Hi there:As I cannot use my Eurail France pass for us to book seats for 18/July onward (see message below when I try to book seats), I am want to know how I can inactive my Eurail pass and request refund. Can anyone tell me how?Message from the site when I try to book seats:"Urgent message regarding TER trains in Southern France Dear travelers,It has come to our attention that the transport regional authority in the “Sud PACA” region of France (Sud Provence- Alpes- Côte D’Azur) is not accepting Interrail/Eurail Passes on board TER trains.We are currently investigating the matter directly with SNCF (France's national state-owned railway carrier and Eurail B.V. shareholder) to understand what this means for you as a traveler.”Thank you all.Regards;Ken 

Hello. I haven't activated my pass yet. Is it possible to change to a different one? Or I must buy a new one and ask for a refund? The information is not clear to me. I just need to know if it's possible to just change. At this point it's not about the money, it's simply about having more time between travel days. I already emailed costumer support but usually how long does it take to get a reply? I wrote I'd be starting this weekend so hopefully I'll get it solved by then. Thank you to whoever replies. I'm new at this, it's my first time.Ana

We made a mistake with the Eurail pass we originally purchased and are going to have to exchange it for another pass. The difficulty is that we purchased seat reservations with the original pass purchased and now we don’t know how to get the seat reservations applied to a new pass.Is it possible to get seat reservations applied to a different Eurail pass than the reservation was originally purchased with?

I purchased a “Youth” Eurail pass and will be 27 on first day of travel with my pass, but I will turn 28 before I use all my travel days. Will my pass still work since I’ll start using it before I turn 28?

Hello everyone,I have been trying to book travel from Paris to Venice using a number of combinations and all of transactions can’t be completed.  I took other community advice and even tried to break the journey into discrete trips and can’t purchase the trnasactions. I have a first class Eurail pass for me, and a first class Interrail pass for my niece.  My niece was able to book our Eurostar to London/Paris roundtrip with no problems.This is the most recent route I have been trying to book.On 7/28. 15:55 Paris Est to 21:36 Muenchen hbf German; 23:04 M HBF to 11:03 Venice

Hello, My phone was stolen today (along with my wallet :( ) and I am travelling tomorrow. I am travelling with friend and need to load my pass onto her phone. Can anybody help me?Thanks,Nicole 

I got a new passport and need to update it in the app…how would I do so? Second, the times listed on my pass for our train rides are not corresponding to the times on our emailed receipt. 

So as you can see the app used a travel day but it was completely empty on a day we didn't intend to. Tomorrow we're supposed to get home but now one of us can't with the pass. Is there a way this can be reversed?

Hi,I have a interrailpass, 7 days in 1 month. And I wanted to make the seatreservation, but de website showed that there are no prices available. Does this mean i cannot go on this trip?Or can i always make a seat reservation at the trainstation on the day we want to go on the trip.In specifik is this question about the trainroute from Bruxelle-Midi to Barcalona-Sants on the 19th of july

Can we use our interrail pass on Eurobahn services between Venlo and duesseldorf (private rail operator)?

Hello,I have a flex eurail global pass and have been using it to travel in Italy and Germany. Can I also use to travel  to and within the UK? I know eurostar is included and I can use it to go to London, but if i want to travel within the UK, specifically Scotland, can I use the global pass and are the trains there included? Its a bit urgent, so if anyone here can help answer these questions, i’d appreciate it!ThanksSB 

Well I just got an email from Interrail about railway strikes in France tomorrow. And unfortunately I have to travel in the country tomorrow. Does anyone have information on (or know where to find info on) exactly what trains are affected. I tried SNCF’s website but came up short. Is it both TGV and TER? Does the strike start after a certain time tomorrow etc?

Hey CommunityI have a question regarding the outbound trip. My  country of residence is Denmark. But on my first day of traveling I will be in Germany. Therefore, I booked a train ticket (outbound) from Denmark and through Germany. Is it possible to take the train from a train station in Germany or do I have to activate the interrail pass on the train while being in Denmark?So does the interrail pass require activation (use of train ticket) in the country of residence?

Hi I’ve purchased 2 interail tickets and have planned all of our route on the rail planner app, however when i went to book the tickets I couldn't log into my account on the website, i then changed my password however when i logged in with this is then didn't have my pass on the account or my route.so my problem is how can i book my trains now, without the interail booking service my only other option is b europe however they only allow paper passes as you need the pass number (which i don”t have due to me having mobile passes)for reference the train im trying to book is TGV 7052any help at all would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Ensemble nous allons en voiture à Bruxelles. I'm trying to make my seat reservation on your EU Rail website. I have the necessary seats clicked and in my cart. I have entered the Traveler Details and Review order. When I click next, the screen goes back to the main homepage and not to the payment page. The reservations I have chosen are still in the cart. How do I make the payment for my seats if the website keeps going back to the main page?I’ve tried restarting my computer and also using another family member’s computer, but still the same issue persists.Please assist.Thank you.

I am planning to take a train from zagreb to ljubljana on the 12/7 21:27. I can see the train on the app and website, where it tells me to buy seet reservations. But when i go to the page to buy seet reservations nothing apears and it is not available? 

Hello! How I know what to trust when I am going to take a train from Salzburg Hbf to Verona Porta Nuova on 30th of July and the Rain Planner app says it leaves at 13:56 but when I look it up on the Trainline-website, I only find a train that leaves 12:56 and it is a different one?

HelloI plan to go from Paris to Basel in Switzerland and I’m currently looking for trains. Now the connection that is offered by the app only gives me 10 min to change the train in Strasbourg. What  do I do if I miss the train in strasbourg? Can I change the train I want to take right on the station and enter the next one 30 min later?

I’ve been unsuccessful in navigating this website to use our Global Eurail First Class Tickets purchased a month ago so we can travel from Southern Italy to Stockholm next week.  Finally went the Brindisi train station today and was able to reserve seats from Ostuni to Bologna; was told that we’d have to book remainder of trip in Bologna.   Trying to review options, and it seems that the night train from Berlin to Stockholm should be the routing and timing we need, however, when i check the https://www.snalltaget.se/en/berlin site, the route is showing as sold out.  What other options are there???  Do seats sometimes come available for these busy routes???

On the interrail.eu reservations book reservations page, it seems that every single service to Cherbourg from Paris has no availability. I understand that some may be fully booked, but given even the very early morning ones far in advance say no availability, I suspect the system might be broken from the recent update that reservations are now mandatory 7 days a week? I have also heard that it is possible to buy seat reservations at a ticket machine when we are there, but I am worried the train may have booked out by then? Any advice or tips would be appreciated!

I am trying to book on the Interrail website to go from Brussels Noord to Innsbruck HBF in Austria for 31st July on the night train. I can see the price fro the seat reservation is $14 when I am not logged in, however as soon as i log in to try and book a seat and pay it says price unavailable. I am now trying to book the seat reservation on the company website or on a different train website, but how do i put in that i have an interail pass and obviously don’t need to pay the full price for a ticket and just need to pay the 14 euros?Please help!!!!!

Hello, I am traveling in 2 days and I noted that I missed spelt a name on one of the passes. 'Daneil' instead of 'Daniel'.  I have contacted customer service. However is it ok if I activate the pass with the incorrect spelling?  Or is the misspelling accepted?  Thank you! 

I am an BNO and Hong Kong passport holder, just wonder could I use BNO for the eurail global pass? 

Hi there! With the interrail global pass are we able to go to a station and get ourselves on a train without booking if it doesn’t require reservation seats? This is our first time with these passes so don’t know fully how they work!  thank you!
