Hey there,  In may i bought the interrail youth pass 2 months. I activated it in june, and its valid untill the end of August. Today (26/06) i traveled from utrecht cs to dusseldorf and back in one day. The ticket inspector just told me that i’ve used all of my in/outbounds already which would mean that i’m not able to travel from my home country (the netherlands) to another country in europe. The app says i have 67 days left…. I was planning to go to switzerland for a week starting from the 31st of july. How do i plan my trip now? do i buy seperate tickets to the border? i am also 17 so i travel with 40% discount in summer.  Can someone help me plan my trip without in/outbounds? It’s pretty confusing… thanks a lot!

Hello there. I need to travel from Prague to Amsterdam in August and this was my first time buying tickets through Eurail.I booked tickets to get to Amsterdam (MUENCHEN HBF to SIEGBURG/BONN) and (SIEGBURG/BONN to AMSTERDAM C).But the first part of the trip (Prague to Munich) I’m not sure what to do. It says “You can purchase a seat reservation if you wish, but it is not required.” and then “No price results were found for this connection. All seats for pass holders may have been sold out. Try to find another connection or see the "More information" section. and try other ways to make this seat reservation.” Will I be able to take that train to Munich without buying a ticket in advance? Is my Eurail pass enough or do I need to buy a ticket at the train station? Thank you very much!

I made a mistake.I registrer passport number for my daughter on her interrail global pass but her passport has been expired.I want to change this number and use her ID number which is correct.our first day of travel is july 8th.We need ti change beforePlease help us.Thanks

Hi !I’m new to the interrail community and I don’t understand the reservation process. I thought that with the mobile pass no tickets would need to be sent to me by post. However now that I try to make reservations via the interrail website some options appear marked as ‘delivered by post’, namely polish trains.Does it mean that I cannot book those online and have them on my phone but need to wait for them to be delivered to me at home ? Is it possible to make the reservation online via the interrail website and retrieve it physically once in a polish train stations ?Thank you in advance for your help <3 

Looking for some help.  Have a 5 day travel pass. And so far have spent two travel days, one on high speed trains (which I had to buy a reservation for and did so through the inter rail website) and one on regional trains (which has meant I haven’t had to buy reservations as they have been included). My next trains need a reservation. However, they are unable to buy through inter rail website (it says ‘n/a’ on the booking platform) The alternative option I’m given, is buy them at a train station.  My question is: if I buy a reservation at the station, will it be full price? And if it is full price, I don’t understand what the point of the inter rail pass is. I thought the inter rail pass would give me either free or cheap train fares. Surely if I buy in the station that wont be the case.  Any help to clear up my confusion would be greatly appreciated.  Cheers

We all have Interrailcard.I´m trying to find schedules and tickets for the train from Milano to Tirano on the 21JULY2022 but can’t find any? Why cant I see any departures on trendnord or interrail websites or in the App?Looking forward to your help.With regard Dennis  

Hi,I’m trying to reserve a ticket with Blue Star Ferries using my newly activated 4 day Greek Island Pass. When I reach the reservation checkout page it tells me that ‘the document is not valid for the date’. The date of the ferry I have chosen is definitily within the active dates of the pass so I’m not sure why it isn’t allowing me to reserve a ticket? Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this? It’s strange because I have reserved one ticket already using my new pass and it worked fine... Thanks,  Nick

Hello I’m gathering information for a trip I’m planning to take with my husband in late September into October - travelling from London, through France and into Spain and Portugal. We have global continuous passes (1 month). I know that there are some RENFE reservation issues but that one route to booking reservations is to go via DB phone line, armed with train numbers. I have the excellent European railway timetable which includes train numbers. Does anyone know if these will be the ones needed to book reservations (or is there a RENFE timetable change?) Does anyone know if all the trains can be booked now? I think some might not be available to book until neare the time but I am keen to book Eurostar both ways and the big France into Spain; Spain into France tickets before they sell out. Perhaps I need to do my booking in a few batches We will be travelling as a pair and want to have reservations together, obviously we have two seperate passes. Slightly stupid question, but is it ea

Hello hive mind!I want to book a reservation for the TGV 9240 from Milano Porta Garibaldi to Chambéry-Challes-les-Eaux. When checking the pricing for the reservation at https://www.eurail.com/, a price of about 120$ is shown. For this price, I would be able to buy 2 normal tickets including a reservation. Why is the price so high? And does anyone have a recommendation for a cheaper option?

