Hello!Myself and three friends are planning on taking the train from Amsterdam to Bern, Switzerland this May. However, we are running into issues when trying to book the reservations. It appears that the Frankfurt connection is not allowed due to construction. Does anyone have any advice on how to get between these two destinations? I have read that some German trains do not require reservations. Any clarification would be helpful! Thank you! 

hi, i have a problem. I bought the pass and activated it in the app, then my phone broke and in this new phone, from which I am writing non, in the app it tells me that I cannot use the ticket I bought because it is already in another device, how can I do?

I have a couple of questions about the tickets (seat reservations) I received from Trenitalia booked via Interrail.The ticket says we reservated First Class tickets, but we reservated second class (our pass is for second class). Why? We are all 16/17 years old and is says we are adults. Is this correct?

A family of 3 traveling during the holidays in the month of December. Since we know this far in advance where we want to go, can we start making reservations? We don’t want to run on the trouble of loosing traveling days, we have limited time and big plans. We will star in madrid Spain, go to France (Normandy) Germany, Austria, Italy and head back to Madrid. Any suggestions? How is traveling during Christmas? Please help us make our trip easy. We are debating if we should rent a car, rather than buy the global rail pass. If you can assure us, we will buy the tickets 

What I mean is if I already activated the pass with the first travel day on 23 Apr. In case I want to travel earlier which is on 22 Apr. Can I add just 22 Apr train to the trip (which belong to the pass) and that will work?Thank you very much for your help.

I’m leaving for my first Interrail trip next week and I’m having a bit of a confusion. Can I add trips to my pass for the on-going travel day? Like if I’ve already travelled today but want to go somewhere else, can I add a new trip for today?

hello, i bought a 10 day pass in 2 months and when i went to use it for the first time i couldn't take the train because i got lost in london stations and the station official sent me to another station. Anyway, it turned out that it was late at night and I missed all the trains going from London to Liverpool. The next day I managed to catch the correct train and get there. However, the day before it counted as if I had used the pass and now I only have 8 trips, and I only made one in fact. I've already sent a message to Eurail support and no one responds. what should I do? Did I even miss a day?

Kia ora everyone! Am planning a rail adventure with my partner this Summer, but a bit confused as to which pass to go for. I have a European passport but I have been living in New Zealand for the past two years - what should I pick? If I pick Eurail, will I be able to use my European passport alongside proof of residency in NZ? Thanks for your help. Lila :)  

I am unable to make a reservation using the reservation features on Eurail.  All trains are booked.  However, when I go to the SNCF site, there are available trains.  Can I book directly with SNCF using my Eurail pass?  If so, how?  Customer service is all in French and was not helpful.

Hi, I have a trip coming up on the 22nd of April. Can I buy it right now and start booking my trains? Before I was told that I have to wait for the physical mail. It's now all digital or do I have to do it months in advance? Pls help... Can I booked on the day of when to the train...

Can I make a reservation for a TGV from Basel to Paris, if I have a France One Country Pass? I know it's written that travelling to the country of your one country pass isnt included. But the TGV is opeated by the french SNCF. In addition, in the "trains in france" site on the Interrail-Website, it is written that "An Interrail Pass valid in France covers travel to some train stations of bordering countries: Basel (Switzerland)(...)". So can I travel from Basel to Paris (and make reservations for the TGV) when i'll buy a one country pass?

Hello,Do the Eurail Pass needs to be activated in order to use Bernina Express? Or as long as we hold a Eurail Pass we can use Bernina Express pass with seat reservation? Could someone confirm on this please? Thank you

Hi all,Yesterday I booked my four day in a month interrail pass and was super exited to travel. I use the online pass for the first time and facing now already disappointment. Today I booked my first train reservation for tomorrow from my home country to the UK. I wanted to add this travel day in the App and discovered that already one travel day is taken!! I feel quite said because i have low budget and now one travel day is gone :( I read that this is because i filled yesterday in a hurry the starting date of the pass in for today which mean that today is my first travel day however still sitting on my couch… And you cannot change it on the day itself so the FAQ says… and i am really not a post something in a community person but the do not have any support! Very disappointed in interrail at the moment and very disappointing start of my trip tomorrow..

