I’ve got a pass that is valid until 3rd July.  The app and web portal both confirm this.  Yet when I try to book any train, even a local one that doesn’t require a reservation, the site tells me my ‘pass is not valid on that date.’  (I booked my first reservations without problems.) It seems there is no longer any customer support.  How am I suppose to get home?

Hey everyone, I’m trying to reserve a seat for the bus going from Triest to Villach Hbf. However, when I go to the oebb.at website to reserve a seat, it says ‘ticket unavailable’. Is it possible that there is another way to make this reservation?Thanks for your help!Ward

Hello!We have read in the rail planner application (in the benefits section) that the German Youth Hostel is free for interrail users. Is this true? If so, how do you book it? Is it for any season of the year? We are going in August. Thanks in advance and kind regards :)

Hello Community! If i take a train that does not require any reservation and i plan it as a trip in my railplanner app (my Global pass is connected in it), will i receive a ticket or QR code for it in the app (when?)? Or is it enough just to show the trip in the Rail Planner app to the conductor? Thank you again!

Hello guys, I have made a reservation for the train Salzburg-Treviso 1:40-7:53 on 08/19, in the Rail Planner app it says that our train is the NJ40463 while in the reservation it says NJ40466.​Does this turn out to be the same train or has there been some kind of mistake?​ 

hello, some days ago, I activated my pass and introduce the trip. It was working fine and everything seemed to be ok, but suddendly, one day when i entered the app, the pass doesnt appears, neither the trips. What should i do? (It doesnt allows me to reintroduce the pass)

I am in the middle of my interrail trip, need to travel today and suddenly the app says I have no pass activated. All the planned trains in my trip are gone too! Just yesterday I bought a reservation for the train that I was gonna use today. Pass number DFV52DPleassseeee someone help me with this issue before I board the train, this is impossible this situation. 

hi there I activated my interrail ticket to start on 22 July but I have now deactivated and activated it again for 21 JulyHowever, when I go to reserve my first seat on 21 July, it says my pass is not valid for this day

We purchased global passes but there are no seat reservations available. Is there another way to book? Can we get a refund of the pass?

My two friends and I just bought global passes but when we went to make seat reservations, none were available. London to Paris, Paris to Nice, Barcelona to Madrid, Naples to Rome. We already paid for the passes but can’t even use them. Is there another way to make reservations using the pass? If not we will get a 100% refund, since we had no way of knowing these tickets would be sold out right? 

I have been travelling for just over a month so far.About once a week or so I get a notification saying "Open your pass to keep it activated". So far I've opened it immediately amd haven't had any issues.About 6 hours ago I got one of these notifications, but it was almost 2am so I went to sleep fully intending to open it when I woke up.I have just woken up now to find my pass has basically been deleted, and I can't contact anyone through the app because it keeps saying "There are some technical difficulties right now".Worst comes to the worst I'll have to buy seperate tickets for the rest of my trip, and I've already bought any necessary seat reservations and have them printed with me, but is there any way of getting my pass back? Or does 'within 48 hours' actually mean 'within 6'?Thanks for any help. 

I am new to Eurail and am trying to book seats for myself and my family from London to Paris, and then on to Switzerland on July 9th. I am having no luck with any of this, unfortunately. My sticking point so far is just getting out of London to the main part of the continent. Unable to book seats. I was directed to b-europe.com and tried reserving seats there, but I don't have a Eurail/Interrail pass cover number since I do not have paper tickets. Please help!

Hey everyone, I read a bit about the time tables being off, got it. I’m trying to book the Eurostar from London to Paris and literally every single one is the wrong time.  My concern is that I’m trying to book my ticket, and every single train on that day has the error message where you’d normally see the price for a reservation. On top of that, every single train with Eurostar for the next month from London to Paris is showing no availability.  Does this seem like something wrong with the system, or is it standard to need to book further in advance to get anything? I also checked the b website people have been mentioning and I can’t even get the routes to show up… Thanks! 

Around a week ago I reserved a night train from Budapest to Rijeka on the 8th of July but didn't realise that the tickets don't get delivered until the 6th of July. By then I will already be travelling so won't be able to use the tickets. What should I do as the eurail booking train website didn't let me get an e-ticket for this train and the customer support haven’t responded to me.Any advice on what to do would be appreciated :) 

Dear Community,if I added a trip to my one-country pass, but miss the train that leaves on that given time, can I take the next one without changing my ticket in the app?Is it mandatory to follow the exact times?Or is it only important to specify from where to where?Thank you for your reply.zsolt

Please Help!  On July 8, 2022, my daughter and I want to use our Eurail passes to go from Paris to Nice, France.  However, we cannot book on the Reservations site of Eurail.  We were directed to go to travel.b-europe.com, and we found trains available there, but in the booking process, it asks for our PASS COVER NUMBER, and we don’t have one because our passes are digital on our mobile.How can I receive a Pass Cover Number for the two of us? Is there an alternative way to book a seat on these trains?

 Hi - I’m having trouble adding the second traveler in my party.  After entering the surname and mobile pass number on this page (I am certain both are correct), I receive the error message in the second screenshot below.  I see that others have had similar problems, but cannot see that there is any other resolution other than to contact customer service.  Is contacting customer service the only solution to this issue? Thanks!   

Have just got a message from Eurostar, that my train departin 19 july from Brussels to London has been canceled. The message tells, that I have to get my refund from Eurorail from which I paid for the seatreservations. But How do I do? It seems very confusing and defenitely not set up for refunding anything.

Yesterday, I had this strong headache with booking reservations:_first everything worked smoothly_I searched connections via “booking reservations” and found the connections I needed_then I made my choice_went to check-out_entered all necessary details (address, telephone)but before the last step, there was suddenly this error “reservations for one of the legs of your journey are sold out” (see pic 1)Ok, I tried again but the reservations were still in my cart. I tried to delete them but it didnt work. System said: “It looks like we can’t remove this journey from your cart right now.” (see pic 2)Weird!Tried to book reservations again today. Now, same problem.What should I do? What can I do? Who has an opinion or a recommendation?Pic 1 Pic 2 

Hello everyone!I ordered 8 Interrail Passes yesterday for the company I work for. While entering my email address I made a typo. So I never received any confirmation email. I corrected my e-mail address in my Interrail account and clicked on “resend confirmation email”, but it keeps sending it to the wrong address. It is pretty urgent and the order is pretty big, can you help me? Is there a way I can get a call with customer service?Thank you!

Hi! This is my first time using Eurail. I have already purchased my pass and was patiently waiting for 90 days before my trip to book, which is today. However, I went on this morning and it’s saying “price unavailable” and won’t allow me to book the seat reservations. It would be on Sept. 7 from Amsterdam to Paris at 7:15am. Does anyone have any insight on this? Do I have to wait longer? I have a few other trips between Sept. 7 - Sept. 13 that I was planning to book as well over the next few days. Thanks!

Buenas tardes,Estoy intentando reservar asiento para 2 personas en Francia a través de b-europe pero me pide el número de cubierta del pase de Interrail. El problema esque tengo un pase digital por lo que no tengo ese número.Quería reservar un tren de París a Biarritz para 2 personas con el pase Interrail para el 22 de julio, la hora de salida son las 20:06 y llegada a las 00:15.He intentado conseguir el pass cover number rellenando el formulario que he visto en otras preguntas pero me ha sido imposible ya que me piden un número de pass Discover EU, el cual no se qué es, ni se si lo tengo.Necesito ayuda para conseguir el pass cover number del Interrail y poder reservar. He leído que llamar a la empresa de tren sale caro por lo que necesito ayuda para que me envíen el número de cubierta.