I was successful in booking the first leg of our journey with Eurail planner app.  But now trying to book day 2 of a 7 day Global pass.  I have created the journeys but can’t get them to connect to our global passes. 

I am planning a trip in September to travel from London to Toulon.Which pass would i need for this trip.  It is for 7 nights.

Hello,I just want to ask. Is there any possibillity, that when I board the train in UK, they will send me off because it would be full? I am planning to go from Edinburgh to Inverness and the app says I can buy reservation but I don’t have to. I don’t care if I will have to stand the whole journey. Is there any kind of this possibillity?Thanks in advance.

Hello. Recently I bought an e ticket for a route from Copenhagen to Hassleholm C but the one that was sent to my email did not have a QR code on it. Is that a problem? Because the other ones that I booked did have a QR code.

Hi! I´ve been travelling in Europe from the 11 of May till 14 of June.On monday 30 my celphone and my bag were stolen in Italy. The robber made me a disaster with my celphone, traying to buy different stuffs through websites and aplications.Now that I’m back in Argentina, I realize that an eurail pass was contracted with my name and with this email: XXX. They used one of my VISA credit cards to pay for itI never used this pass and it wasn’t me who contracted it. I need urgent refund of this money in my credit card. Ich will einen Sitzplatz reservieren. Die versand adresse ist eine andere als die rechnungs adresse. Sobald ich aber bei der versand adresse ein land auswähle ist es nicht mehr möglich weiter zu den Reisedetails zu kommen. Es wird auch keine Fehlermeldung angezeigt, sodass ich wüsste was das problem ist, sonder das feld um weiter zu den Reisedetails zu kommen ist einfach "ausgegraut".

Question to inbound to home country.We are leaving Stockholm Friday 5th afternoon with a nightrain to Hamburg -arriving early on 6th of August in Hamburg, our final destinitation is Cologne. Here for we do need to take another train (ICE/IC) . Now Rail planner is keep telling me that the trip from Hamburg to Colgne is not possible, as no more inbound days are left. Helloi could only get seat reservations from Brussels to CDG for my travel date. The site is then charging 23 euro for a 12 minute ride to Disneyland. Do I need reservations?

I’ll be starting my journey on the 14th of July with this itinerary (the one from 05:18 → 20:49). I’m unsure about the mandatory seat reservations on the 12:38 EC 59 from Berlin to Poznan and on the 15:45 TLK73100 from Poznan to Krakow.Should seat reservations for these be booked in advance? I’ve read that the best way to do it is locally at the station, but our stopovers are pretty short, so I doubt we’ll have time. I’ve read on intercity.pl that the tickets can be bought on the train for TLK, but there’s no mention of EC. Can anyone with experience in the area tell me if I should expect trains to be full, i.e. if I should book in advance? A friend of mine who’s just been in Poland with Interrail told me that she didn’t have time to book a seat reservation for her trips with mandatory seat reservations, but that it wasn’t a problem because no one asked to see a seat reservation.Lastly: while I’m able to book a seat reservation for the TLK to Krakow on cd.cz, I can’t seem to find a way

Je tente déjà de comprendre comment réserver les places pour les différents train et je m’aperçois que les prix sont différents entre le site eurail et l’application. Comment cela se fait ?  Est-il possible de tout réserver via l’appli ?  Merci d’avance pour aide. 

Hello, can I book seat reservations for my trip at any sites? So when I go to sweden, then making reservations at the site of VY? I made some reservations at the station, but I need some more. The reservation site from interrail is quite confusing and expensive.Thanks a lotEnni

Hi, the Eurail pass is making me crazy! Planning ahead of time our trip to the South of France and imposible to Reserve Seat you cannot click there! And we are afraid that we have all hotels in the south but since we see everything is so booked up and full because of the dates, that we stay with nothing! Please help me figure this out! Somewhere I read that in France you can only reserve an hour before the trip!? But if so, do you really think that because of summer trains get sold out? It is risky to loose our flight back to America… but at the same time I do not want to loose the money we paid for this stupid pass that there is no place to call and so hard to use! please help 🙏🏽thxs, Alma
