Hi! If I’m traveling from Paris to London do I need any pass? Or only with the reservation it’s ok? Same question if I’m traveling from London to Friburg. I’m a tourist from Argentina, South America 

Hello! I have a question that perhaps only Belgian Interrailers might be able to answer. I have a 2 month Global pass for this summer and I am planning to do several trips with it, each starting and ending in Belgium. I recently found out that I will need tickets for the Belgian parts of the trips, as I will be able to use my inbound/outbound days for only one trip. Now how can I do this?In this community I learnt that Aachen Süd (Gr) is the border point I’ll have to use for e.g. going from Bruxelles Midi to Köln Hbf, but how can I buy this ticket? I am not able to enter it as a destination on the website of NMBS/SNCB.Or are there perhaps any other options you can suggest?  Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello! For the past few days I've been trying to make a reservation for a train from France to Spain, for late July. I am not able to click the button ‘continue to travel details”. It’s grey and I can’t buy the tickets. I’ve tried making a reservation on the website of the train, but they told me that if I want to make a reservation for a train from one country to another I can do it only on Eurail websait. Is this a problem with the website itself, or am I doing something wrong?Thank you:) 

Hi,I’m planning a trip to Greece to go island hopping. I live in Belgium, so I was wandering is I need a one country pass to go to Greece and once I’m there I use an Island pass or is it included to the Island Pass that I can travel first from Brussels to Greece? Thanks for your help!Greetings Martha 

I'm trying to make a reservation from Hendaye to Amsterdam. I’ve been having trouble reserving for Paris Nord to Amsterdam. Prices were unavailable for a couple of days and now it says "No price results were found for this connection. It is possible that all pass holder seats are sold out. Please try searching for another connection or check 'More information' and try other ways to book this seat reservation. If no pass holder seats are available anymore you need to buy a separate full fare ticket to board." Can someone help me with this? It sounds ridiculous that seats are available but you’d need to still buy a full ticket when you already bought Interrail.I’ve been trying to reach a human support from Interrail, but the chat bots are broken as well. After asking for my name they either get an error or stop replying at all.

Traveling today between Rimini and Bologna the Rail Planner only shows high speed trains. Even if you adjust to no seat reservations. We are going to travel by regional train to Bologna and for later we have a reservation for High Speed to Rome from Bologna.  I fear though that the conductor will check the train time in my ticket and say it is not correct. Can you explain to me why the app does not show trains where the pass has validity? Yesterday we had no problem adding the same train in the other direction coming to Rimini.

Hello!I wonder if interrail app has righ now some distruption? I have opened my app today. I am currently traveling and have my mobil ticket activated but today it dissapeard and if I want to add it again it sais that something wrong happend that I should try again. The same respons I get if I try to send question to help center via app. Does anyone experiencing same problem?All the best,Martin

Hello, I would like to reserve seat for me and my friends with the automatic interrail reservation. How we do to reserve a seat near each other ? There is a system in the interrail’s reservation, or we have to ask to people in the train ? 

I can't find united Kingdom, great Britain, Britain or Scotland on the drop down box when trying to choose my country of residence to purchase the tickets. Can someone advise/help? Thanks 

I have purchased an Interrail pass valid for 33 countries. I tried to book a seat reservation from London St Pancras to Brussels but could not do it. Please can anyone help. I need to do this as soon as possible. Thank you in advance 

Hi, I have a flex pass for interrailing, but I can’t get a QR code. When I have saved a trip the yellow switch button, which should be right next to the trip you want to make, is just not there. I have tried deleting the app and downloading it again but that does not work. I have already activated my pass completely. Do you know how to help me? Kind regards

I have recently purchased a global pass for a holiday in September. My outward journey (all on one day) is from my UK home to Lille. I can book Eurostar now and would like to do that to be sure I am on the train I want. However UK domestic trains will not have timetables issued for September for some weeks so cannot be booked. If I book Eurostar now will that count as my one allowed outward journey or will the pass cover both journeys which in normal times would be one journey?I do not want to book any other part of the holiday because if fares only from/to London are covered then the pass is not worthwhile having and I will return it unused.Suzy 

