Hi, I need help!My friends and I won a pass as a group. We are planning our trip but due to personal issues, I need to come back home 4 days sooner than the rest of my group. Is this possible? I have doubts because we won the pass as a group, but it is really important for me to be able to come back home a bit sooner.Thank you!!

 Every time I try to save a journey with this app, I receive this error.  What can I do to stop it, and properly save a journey? The worst place this error occurred is the Netherlands.   Please help.ThanksJosh

Traveling from CH to England next week and for the leg Strasbourg to Paris Est it says “reservation required” with the note “no results (Ergebnisse) found. Please try again or find an alternative booking method.” Does this mean there are no seats available?  (it’s the 8:52 to Pars).   On the subsequent Eurostar to St Pancras INTL it’s possible to reserve & book seats, as required.Grateful for any help.Thanks, Grizzly

Hello! Some background context: I have never travelled in Europe and hence have never boarded any of these Eurail trains before. Also, my vaccination is not an EMA vaccination and hence is not recognised in all European cities. I thus make sure that my country I am setting off from and my destination country all accept my vaccination type.However, I am concerned about the issue of having to change trains during the journey, and would like to ask about the procedures that take place during changing of trains in a stopover country during the journey. Specifically, if I have to change trains in countries that don’t accept my vaccination type, will I be stopped from changing trains? Or is it that so long as I can board the train from my starting country, there will be no issue in changing trains in the stopover city i.e. vaccination status will not be in issue during the stopover?Thank you so much!

Now I have my pass is it possible to make reservations using British pounds? If not how does it work having a British bank account. Will I be charged extra? How does conversion work?

Using the Eurail, can I visit the cities that the train stops in or do I have to stay on the train the whole time?

My daughter and I are planning an Interrail trip this summer - our third such adventure! She will turn 12 in July. As an eleven year old, she travels with me for free. As a 12 year old, we pay for her, if the trip starts after her birthday. Question that I cannot find an answer to on the website: if our trip starts before her birthday and continues after, is that fine for the Child Pass for the entire duration?

Hi, my first travel day is today but due to the storm many trains are being cancelled. Therefore, I would like to shift my first travel day to tomorrow, I haven't used the ticket yet! Does someone know how to do that? Please help me fast, otherwise a day of my ticket might be lost :(Thanks!

Hello! I am planning a trip this spring with my three kids (11, 9 and 9) and can’t buy a pass for 3 kids (limit 2 per adult). Should I buy 2 adult and the 2 kids or am I missing something? Hello,I have an Interrail pass to travel in Portugal, with the intention of travelling in May. As I like to plan early, I was looking at potential train routes to travel around the country. I looked on the Rail Planner app to see how I’d book the routes I want, but it stated that a reservation was required. I then checked on the Interrail website and saw that for Portugal, reservations have to be booked locally at the train station. The questions I have are:Would I be charged extra for the reservation (it’s a first class pass so I hope not)? Is this definitely the only way of doing reservations (given that we’re still in Covid times, it’s odd that online reservations isn’t an immediate option)?Many thanks

Is a complimentary caregiver pass the exact same as a regular pass? Do you need proof during your trip? Or only when applying for your pass… I have encountered a lot of misunderstanding about my illness, so I am worried whether it would affect my trip if the pass is 'different'. 

What happens if my phone has no charge/batterylife at some point? Can I print something even if I only have a mobile pass which give me safety for that kind of circumstances? Or can I use the pass on a second app/device on an iPad for example?  Thank you in advance!

I booked a 1 day Eurail France Pass for both my mother and I to travel from London to Paris. And when I select the route I want it says “Your pass or the Pass of a travel companion is not valid for this connection”. Can you please advise?

Hi!I’m planning a trip for end of March and I want to buy a 7-day eurail pass. When I look for some trains (in this case Brussels-Paris) on the page “Book reservations” of the eruail website a lot of trains are indicated as “Some details unavailable” so I can’t book them and I can’t know the extra price for the booking of the seats. How can I be sure that I will be able to book these trains after having purchased the eurail pass?And second question, I will also use Fjord lines in Danemark. Do you know how I can have information about the potential extra cost of seat booking on these ferries? I cannot find a tool to simulate these purchases.Thank you in advance for your precious help!Manon

Hi everyone, I have a doubt regarding what interrail passes include in terms of ferrys and public transport.I have seen a table where it is possible to see the transport companies that work in each country:https://www.interrail.eu/en/plan-your-trip/trains-europe/railway-companies For instance, I have seen that the company called “Entur” is included. The name of the company is located in the cokumn that corresponds to “Train companies”. However, Entur also have ferrys, will I have the possibility to get the discount even if the name of the company (Entur) is not written in the column of Discounted ferry companies? Thank you in advance.

I only want to inter-rail through France, but I live in the UK and would prefer to take the Eurostar to get into France.Does this mean I have to buy Eurostar tickets separately, or do I have to buy an Inter-rail ticket for 2 countries?

Hi I am planning for a europe, rome, paris, brussels, frankfurt,zuric, in this summer. wanted to know if I can use global pass in local subway or metro, buses and other public transport. 

Hi,I bought a 4 day pass for Interail Europe.Today I attqched to the day the trip feom Frqnce to Germany. So it consumed one day from the pass and one in/out bound journey.After attaching the trip, I started booming the seqt, as Thalys has seat reservation mandatory.But as all the thalys trips had not available seats, I cancelled the booking.But the in/outbound cannot be cancelled aa it is on the current day. Furthermore the day itself cannot be cancelled, as is the current one.Please advise hiw can I get a refund for the unused day? I know that it was my fault, but just asking if there is any way for the refund. Thank youMikel

I’m wanting to book night trains for my longer journeys but the rail planner app doesn’t offer any. I want to book them in the following places. Paris- Zurich Zagreb- Budapest Zurich- Bled Vienna- Krakow Krakow- Prague Does anyone know if there is another way to book night trains and if this is included in the interrail pass or not? 

Hello. A few weeks ago I made a request for issuing a complimentary pass for a caregiver of a disabled traveller. I still didn’t receive any answer and I am getting quite stressed as we are travelling on wednesday. Does anyone know how/if it’s possible to reach interrail support for urgent issues?
