account and thought, maybe the pass will show up on my account because my name is probably saved in the system, but apparently that's not the case. What should I do now? I need to make seat reservations for my upcoming trip but how is it possible if I only have the mobile pass? Maybe I miss something out and can't find the option to transfer the mobile pass into my online account… I hope someone can help me here :) Best regards

How can I reserve seats from Milan to Lugano on Sunday 10th July at 11.10 (Eurocity)? I can’t do it on the oebb.at website. There are tickets available at trenitalia.com but how do I make seat reservations only? I can’t see where to put that I have an Interrail global pass.

I am trying to book tickets from UK to mainland Europe. Using the interrail site I get the message to try again later, and www.b-europe.com says I can only use a paper pass but I have a digital pass
