Hi I'm looking to buy 5 greek island passes for my family. I emailed Attica group to ask about the reservations 3 days ago and have not heard back. We travel in 1 month and I read reservations need to be made a month in advance. We are in the US so also wanted to know if when I buy the passes if I will get an electronic pass so that I have all the info I need to reserve our ferries wether it be online, via email or over the phone. Thanks for the help!

Hello, I booked many trains all at once on Monday and one particularly long leg got messed up and I was notified it wasn’t fully booked and instead stuck in “PRERESERVATION MADE”. All other legs were booked, however they still don’t appear in my “Reservations” portion of my account. My travel is happening on Saturday and I still haven’t heard back from customer support about this. In the email notifying me about the reservation problem I was told this could be resolved! I would just book a new leg, but I got charged for the whole trip and don’t have enough to make a new reservation!! In addition, the reservations portion of the website is next to un-usable and I’m worried this will just happen again. I haven’t been able to find any phone number to call or any way of talking to a non-bot… anyone have an idea of what I”m supposed to do? Micha

I can’t find the timetable of this route via routeplanner. Sj.se also shows no discount even if I add my eurail pass. However, this route (Stockholm-Nykoping-Norrkoping) is indeed shown on the eurail map but its operator Mälartåg is not listed as included. Since Mälartåg is the only operator on this route, can anyone confirm the validity of eurail pass on this route?

Hey, I want to travel from Oslo to Malmö in 4 weeks. In May I saw a train Oslo-Göteborg-Malmö, now I cant find this train. The Rail Planner App says I have to go via Rygge (with bus?). Does anybody know if the direct train connection is still available or not?

My mobile pass won’t let me activate it before the 16th of July, I’m due to travel on the 13th with trains that require an active pass. I raised this issue with customer support 26/04/2022 and it’s 30/06/2022 and I’ve still not had this issue resolved. Getting a little desperate so does anyone know if there’s a office in the UK that I can go to in person as I’m clearly not getting anywhere via email. Picture attached to show that dates before the 16th July are greyed out 

I have a Eurail Global Pass, and have been trying to make reservations for trips between London and Amsterdam, Amsterdam and Berlin, and Berlin and Paris. In every case, I cannot proceed past the first page because the continue to traveler details button does not work. This includes trains where reservations are not required and are not at popular times. I have also tried making them all separately but they still do not work, so it is not because too many trains are in one cart at the same time. Does anyone know of a solution to this?

Hey!I need help removing my mobile passport from my phone because it has been stolen. I have bought a new phone but can not add my interail mobile passport on it because it is still activated on my old stolen phone. How can I remove it. I have reached out to Interrail customer service but it is very urgent. I’m traveling right now. I will be happy for any tip! :) 

Hi! I need to activate my interrail pass. I need to fill in my pasport number. But in my (Dutch) pasport I have a BSN-number (personal number) and a document number. Which one do I need to fill in ? 

Hello, we wanted to buy 4 greece island passes, but they won't arrive soon enough.Is it possible to print it by my self?I can't set the first travel day to 10.july only the 21. work.I always use the mobile pass and have no idea that this greece island pass is not available.Greetings Winder Ulrich 

I am due to start travelling next week. I have cracked the screen of my iPhone quite badly. My phone is still working and I can use the app but I am wondering will I be able to scan the QR code on my broken screen?

Hi guys, just a quick one,how dose the two month global pass work ? Is it one train journey a day for two months or two months worth of journeys ie round it to 60 or just unlimited for two months? 😅Really appreciate any response 

Hello,I am wondering if anyone has advice on getting through to someone at Eurail to process a refund. We purchased 3 paper global passes on April 3, which never came. After spending hours trying to contact Eurail and the postal service, we ended up purchasing replacement mobile passes and requesting a refund.However, we have still not heard anything back with regards to our refund request. The tickets were nearly $1,200 and we have not received any indication that they will be refunded (despite paying extra for pass protection). I am wondering if there is a way to speak with a live person by phone or email? Any tips are much appreciated!Jamie G 