DearOn 12/06 I made a reservation for Brussels-Paris (25/06) and Paris-Brussels (25/06). The money has gone out of my account but I have not yet received a confirmation by mail. 25/06 is approaching and I would like to have my tickets. Who can help me with this? Thanks in advance! Laurent

Hi - i have interrail passes and downloaded the rail planner app, added the passes and activated them. I have created a trip and want to book seats for some journeys so have used the link which goes to the Eurail website and asks me to log into my account - done that but my trip isn’t there and it says I need to create one to book anything. Also then asks me to connect travellers to that trip - my passes are already connected to the trip in the app. Do i really need to put the whole trip in twice and how does it know it is the same trip. Have spent days trying to do this and already lost some journeys as seats are now sold out. Can anyone help me see what i am missing here?

Dear all,  My friend and I are trying to book seat reservations for the trains in France and Spain. We would like to travel the 12th of July from Rotterdam Centraal (NL) to Madrid in Spain. But, interrail seat reservation booking system does not give us any options. All possibilities are not available with the note to come back later. We already tried to call SNCF and other rail stations. They can book for us till Valence TGV (FR) but, we can not find a train from Valence TGV to Madrid. Is this possible to book? And where? Does anybody have tips for us to book the seat reservations we are aiming for.  Thanks. 

My husband and I have 3 month global passes (on app)which we’ll activate in September.  I’ve been planning journeys and adding them to My Trip.  I haven’t added them to the pass as I gather it’s best to do that on the day, for flexibility.  However I’ve changed some of our planned itinerary and want to delete some journeys from My Trip.  Cannot see how to do this.  Can anyone advise? Hello, At step 3 of activating my pass, i'm asked for my ‘Passport or ID no’. There are two numbers in my passport:Persoonsnummer/personal no. Documentnummer/document no.The personal no. can be compared to an SSN. Which one should I enter?

HI, quick question: if the reservation is not needed that means we can jump in the train only with the pass?No need to do any procedure before that?It is not clear to me if I need anything, as I should register the trip on the app isn’t?ThanksRaissa

Hello, I have a small problem: I have a mobile Interrail Pass. However, due to an issue with my IPhone, I had to reset it. As my pass was registered on the railplanner app, and as I tried to enter the code of my pass on the app, the app said "your pass is already registered on another device". But that's not possible, I had to do a reset of my phone.I will probably have to change the battery of my Phone, so maybe I will have to ask the same question another time if the Apple Store has to reset again my phone or if I have to change my phone. I will be travelling very very soon, so if I can have an answer quickly that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Yann

Dear community,I’ve contacted the costumer service on 31/5 with the question to change my date of birth (I’ve made a mistake in the year of birth). I wanted to make the seat reservations but the wrong date of birth is on those documents as well, so I’m waiting until I receive news from them. I did activate the pass already, so I hope this does not make any difference? I’m planning to travel to Sweden and Norway and for Norway it is more difficult to get the seat reservations then Sweden… I’m leaving on 2nd of July. Is there any way to contact costumer service by phone? Thanks for your answer!Stijn 

I tried to reserve seats to France - Spain train. Unfortunately reservations for trains between France and Spain are only on paper. The system calculates that it takes more than 4 weeks to deliver tickets to Finland. So I called directly to SNCF and they could have made the reservation, but they don’t accept visa  payments from Nordic countries so the reservation was impossible. They advised to contact Interrail again. Which is a dead end cause only paper tickets and delivery is impossible.

I read that taking reservations in France and especially in Spain (at the stations) ist very complicated and that reservation seats are very rare at the moment. I’m thinking about getting a global pass but of course, I can’t check if there are any reservation options left for my dates if I didn’t buy the pass yet.. (I’m going in August/September). Does anybody can give me some advice here? Thank you!

I made the reservation from Amsterdam to Brussel, Lyon, Barcelona.
