Hi all,So I’m using my Eurail pass to travel from London to Amsterdam on the Eurostar on June 21. I already reserved my seats through the Eurail site and received my e-tickets a couple of weeks ago. I just got word, from Eurostar, however, that the train leaving at 11:04 will no longer be stopping at Amsterdam but instead at Brussels. The email also said that we can still use our Eurostar ticket to go catch an Intercity train from Brussels to Amsterdam. My question is, can we go ahead and move forward with the suggestion made by Eurostar and just take the train from London to Amsterdam and then hop on board IC to Amsterdam? Or do we have to have to reserve another ticket for both of these trips? Lastly, how would we fill out our Travel diary in this situation? If anyone is in a similar situation, please let me know how you have figured it out as most of the Eurostar phone lines are closed this weekend. Thanks!

I will arrive at Milan Malpenza airport and I would like to know if 3 days eurail pass covers the trip from Milan Malpenza airport to Milano Central Station.

hello there i am trying to do the seat reservation for me and my wife but i am not able to add her as 2nd traveller  i bought 2 passes at different times with same account under same email but when i am trying to book seat reservation it doesnt allow me to or showing that i can book for 2 travellers together any suggestion how can i book us together i my account i can see both of our passes but not able book us together i tried deleting her pass from account and add her as a traveller but its not letting me do that either

How do I get from Lithuania (Kaunas) to Poland by train? I can't find any timetables.

Hi all, I’m supposed to travel from Paris to Lyon tomorrow and I am unable to book my reservation because I have a mobile pass, and therefore no pass cover number.  Can anyone help with this? I’ve written to customer service and gotten no response.  Thank you! 

When I try to make this booking (Paris-Barcelona) the system refuses to complete my booking, because based on calculation my ticket (on paper) will not arrive in time. Last time I did this, it took a week, now I have 4 weeks untill departure. The system advices me to change the delivery address to one in Europe. My address IS in Europe! This is the only date/time/train available, so I really need this seat! Of course it is Saterday night.Anyone with a good idea? I would be so grateful!

 Hi,The application tells me to "enter your code" after I clicked on the button of the final step "activate this pass". So, I enter my ID number but it doesn’t work. What is my mistake ?? 

I understand that in the stations of Milan Centrale, Roma Termini, (Napoli Centrale) there are gates to access the platform.You should be able to pass this entrance by scanning the barcode of your pass.Does anyone have experience with passing these gates by scanning his/her barcode with a mobile Interrail pass?  In Roma Termini we take the 06u25 train, where we have never been before. So I don't know if there will be staff at the gates so early, to help us if necessary?Can anyone confirm this? I'm assuming it won't be a problem if you have the interrail passes on 1 phone, to get through the gates ?The holder of the mobile phone with the passes first lets people through without the pass on their phone, and is the last to go through the gates? Additional information :When purchasing the mandatory seat reservations via NMBS, for 2 travelers, I also received a PDF document that was printed with the name of both travelers on it. There is a barcode on the document.I suspect that we will only

I am trying to book my first trip. I want to travel from Graz to Utrecht, leaving Graz Thursday July 14 evening or Friday 15. It is not possible to make a reservation for the NightYet any more, neither for the 17:26 train. No reservation should be required for the 14.26 train, but for the 17:22 train from Wien Miedling to Frankfurt it says It is possible that all pass hlder seats are sold out. If no pass holder seats are available anymore you need to buy a seperate full fare ticket  to board. Can I board, is this not allowed or do I only (?) risk not to fid a seat?

Hello everyone, I'm going to Interrail this summer towards Romania and Turkey. Now I cannot make reservations for (night) trains in that area online. Does anyone know if this trains sell out quite fast or are there enough tickets available so that I can do that upon arrival in Bucuresti (3 days in advance) or is it worth booking reservations via a travel agency?Also, does anyone happen to know what delays I should take into account between Bucuresti and Budapest? I have now planned a transfer of about 50 minutes in Budapest from night train (D78) to Railjet (RJ66), with which I travel to Rosenheim to end up in the Innsbruck part of the NJ to The Netherlands. Is that feasible or is more extensive planning necessary?Thanks in advance!

