I reserved two tickets from Amsterdam to London but the confirmation email I received had to tickets attached to it.  Even when I checked my reservations page in my eurail account they were not there to be downloaded.  My trip is coming up very soon and customer service said they would reply within a week but I’m not sure they’ll be quick enough.  Is there any way to contact them that guarantees a quicker response?

I paid for seat reservations, and got the confirmation email that said tickets were attached.  However they were NOT!  The reservation is visible on the Eurail website, but it does not show “Booked” as the another reservation does.  And, there is nowhere to click to see what happened to that reservation.  I’ve tried to contact customer service for other questions and never get a response.  I need help.  Is there anywhere else to go to get this resolved, so I can continue to book our additional reservations.  I don’t trust the system to start making more reservations if it’s broken somehow.  I paid for the tickets, and I’d like to get them.  A confirmation isn’t enough!  Is there any way to fix this without waiting weeks for customer service to respond?

Ahoj,with an InterRail pass I just got charged in the RENFE Feve from Ferrol to Oviedo 12.25 EUR.I think the complete Feve network is free of charge with a valid InterRail pass with correctly filled in details.The ticket I got selled seems to be half the price of the official fare.I think this was a mistake, and I would like to get my money back.Is there anyone aware of* official documentation in spanish about InterRail validity on Feve, so I can show that to people at a ticket office? Hey guys, I’ve put my planned journey from London to Vienna into the website's ‘plan my trip'. By my count, it’s 4 travel days but the planner is counting it as six days.  The Pass is already added to my device - I have Deleted the pass from my device and want to the Pass to my clients device.Also need help to activate the pass on my clients device and book the reservations.

My phone was broken yesterday with my pass on it, and I can not add it on my new phone until the other is deactivated. I have trips coming up over the next couple of days, I really need help. @Nanja

I am trying to book a seat reservation for Brussels to London.  The screen comes up that there is a change of train, but there is not.  It shows Bruxelles-Midi (Belgium), the the same words again with 35 minutes between them.  Can someone explain why?  I just want the one train from the second Bruxelles-Midi listing.  I can’t figure out what the additional 35 minutes is for and why it shows up.  I’m afraid to book this train without knowing the meaning of it.

So, I make my Reservations that will be on 3 Trains. I then get a text that the first train will arrive 45 minutes later than scheduled, sorry for the inconvenience, etc. I need to make reservations on an earlier train. However when I go to cancel my tickets I am told that they will give me back 68 cents U.S. on a ticket that cost 30.51 plus booking fee??? I cannot find a way to just exchange them. Now the tickets have gone up to 64 U.S. and I can’t get an answer from Eurail. Had this same problem in 2019.

I am using the app for the 1st time.  I have the digital pass on the appI booked the 14.03  Lille Europe to Lyon for Sunday 10th April  but could not reserve a seat?  the option said book on board or at major station?  is this the usual way to make an Interail seat reservation? I have booked a ticket for the above journey on SNCF connect because I was concerned I would not be able to get two seats and would miss the connection entirey to LeonI have the same problem trying to book the Torino Portal Susa on Thursday 21st April? I have tried customer services but to one is responding! clearly I am misunderstanding something fundamental thanks Peter    

Made reservations on Eurostar for wife and me. System assigned seats automatically and we are not sitting side by side as desired.Tried to book on TGV and found I could no preselect seats when reserving. What gives? Rocco  

I would like to travel from Newcastle, England to lille, France. However, as I will have to change trains at St Pancras, London, to catch the Eurostar, does this count as 2 separate journeys ?

I want to travel form Amsterdam to Marseille in one day.Will I be able to make a reservation on Thalys/TGV just before my trips start or will the train probably be fully booked (especially on popular days)? And does that mean I have to try on another train?

Hi All, I have been trying all evening to book for an 8th April morning train from London St. Pancras to Brussels via Eurostar. I was having issues getting any sort of booking for 2nd class even though on the Eurostar website itself there are still available slots for morning trains. I have been trying my best to lurk around other posts and have found info on requesting Pass Cover Number from the support staff on this site but wanted to check in and see if it was also possible to book directly at St. Pancras Eurostar booking desk.  EUR 9116 is the train I am trying to reserve for. I am trying to board the 10 AM train on the 8th of April (in a few hours), wondering if it still possible to do so. I read that tickets need to be booked at least 3 hours in advance ? Or would it be best to just try and input my order number that was on email which is also 8 digit as the pass cover number substitute to just get the ability to book the reservation through the ThalysB website ?  My understandin

Six of us want to book Eurostar train seat reservations  from London to Amsterdam on July 24thI think the one at 11:04 which we wanted is fully booked as seat reservations aren’t available on the interrail.eh website but I’m not sure? On the interrail.eu website there is one at 12:29 which we would like to bookhowever this train is not on the interrail app planner so will it even be included in our tickets? How do we add it to our trip if we do book seat reservations?  also the second part of this train (Bruxellesmidi to Amsterdam) is unavailable to book? Is it because it’s can only be booked under 90 days in advance? If anyone has answers it would be amazing thanks so much 

Hey guysI have some problems booking a seat reservation on the TGV:From Nice to St Raphael (April/19th) From Nimes to Barcelona (April/22nd)I do have an Interrail Online Pass (5 days per month). The Interrail app says “book at major train stations”.  Is there no opportunity to book a TGV seat reservation in advance?Thank you so much!

Hi, I’m currently in Verona, Italy and was planning on travelling to Vienna tomorrow 6.4.22. I need to take a ECB 88 by Deutsche Bahn so my question is, since they don’t yet use e-reservations, can I make my reservation to DB in Verona? They only have Italian railway ticketbooths and no DB. Can I do the reservation for example in the Regionale Italia counter? If not, how can I make my reservation? Thanks for the answer!

Why is it more expensive than booking through interrail website? My friend and I would like to travel from Ljubljana to Split and the booking is unavailable on the interrail website. And called to reserve the train through ticket office but it was way more expensive. Do any of you have any tips on this route? Where to book etc.? 

I’ve just added my pass to the app But was wondering if when I select ‘connect a trip’ will it then activate the pass? I don’t want the pass activated for another month. If you add a trip can you edit it? 

Hello fellow travellers! Me and my friend want to travel from Ljubljana to Split 17/6/2022. The prices for this particular trip (Zagreb-Split, night train) have been unavailable quite long now. Is it not possible to book the train anymore? Or is there another way to book the tickets, we would love to book beforehand? Dear Interrail Support Team,I again have another issue with the confirmation E-mail that I should have reveived after I payed for my ticket. It’s now the second time already that I payed for my ticket but I havent received any E-Mail yet with my Pass Number. I’ve already had to postpone my departure because without the E-Mail with the Pass Number I wasnt able to add the mobile pass to my phone.I already contacted the Support once and they told me to refund the ticket where I lost 40 Euros but now that it happened twice already I demand that they send me my Pass number with which I can finally start my travels.I’ve also already tried to login into my account and resent the Confirmation E-Mail but I haven’t received my Pass Information yet.I will contact the Support Team again because I dont wanna waste anymore of my time and I hope theissue resolves itself but I want to ask you guys what can I do now. Btw I refuse to cancell the order just to order it again because I´ve already lost 40
