Is Paris Noord the only station I can get a train to through the interrail pass or can I get a train to Paris Montparnasse 1 Et 2, also using the pass. It’s from Brussels Centraal to Paris. 

I have read all the posts about this topic, but the rules are still not 100% clear for me.I have a Youth mobile pass and turn 28 on May 8th and need to activate it by May 7th when I am still 27 years old.The question is, can my first travel day be on May 8th or later (within the 30 days validity of course)? The rules says that the pass must be valid (activated) before I turn 28, not that I have to use the first travel date before I turn 28. Right?

Hello,Do you have to make reservations for the TGV 9211 between Basel SBB and Zurich HB?The app does not display anything, but is of course not reliable.Departure 13u33, arrival 14u26 pm.

Hello, I bought the global Pass and now I have a big problem, please help me! Actually, I had planned to start my journey today. (Bremen - Barcelona) However, I got a message from one of the train companies that the train leaves at a different time than the one shown in the Interrail app. This would mean that I won't be able to catch all the connecting trains. Therefore, I had to reschedule my trip and I will now start my journey tomorrow (16.04.22) at night. Now I can no longer deactivate my outbound/inbound journey today, although I will not be travelling at all today. However, I still need this outbound/inbound for coming home at the end of the holiday.Please help me delete today's travel day, this is just not fair. I am grateful for any help!Thank you very much! 

My phone broke the day I was due to travel. I contacted customer services immediately as I need to transfer my pass and my husbands pass to my new phone. I am now in Belgium where I had to purchase tickets due to no pass. I am about to travel to Netherlands but no response from customer services. Please help me. It is very urgent

I have a Dutch permanent resident card, and a non EU passport. So Should I use a permanent resident card ID for Interrail Pass activation? Do I need to bring a passport with me if I travel only in Germany, Austria, Hungary, and Italy? 

What if I want to exit Germany which is a large country but the tickets i book are separate? Can it count as 1 outbound or they wont let me?

Hi everyone, I own the Interrail Global Pass and unfortunately I have an issue with the Interrail reservation page. Everytime I’m searching for a trip and available trains, I’m not receiving any output. The page is loading and no train is appearing. After a few hours it’s working for a few minutes. I’m really upset and it’s too hard for me to find or make any reservation.Hope that someone  ​​​​​​has  a solution for this issue. Many thanks in advance!

On ÖBB,  the train number which runs Innsbruck Hbf > Salzburg Hbf on Fri, Apr 29 2022 10:17 - 12:03  is Railjet Xpress 161 + Railjet Xpress 184. And I would like to take this RailJet train. I cannot find the exact same train number in Rail Planner. The Planner shows the train EC 161. So I am wondering if it  is the same train? The EC 161 train is scheduled at exactly the same time but it is a different train number.  And what should I do to add a journey in this case ? Thank you in advance for your help. 

Hi, I would like to know how to get my interrail pass back. I already made an interrail trip 2-3 years ago and after that i sent my ticket becuase it was said that it would come back to me in like a new style and with a surprise. I just would like to know if i can have it back or if it has at least arrived somewhere. My friend, who was in this trip with me did the same and it has come back with a little game too. Someone can help me? Where do I ask?

I purchased a mobile pass and booked reservations all on the website. I cannot seem to get this to all transfer onto the app. I am worried I have done something wrong and will not be able to use the journeys booked and paid for or be able to use the app. I have the e-tickets in my email and my account on the website.Does anyone know how I can get all of this transferred to the app?Thank you!

I was getting ready to activate my mobile pass and I noticed that every passenger’s birthdate is wrong by one day!! I am 100% sure they were input properly. Appears to be a system glitch. We are traveling in May and need this corrected ASAP. Global Pass number is EU30431174I can’t do this on my end and wound like to begin booking reservations.  Thank you. Maria Cruz-Lartigaut 

Hi, I’m planning a trip starting in Greece and ending with a few places in Italy, but on the rail planner app when I search for trains every single one (in Italy) says a seat reservation is required from €10? Is this true or can I ignore it? How do I know what kind of train it is, the only info is a code such as ‘FR 9437’?Also, do you have to book these trains in advance or can you just show up on the day? Finally, is there a way to use my Interrail pass to get from Athens to Thessaloniki using one travel day? Thank you so much!

