How Long Does it Take to Have eurail.com Sync with Mobil App? My trip does not show up on eurail.com (it is does on iPhone)

Hello, I have a couple of questions about passes that I can’t find the answer to on the website. Is it cheaper to get a Senior's rate for two people with the 10 day global pass, first class, or to purchase the Eurail Global Pass Saver Flexi for 2 people? I see that the Saver Flexi pass is at a 15% fare reduction for 2 to 5 people travelling together, and covers first class.  My husband and I are seniors and wish to travel together, first class, and cannot see which option is less expensive.  We wish to purchase our passes this month,  so want to take advantage, too, of the discount that is on at the moment.  We are purchasing in Canadian Dollars. Also, do the Scandinavian trains have first class travel? Finally, how can we contact customer service?  All I get is a robot. Thank you for your help! Hilary Merritt

Can anybody get the seat reservation system working right now? Every time I click on “Book your reservation” the site does not allow me to enter any information on travellers/trains. Can anybody help?

Dear Interrail community,I need to make seat reservations from Milan to Bern for the EC leaving at the 7th of March at 11am. Unfortunately, I can't make the reservations here in Parma as the train station isn't large enough to do this. Now I wanted to book the seats via your website, but it's since a couple of days the reservation page is so slow, it takes me half an hour just to type in the "Milan" as a starting point (30min is not over exaggerated; I've tried this multiple times over the last couple of days). Therefore, I haven't been able to complete a booking, but I need a reservation on the train. Can you please help me? It's quite urgent. (Also, if you could fix that bug on your website, that would also do the trick.) Hope you can help me,Maxi

When I click on link “Check Train Time” on Laptop, it stuck nothing happens (Safari or Firefox) on iPhone I get this 

Hi, we are not quite sure what to do about the inbound and outbound journey and how to fill it out. First of all, we do not know when we will be taking our last train - does that mean we have to just set a date? Because interrail is about just going with the flow you know, and there isn’t much about already deciding an end destination… We did’nt begin in our country of residence and we will not finish in it either? What do we do? 

Hi, is there any way for me to now if the TGV still has seats for Interrail Users before I purchase the Interrail Pass? I want to use a specific one, because I want to meet up with a friend on the journey.

I have purchased the 6 day Greek Island Hopping pass. Does anybody know if the trips have to be 2 international and 4 domestic? Or can I do 1 international trip (Bari-Patras) and 5 domestic trips? :)

Hi! Is possible that sometimes the interrail says that a reservation for a seat is mandatory but in reality we don’t need it? Like for example, I buy my reservation seat at a main station and they tell me that with interrail i don’t have to buy it( but my interrail app says it is necessary to buy it. Is this happen also to you, how you know when is in reality necessary and when not? Thanks!! 

Hi, I'm new to this and am trying to plan a trip with my family this summer. I have checked websites of all the trains and reservation fees that I would have to pay but am having trouble with SNCF. I read that they have limited interrail tickets available, but on their website I can't seem to add that its an interrail pass booking. I don't have the interrail pass at the moment so it seems I can't check the interrail reservations until I have one.Is it possible to find out the availability of interrail places available before I purchase my interrail ticket?And if there is no interrail availability on certain tgv trains for example, then do I have to buy full price tickets? Rendering my interrail pass useless.TIA

Hi, I’ve  just noticed that Trenitalia offers some discounts on trains. It seems that it’s better to buy a regular ticked instead of using a day-trip with Interrail. The same train when try to book a seat in interrail system:And promo price in trenitalia (w/o interrail discount) for exactly the same train:97EUR with Interrail, 83EUR without :-ODo I understand it wrong? Is there any option to buy a super econony & interrail mix? Or just the best option is to buy a regular ticket and to save a trip day for the future?

Hi!I'm planning a trip to Spain and Portugal with interrail in July/August. I saw as answer to another question that there are currently no trains between Lisbon and Madrid. Does anyone know why and how long that's gonna be (if it's still the case in July/August). That would be super helpful, thanks!Julia

As many others, I strongly need my pass cover number for a seat reservation and I’m wonderung, why interrail doesn’t send this number by default together with be billing mail?

Hey there,I already have contacted the customer support, but in the email they said that they would get back within 2 days :/Here is the problem: I have booked two reservations for my trip that is tomorrow, hence the urgency of the problem. The payment worked well and I received an E-mail with the payment confirmation but NO E-Ticket.…I really don't know what to do as I have to depart tomorrow...

Hi Interrailers,I have a question. How can I make a seat reservation for the train between Lyon and Barcelona? I am based in Amsterdam and it is for the 15th of April. I have already read a lot of tips, like calling the DB, NMBS, Renfe and SNCF. I have spoken to them all and no one can help me so I hope one of you had the golden tip!Last option is to ask a friend of mine who lives in France to book it for me, but is that an option? Can someone else buy it for me and send it by post? 

I’m an inter-railing rookie.  I am travelling in a family group of five in August.  Our kids are older and hence will have their mobile pass on their own phones.  Can I make seat reservations for the five us of us to sit together and then pass the reservation details onto them?I will buy all the mobile passes and then send onto them.Hope this makes sense.  Thanks in advance

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help. I am flying from Rome to Barcelona to save travel days. Can I add a journey when i land in barcelona without joining it to Rome. I planned on doing my route to Rome and then just starting again in Barcelona - is this possible? Or will I need to start another “Trip” in the app and start there?

I’m planning to travel from Barcelona to Nimes on 22 August.  What is the earliest date I can make the seat reservation? 

Going from England to Belgium, will show Passenger locator form and vac certificate, going to 6 more countries, will I have to provide Passenger locator form for each country or am I free to travel after leaving Belgium .   Will have a First class pass, on Eurostar they do not have First class, only Standard, Standard Premier, and Business Premier, which class will I have for seat reservation ?                               Can I pay for pass in UK pounds or does it have to be in Euros ?       Is there a QR  code on a paper pass to use on stations which have automatic ticket barriers , especially in the UK .  Thank you .

Hello. I have an urgent question/issue. My Eurail app keeps saying that "It looks like you are offline. Go online to see your passes", when I try to view my pass (QR code). The internet on my phone is working fine (both WiFi and mobile data). I have restarted the app, restarted my phone, disabled the app and enabled it, but still getting the same error when trying to access my pass. Can anyone help?

Hello, I have a problem because I really need to do some reservations for next week, but the reservation tool on the website doesn't work and I can't do it in the app as well. And I can't do it on any other website nor will I have the time to buy it at the station. The website just does not load or closes itself again and again when I try to write the directions. Can you help me please! It is urgent

Hey! I booked 3 seats on the website, did the payment, and it’s been a few hours and nothing appears on my reservations… I tried sending an email to customerservice@interrail.eu and it didn’t work.. Any ideas how to solve this? Thank you very much and any help is appreciated.

I’ve finally made my itinerary and ready to book and start travel on Tuesday but well several things:The colors are hard to see on iPhone Chat program (on iPhone) hides the “X” to close it out because it covers almost the entire screen and you just can’t log out Some links do not work like I mentioned here: And lastly, the form to purchase has issues as I am not able to buy a pass.What gives people?Here is the error I get when I try to purchase a pass:  can you imagine what other heads I may encounter while I travel gosh kind of scary and getting high Anxiety over all, gosh oh and did I mentioned that I just finished planning my itinerary? oh and I went to Frankfurt main train station and the DB office (service center) offer “zero” “0” support for eurail.com. Even though the links (https://www.bahn.com/en/offers/passes/eurail-pass) from DB itself sends you to eurail.com (funny right)?