Hello all, I am trying to book reservations online which I really need to do soon but the interface always says“Your Pass cover number doesn't look right”I already tried out all numbers I could find on my paper pass and in the online reservation. Issuer is DB (CIV 1080), as it says on the pass. Could the issue maybe be that I did not purchase the pass myself but the travel department of my employer did it?

Hi, my son and friend are traveling with Eurail for the fist time. You have to reserve seats on the train from Gothenburg to Stockholm. How the hell do we get those seats next to each other reserved?????They both both a pass and installed the app. Can someone pleas help us? Greetings Natascha

Hello,Irish citizen living in the UK for the past 6 years.I am excited to use Interrail for my first cross Europe trip, London to Croatia this summer.I am wondering however, when applying for my Interrail, whether to say that my country of residence is UK or Ireland. My only ID is an Irish passport, however I want to use an outbound day of the global pass to use Eurostar to leave London.I have no ID or residency papers for the UK, even though this is where I have lived for the last 6 years.What do people recommend? If I choose UK but have only an Irish passport, will this cause problems? At the same time, if I choose Ireland but want to travel from my residency country of the UK, would this be possible? Thank you and sorry for the confusion!Matthew

if i start travelling on 25th of the month, i can use some of the days from my pass between 25th and 30th and some next month before 24th midnight, right?

I have a global 2 month pass. I want to activate it from the 3rd of July until the 3rd of September. I am planning my trip and need to do some seat reservations, for which I need to have activated my account (or at least I think so?). Is the pass activated from the day we activate it on the app or from the first day of using it to travel ? I am worried that if I continue the activation on the app by registering my ID, it will activate it today and will therefore only be activated until the 12th of August. Thank you in advance !

I’ll explain myself. We need to make a reservation for a train from Berlin to Krakow the 21st of july. The reservation was someway locked by the interrail booking system until yesterday afternoon and I tried booking. Then, I realized that they are paper tickets which are meant to be sent home, but the platform says it cannot be sent on time to Spain (we part on 11th of july). Trying different countries, in order to try sending them to any hostel adress during our travel I also realize it neither can be sent to France, Netherlands or Germany, but trying some different countries Antartica looks a cool destination for the booking system.  I can’t believe it is easier to send anything on time to Antartica than to Spain or any other country I mentioned. Looks like a bad joke. Of course the platform suggests to make the reservation in an European main train station and I suppose in our case the only possibility is to wait until we get to Berlin to do it. HelloI am going around in circles regarding which private operators in Sweden accept the pass. The list on the IR site says one thing, ACP (another retailer) shows a different one and when I asked about trains run by Kalmar länstrafik the train operator said they did despite it not being listed! Screenshots of lists / Facebook chat conversations. One operator Mälartåg who operate around Västerås aren’t listed. Their social media says contact SJ as “they manage IR in Sweden” and SJ can’t help.Years ago when I sold European Rail tickets, we had access to the InterRail annexe which had far more comprehensive information than was ever published on the pass guides / T&Cs. Is there access to this at all to verify the full list? Thank youPhil Richards.   

Hello, my name is Claudia, I´m from Brazil and I´m planning to travel to europe in October but I´m having some difficulties to buy the train pass because the planner destination shows me the time, da date, the journey on the map, however, when I try to buy the pass one the destination is not available and, sincerly I´m afraid of buying the pass and not be able to use it. I truied to contact to the company but there was only one robot asking me questions but no replies. Is there a human being who could help me in this community<

Hi,We have been successfully travelling the Rail network of mainland Europe for a few weeks now and largely very smoothly indeed. However, we need to now book a seat reservation from Girona to Lyon and the only option we can get on any website is for them to be posted to our home address. This is no use as we are in northern Italy and live in Manchester! Has anyone come across this before or have any ideas as to how we can get around this problem. Thanks in advance.

I’ve bought two two-month passes intending to make several shortish trips, returning home between.  Now I read we only get one journey outward and one inward in our country of residence.  Other people who have asked about this seem to have found answers but we’re in the UK, which means getting to and using Eurostar. Does this mean we’ll have to buy additional tickets?