I am travelling from Dublin to Brussels in one day by getting a ferry to Holyhead and train to London in time to get the Eurostar.  however I am having all story’s of problems.  I put in a start date (the day I am leaving Dublin ) and when I try to book Eurostar it tells me my pass is not valid for that date  I have a mobile pass    On the Thalys site it wanted a number that appears to be only on the paper ticket?I also had trouble on the Thalys site getting it to accept Ireland as my place of residence it would accept United Kingdom  so I’m having trouble all round If anyone has overcome any of these problems I’d really appreciate some help.   Thanks 

Hi. I’m hoping somebody will be able to answer a couple of questions about the ‘4 day global pass’ please?Do I have to use all 4 days of the pass? I was hoping to travel on a Saturday and then come back the next day on the Sunday between UK and France, therefore only using 2 days.Secondly, my journey would begin on the Saturday from Birmingham (UK), travelling to Paris. I would need to get a train from Birmingham to London and then the Eurostar from London to Paris. Would the Birmingham to London and London to Paris journeys all be classed as one outgoing journey and therefore covered by the global pass? The return journey would be the same the next day - Paris to London and then London to Birmingham.Sounds a waste of the pass but it actually works out considerably cheaper, but only if I’m allowed to use the 4 day pass for this purpose?   

I am trying to make a reservation for a travel from London Euston to Manchester Piccadilly and can’t see how I do this without buying a ticket.  I cannot book it via Eurail site and if I go to National Rail or Trainline websites I can’t see how to just reserve a seat.Cana someone let me know how I do this.  Thank you.

Hi All, I have a quick question about the reservations: if I have a Eurail pass, can I purchase and use a seat reservation from the train company's website (ie Deutsche Bahn, Trenitalia, ÖBB, etc) and use that? Hi!I would like to buy a global pass cause i will go to morrocco by france and spain.I have few questions:the pass cost 1594 for 5 people per 7 days, but the place reservations aren’t included right?How i can reserved the places? i see some people used global pass on official trains websites...is possibile? I see Balearia (ferry from spain to morocco)...is included in the global pass? how i can do the reservation? how i can see the exactly price for the place reservation? Thank you!  

To access a train which requires a reservation (and has gates to enter the platform), would you use your interrail pass with the journey loaded onto it to open the gates and then show the reservation on board, or would you use the printed out reservation that has a barcode on it? Thanks.

I want to put a reserved seat train on my trip's Save Journey, but I can't find it.  Can't I get on the reserved train?

I am looking to purchase train tickets for October 2022. I will be traveling from Malaga to Madrid. When I try to purchase tickets now, it doesn’t show me times available past august. When will I be able to purchase tickets for October? 

I installed the rail planner app and activate my pass. But every time I try to book a trip it shows something went wrong. I paid the reservartion for a night train that leaves tomorrow but I don’t have the pass QR. please help me!!! A really need urgent help. I send mails but no one’s answer them!!! HELP PLEASE 

I'm super confused. I was going to use my Outbound journey today, but I can not add it to my Pass. I have no travel days left, so the mobile pass app marks 4/4  but I still have my inbound/outbound journey, where it marks 0/2 used. I thought the Inbound/Outbound Journey would be independent of my travel days? Can't I use it anymore if I have already used my normal travel days?

Hello! Does anyone have any experience booking night train travel in Sweden with a Eurail pass? My family and I are trying to get from Gothenburg to Kiruna and when we get to the night train portion of the trip we are coming up with major issues. We all have a 1st class Eurail pass. When we try to book on the Eurail website it is only giving the option for a second-class seat, even though on the SJ website is says there are sleeper carriages available. When we try and book directly on the SJ website and put the Eurail pass info in there it is quoting a price that is way above the ‘service fee’ charge and nearly the same price as booking without a Eurail pass at all. Any suggestions?

I have download my pass on my mobile but I bought two more with mine, daughter and wife but how do I show them. How do they get their pass. Its urgent for tomorrow,