I bought an eurail pass but apparently i can't use it because my country of birth is not available on the drop down menu under reservations !!! I was born in Cuba but I'm a US Citizen with an American passport. What am I supposed to do in this case? I'm trying to request a refund but I dont even see an option for it and the customer service is nonexistent. 

HelloI would to ask if it's possible to buy a pass today and use it already tomorrow on the app? Has anyone done it?(I wanted to purchase a deutsche bahn card a month ago and even if they said you could use it right away on the app, it could first be used for travel at least 5 days later, so looking to avoid that exact same situation)Thank you very much for your reply!! 

Hi! I am planning on travelling from Venezia Mestre to Rome Termini by the high speed train Frecciarossa. I have a mobile pass and would like to make a seat reservation ahead since my connection time between arrival and departure is pretty short. I tried to use the Eurail reservation tool but I only get an error message when I am about to go to checkout. It has been like this for a day now so I guess it’s not just a temporary glitch. I tried to book online on Trenitalia’s website but couldn’t find any way of adding an interrail discount. I have checked the community for answers but haven’t really find any solution apart from buying a ticket at the station. Does anyone have experience of making seat reservations for Frecciarossa with Mobile pass and could give me some advice? Thanks very much!//Olga

i have 2 electronic 15 day passes on my phone 1 is ok the qr code for second has disappeared now i have been fined €44 how can i retrieve the missing one 

@Nanja I purchased several batches of seat reservations on 3rd April, and three separate charges appear on my credit card relating to these purchases. However, the seat reservations were never sent to me, and I do not appear to have a confirmation number for them. I emailed your support email about this on 4th April, listing the seat reservations I had purchased, but have not received any response. I tried again today and still have not had a response.One of the trips I have is leaving in less than a month, so i can’t wait any longer for these seat reservations (or a response from your team). I have purchase some of the reservations again, but some of the ones I needed are no longer available. Could you please get back to me ASAP on this issue? 

I am experiencing trouble adding my trip to the pass; it states it’s not valid in all countries.I got a Benelux pass, travelling from Enschede (Netherlands) over Amsterdam to Brussels.always when I want to active the journey of an trip to get the QR Code, it gives me an error message saying: „your pass isn’t valid in some of these countries“.I also tested other trains; it doesn’t let me add any trips to my pass. FAQ wasn’t a help either, as well as the customer service.Can someone help me here or has similar issues?

I am booking a train trip from Paris to Bruges. It says we have to travel by public transport between stations. Does Eurail handle that? Do we need to find our own? Will we need a bus pass in addition to our Eurail pass. We are senior citizens and I’m worried we’ll miss our second train.

Hey everyone!I have some problems with booking a trip from Arnhem Centraal (Netherlands) to Verona Porta Nuova on 14/04/2022. I actually need to be there before 21.00 to check into my hostel. I thought I booked a trip already, but now I can't find it in the app anymore. So, I made other seat reservations, but these are not in the interrail app. So, I can't make a journey in the app and add it to my pass. Is it possible that some seat reservations are available when booking, but are not available in the interrail app?  

Hello, I have question about the global pass. Is it possible to book an additional travelday during the trip spontaneously?

I have a iPhone 13 max pro.  It’s running on iOS 15.4.1 and up to date.   The Eurail app is on 23.0 update.   my trips are not staying loaded on my phone when I close out of the app.   I am traveling next week.   What should I do 

My App is completely stuffing up!!! Firstly, I am unable to view all my Saved Journey’s in My Trip. Sometimes I will save a journey, and then when I go to view it, it is not there!!Secondly, when I try to book a journey and add it to My Pass, it will add it initially, then later when I check it has completely disappeared!! I am using a Flexi Pass, and it is almost impossible to add 2 journeys to one travel day, as either one of the journey’s always keeps disappearing. This is very very frustrating as I don’t have a valid ticket for the trains I need to catch TOMORROW!!!! I need help ASAP, I will be unable to travel tomorrow if this is not fixed URGENTLY.