Hi to everybody! When I select the trip to book my seats the systems keeps on the loading mode… I’ve been trying wtih differents browsers but I get the same results and my trip starts in just a couple of weeks. Has anybody experience the same? any recommendation? Thanks a lot for your help! Aina

Hi all!This summer I'm planning to travel from Estonia (Tallinn) to Latvia (Riga) to Lithuania (Vilnius) and eventually to Poland (Bialystok/Warszawa). I am entering Tallinn from Stockholm with a boat. Since Eurail doens't support the railway sites for the Baltic states I went to the sites of these countries by myself. My understandings are that it is possible to go from Tallinn to Riga (via Valga), but when I am looking to see if its possible to go from Riga to Vilnius it seems to be trouble. This is mainly because the railway site of Lithuania doesn't seem to be working for me.It was my plan to go from Riga to Daugavpils, to switch trains en travel further to Vilnius. From Vilnius I wanted to go to Kaunas, to go to Bialystok and eventually travel to Warszawa. Here on the forum I am reading that travel from Estonia to Latvia isn't possible, however the railway sites of these countries (Elron and Pasazieru Vilciens) say that it is still possible. I want to travel from Bruxelles (Midi) to London (St. Pancras) and return a few days after. There are no more seat reservations available, but I read in the forum that theoretically seat reservations can be booked at the stations as well. Since I need 9h to even get to Bruxelles, I wanted to ask: how likely is it to get a seat reservation in Bruxelles for the Eurostar train?

Dear community Can anybody advise on the topic of adding an additional traveler to an already existing reservation? We have booked our trip for two, and now a friend wants to join so we end up being three. Naturally, we would prefer the third seat reservations to be close to us.  Hello,I'm experiencing a lot of problems with the site. At first I couldn't make reservations and see the prices. Then it says "come back in a few hours". Half a day later I can't even log in to make a reservation. This site makes interrailing so difficult that I think I will book another trip. Do others have this problem too? Especially with making reservations.

Hello! I'd like to travel from Ljubljana to Pula. According to the planner, there's one connection a day via Divaca but it isn't possible to book. Checked the provider website also and can't book it there. Any tips?

I recently bought a couchette reservation on the interrail website booking system for Intercity Notte 798 from Napoli Cle to Milano P Garibaldi on the 6th of july. As the confirmation e-mail I got from interrail confirms, I paid 86€ in total for two persons (41€x2 + 4€ booking fee). However the pdf tickets I got attached to the e-mail say that I only paid 3€ per person and they are for two seats, not two couchettes. Vagonweb.cz shows that coach 3 (where I have been allocated) is normally a seat only coach. And trenitalia support confirmed to me that I have indeed been given a seat, but refused to help more.  So now 80€ have been stolen from me, I have no way of getting this money back and I don’t even have the couchettes I paid for! I contacted interrail support with that stupid confusing chatbot, but three days later I haven’t got any response… I am leaving soon, and I would like this issue to be resolved, 80€ is a lot of money! Hello everyone,We are a group of five people that have Interrail global passes for the 2nd class and we need help with two trains, one from Hamburg to Copenhagen at the 7th of August (leaving Hamburg at 23:56 and reaching Copenhagen at 8:19). We have already booked a reservation for a train that leaves the next day (at 8:19 AM) from Copenhagen to Stockholm, so we don’t want to miss that. But the one that leaves at 23:56 from Hamburg says that the reservations are sold out. If it had to be done, we would just try to find a train that would take us straight from Hamburg to Stockholm and just try to cancel the reservation (if it’s even possible, some of them were sold out and some were unavailable because of some sweden rail track repairs from what I’ve read). The same goes for the train from Copenhagen to Hamburg at the 14th of August (leaving Copenhagen at 5:17 and reaching Hamburg at 10:05). Hello,  I was wondering something. I booked a ticket on the 4th of july for the Amsterdam to London Eurostar. If I decide to spend a little time in Rotterdam, will it be a problem if I board the Eurostar in Rotterdam and not in Amsterdam ?  Thank you again for your help, and have a nice day. Sylvain
